Abstract

能调节角度的机床虎钳是一种用于钳工划线、钻孔、刨床、平面磨床的夹具，主要是解决机床虎钳不能加工带角度工件的问题。其特征是机床虎钳上装有两个角度相同的圆斜面，转动上圆斜面对下圆斜面的位置，就可以在规定范围调节所需角度。将两个角度圆斜面制成7.5°、15°、30°、45°，就可以在0°-15°、0°-30°、0°-60°、0°-90°范围内调节所需角度。这种能调节角度的机床虎钳具有结构简单、钳口张开尺寸、角度调节范围广，通用性强等特点，适合加工角度大的工件。

能调节角度的机床虎钳
本实用新型是一种用于钳工划线，钻孔以及用于铣床、刨床、平面磨床上的夹具，特别是用于加工带角度工件的夹具。
机床虎钳加工平直工件时，非常方便，而加工带角度的工件，就特别麻烦。为了解决加工带角度工件的问题，现有1992年第三期《机械工人)介绍的“可调角度刨、钻、铣、夹具”和专利产品吸盘式万向虎钳，前者可以前后左右转动方向，角度可调节范围小，后者虽能自定角度，但不能回转，两者钳口张开尺寸小，角度调节范围小，不能加工角度较大的大工件。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型夹具，彻底解决加工带角度工作难的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在原有机床虎钳上加上两个角度相同的圆斜面，转动上圆斜面对下圆斜面的位置，就能使钳身转动一个角度。将两个角度相同圆斜面做成7.5°、15°、30°、45°，就可以在0°—15°、0°—30°、0°—60°、0°—90°范围内调节所需角度。
本实用新型因为只需要在机床虎钳上加两个角度相同的圆斜面，所以结构非常简单，而且钳口张开尺寸大，角度调节范围广，通用性强，能加工角度大的工件。钳身和底座都可以360°回转，不需要调节角度时，还可以将两个角度相同的圆斜面取下，当普通机床虎钳使用。
本实用新型的具体装置由下实例及附图给出，下面以圆斜面为15°角详细说明：如图所示，该装置是由钳身(3)，上圆斜面(2)和下圆斜面(4)，以及底座(1)组成。当两圆斜面15°角相对时，钳身平行底盘，此时为0°。将上圆斜面旋转180°两圆斜面15°角相叠加时，此时钳身倾斜于底座30°，转动上圆斜而对下圆斜面的位置，就可以在0°—30°范围调节所需角度。另外将圆斜面做成7.5°、15°、30°、45°就可以在0°—15°、0°—30°、0°—60°、0°—90°范围内调节所需角度。

1.能调节角度机床虎钳是由：钳身(3)、两个角度相同的上圆斜面(2)和下圆斜面(4)以及底座(1)组成，其特征是两个角度相同的圆斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是两个角度相同的圆斜面可制成7.5°、15°、30°、45°。
