本实用新型公开了一种二次合闸插头组,特点是在插头座体上安装金属插针,在插孔座体上安装有与插针相对应的金属插孔,所说的插孔截面积由后向前逐渐减小。在插座体上有凸起的滑道,在插针座体上有与其对应的凹下的滑道。可防止反向安装。本实用新型具有接触面积大、温升小的优点。

Description

二次合闸插头组
本实用新型属于一电器元件,涉及一种手车式开关柜内使用的二次合闸插头组。
现有技术中的合闸插头组,插头都是由片状的金属片,与基配合的插孔内安装的也是片状的金属片,长时间使用后,金属片的弹性会发生变化,插头与插座间的接触由面接触而变成线接触,甚至有时是点接触。这样接触部位很容易出现虚焊现象,造成接触部位温升很高,损坏簧片,影响电路正常运行。另外,由于簧片间接触不良还容易断电。特别是在有几十个插头的插头组内,这种现象是很容易发生的。如何有效的避免这种现象,也就成了电力工作者的一个重要课题。
本实用新型的目的是改变现有技术中插头和插座间接触不良的缺点,提供一种有较大的接触面积,能有效的避免虚焊现象,降低温升的二次合闸插头组。
本实用新型有一个上罩,在上罩内固定有一个插孔座体,在插孔座体上安装有金属插孔。在插孔座下面有一个插头座体,插头座体上安装有与插孔相配合的金属插针,所说的金属插针前部呈圆柱状,插孔截面由后向前逐渐减小,插针和插孔为环形面接触。
本实用新型的优点是:插针和插孔间接触面积大,能有效的避免虚焊现象,降低温升,延长电器元件的使用寿命,保证电路正常工作。

本实用新型有一个由绝缘材料制成的上罩1,在上罩1内安装有插孔座体2,所说的插孔座体2也由绝缘材料制成,在插孔2内固定有金属插孔3,所说的插孔3前端被分成六片,插孔3的截面由后向前逐渐减小。在插孔座体2的下面有一个插头座体4,在插头座体4上安装有两排金属插针5。在两端还有两组较粗的插针和插孔,以便连接电流较大的导线。金属插针5的前部呈圆柱状,这样,当金属插针插入插孔后,插孔便会涨起,紧紧贴到插针外表面。这样就能有效的避免簧片式插座的各种弊病,由于接触面积大,所以局部温升小,可延长电器元件的使用寿命。另外如图3所示:在插孔座体2上有凸起的滑道6,在插头座体上4有与之相对应的凹下滑道7,如图6所示。这样插头座体与插孔座体只充许一个方向配合,可避免装反造成的接触不良或插头与插孔错位现象。在外罩板上还安装有一个锁扣板,当插针和插孔相配合后,锁扣板便将插孔座体和插头座体扣死,使其不能随意分开,以保证电路正常工作。

1,一种二次合闸插头组,包括上罩、插头座体和插孔座体,其特征在于:在插头座体上安装金属插针,插针的前部为圆柱形,最前端为锥状;在插孔座体上安装有与插针相对应的金属插孔,所说的插孔截面积由后向前逐渐减小。
2,根据权利要求1所说的二次合闸开关,其特征在于:在插孔座体上有凸起的滑道,在插针座体上有与其对应的凹下的滑道。
