目前的轮胎是由外胎、内胎构成。由于充气后内胎直接同外胎相接触,而外胎厚度较薄,因此易被道路上的金属硬物等扎穿,内胎也随之被扎破,影响了车辆的运行。
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种具有很好防扎性能的轮胎。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,本实用新型包括外胎、内胎,其结构要点是在外胎、内胎之间设置有隔离垫。
本实用新型的主要优点:
本实用新型在外胎、内胎之间设置有隔离垫,因此当金属硬物等扎穿外胎而不超过隔离垫的厚度就刺不破内胎,这样,内胎就得到很好的保护,保证了交通工具的正常运行;隔离垫还可起到隔热的作用,防止内胎爆破。

本实用新型包括外胎3、内胎1,外胎3、内胎1之间设置有隔离垫2。
为便于固定隔离垫2位置,可在隔离垫2的两侧分别设置有凹槽5,外胎3内侧相应设置有凸起4。
隔离垫2可用橡胶或塑料泡沫材料制作。

2、根据权利要求1所述的防扎轮胎,其特征在于隔离垫2的两侧分另设置有凹槽5,外胎3的内侧相应设置有凸起4。
3、根据权利要求1所述的防扎轮胎,其特征在于隔离垫2是由橡胶或泡沫材料制作。
