Abstract

一种由于温度变化而自动调节阀门开度的自力式调温阀,其特征在于阀体的一端设置支架,在支架上固定有记忆合金感温元件,记忆合金感温元件的另一端与驱动件连接,驱动件与阀板的一端固定,阀板固定转轴。随温度变化感温元件出现快速响应,驱动阀板开启或关闭,使被控温度维持在恒度值。

Description

自力式调温阀
本实用新型涉及温度测量控制领域,具体说根据被控温度的变化,自动调节阀门开度的一种装置。
目前工业上传统用的自力式调温阀,体积较大以及苯重,并且其中温包在测量过程中反应速度慢,易发生慢性渗漏现象,在使用上带来不便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种体积小,感温元件不采用传统的温包,故能杜绝温包内介质泄漏,提高测温可靠性,并具有感温速度快,暨感温与执行为一体的自力式调温阀。
为完成上述的目的所采取的技术方案:在阀体的一端设置支架,由支架固定感温元件的一端,感温元件的另一端与驱动件固定,驱动件与阀板的一端固定,阀板固定于转轴。感温元件采用记忆合金温度传感器,因此本实用新型的感温元件既保证无温包的介质泄漏,由于出力大,又可作为阀门执行机构,故具体积小重量轻的优点,尤其适用于飞机惯性系统场合。
本实用新型实施例结合附图加以详细描述。
图1为本实用新型结构图。
根据图1所示,阀体1的一端设置支架2,由支架2固定感温元件3,感温元件3的另一端与驱动件6固定,驱动件6与阀板5的一端固定,阀板5固定于转轴4。此结构类似蝶阀结构。
本实用新型感温元件3是采用形状记忆合金温度感温元件,它又是执行构件,随温度变化感元件3出现快速响应,驱动阀板5启闭,当感温元件3感受的温度高于设定范围上限值时,阀门全开,让冷空气流入,当感温元件3感受温度低于设定范围下限值时,则自动关闭阀门,切断冷空气的流入,使被控温度维持在恒定值。

1、一种当被控温度的变化时,能自动调节阀门开度的自力式调温阀,由阀体和感温元件组成,其特征在于阀体(l)的一端设置支架(2),由支架(2)固定记忆合金感温元件(3),记忆合金感温元件(3)的另一端与驱动件(6)固定,驱动件(6)与阀板(5)的一端固定,阀板(5)固定于转轴(4)。
