Abstract

现有的自行车调速控制器，往往由于紧定螺钉被人为因素的破坏而导致整套调速控制器拨链失效。本实用新型提供的一种能防盗的自行车调速控制器，在调速控制器内部增设一只微型卡簧，使紧定螺钉与定位座罩有机地连固在一起，当钢绳穿过调速控制器中各个零件而连接在前(后)拨链器上时，紧定螺钉即使螺纹全部脱离啮合也不致失落，起到了防盗和保护的作用。

一种能防盗的自行车调速控制器
本实用新型属于自行车外变速系统的调速控制器。
现有的自行车调速控制器，往往由于紧定螺钉被人为因素的破坏而导致整套调速控制器拨链失效。
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述不足，提供一种能防盗的自行车调速控制器，在调速控制器内部增设一只微型卡簧，使紧定螺钉与定位座罩有机地连固在一起，保证了紧定螺钉即使螺纹全部脱离啮合也不致失落。
下面结合附图描述本实用新型的技术方案：
图1为本实用新型结构示意图。
图2为本实用新型紧定螺钉(2)结构示意图。
如图1、2所示，本实用新型的紧定螺钉(2)的中间部位四周表面开有一凹槽(8) ，通过微型卡簧(4)卡入凹槽(8)中使紧定螺钉(2)与定位座罩(3)连固在一起组成部件A，定位轴(5)穿过支架座夹(6)、调速手柄(1)与部件A通过紧定螺钉(2)和定位轴(5)的螺纹啮合构成一只完整的调速控制器。当钢绳(7)穿过调速手柄(1)、支架座夹(6)、定位座罩(3)而连结在前(后)拨链器上时，即使人为因素的破坏紧定螺钉(2)，紧定螺钉(2)也是无法从定位座罩(3)上直接脱落下来，只有把钢绳(7)从前(后)拨链器上松开，直至抽出调速控制器时，才可能把紧定螺钉(2)和定位座罩(3)一起卸出，从而有效地防止由于人为因素的破坏导致紧定螺钉(2)的脱落，起到了防盗和保护的作用。

1、一种能防盗的自行车调速控制器，包括紧定螺钉(2)、调速手柄(1)、定位座罩(3)、定位轴(5)、支架座夹(6)，其特征在于：紧定螺钉(2)的中间部位四周表面开有一凹槽(8)，通过微型卡簧(4)卡入凹槽(8)中使紧定螺钉(2)与定位座罩(3)连固在一起组成部件A，定位轴(5)穿过支架座夹(6)、调速手柄(1)与部件A通过紧定螺钉(2)和定位轴(5)的螺纹啮合构成一只完整的调速控制器。
