The air conditioner is used for conditioning indoor air, including adjusting temperature, humidity, air quality of the air, humidifying the indoor air, dehumidifying, introducing fresh air, and the like. The air conditioner may be constituted by an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor, a throttle device and other necessary elements to form a vapor compression refrigeration cycle system to output cool/hot air through a fan to achieve cooling and heating of an indoor environment.
The embodiment of the utility model does not limit the specific form of the indoor unit of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner can be various household air conditioners, commercial central air conditioners and the like. The specific form of the indoor unit of the air conditioner can be various forms such as wall hanging type, vertical type, integral type, courtyard type and the like.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the mounting apparatus 100 of an air conditioner indoor unit 200 may generally include a slide rail assembly 10 and a carrier assembly 20. Wherein, the sliding rail assembly 10 is fixedly arranged at the side surface of the inside of the cabinet 300 for installing the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, and the sliding rail assembly 10 is arranged along the depth direction of the cabinet 300. The depth direction of the cabinet 300 is a direction from the front side to the rear side of the cabinet 300, and the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is installed into the cabinet 300 from front to rear.
The carrier assembly 20 has at least one bracket 21 slidably coupled to the slide rail assembly 10, each bracket 21 for supporting the air conditioner indoor unit 200. The air conditioner indoor unit 200 is placed above the bracket 21. Each bracket 21 is configured to slide along the slide rail assembly 10 when the bearing assembly 20 receives a force toward the rear of the cabinet 300, so as to drive the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner to move into the cabinet 300. Each bracket 21 has at least one first stopper 30 that restricts the air conditioner indoor unit 200. The first stopper 30 is located on the bracket 21, and the bracket 21 is located below the air conditioner indoor unit 200.
The installation device 100 of the embodiment of the utility model is provided with the bearing assembly 20 and the sliding rail assembly 10 in a sliding manner, so that the installation of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is convenient and quick. The bracket 21 can slide backward when the bearing assembly 20 is stressed to drive the air conditioner indoor unit 200 to move into the cabinet 300, compared with directly pushing the air conditioner indoor unit 200 into the cabinet 300, the friction between the air conditioner indoor unit 200 and the bottom surface inside the cabinet 300 is reduced, the bearing assembly 20 slides relative to the sliding rail assembly 10, the air conditioner indoor unit 200 can be conveniently and rapidly moved, and the efficiency of installing the air conditioner indoor unit 200 into the cabinet 300 is improved.
The air conditioner indoor unit 200 realizes stable and noiseless movement under the guiding action of the sliding rail assembly 10, the efficiency of installing the air conditioner indoor unit 200 into the cabinet 300 is greatly improved, the first limiting piece 30 is matched with the bearing assembly 20, the position of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is convenient to control, the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is prevented from falling from the bearing assembly 20, the whole structure is simple, the matching is compact, and the use and the operation are simple and convenient.
In some embodiments, the sliding rail includes a fixed rail 111 and a sliding rail 112, and the fixed rail 111 is fixedly disposed on a side surface inside the cabinet 300. The fixed rail 111 is provided with a sliding groove, and the sliding rail 112 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove. The bearing assembly 20 is fixedly connected with the sliding rail 112, and the sliding rail 112 drives the bearing assembly 20 to slide relative to the fixed rail 111 when sliding relative to the fixed rail 111, so as to drive the air conditioner indoor unit 200 above the bearing assembly 20 to move.
The fixed rail 111 part of the sliding rail has an accurate guiding function, so that the sliding rail 112 can be ensured to move along the extending direction of the fixed rail 111 when moving, deviation or out of control is avoided, and the position of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner can be accurately controlled.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the fixing rail 111 has a C-shaped cross section, and the fixing rail 111 is provided with a mounting hole so that a screw fixes the fixing rail 111 to a side of the cabinet 300 through the mounting hole. In other embodiments, the fixing manner of the fixing rail 111 and the side of the cabinet 300 may be selected according to practical needs, such as gluing.
In some embodiments, a limiting portion for limiting the sliding rail 112 is provided at the rear end of the fixed rail 111, so as to prevent the sliding rail 112 from falling off from the fixed rail 111, and improve the use safety and stability of the mounting device 100.
In some embodiments, rolling assemblies such as balls or rollers may be provided between the sliding rail 112 and the fixed rail 111 to reduce friction of the sliding rail 112 during sliding, so that the air conditioner indoor unit 200 can move more smoothly. This not only improves the efficiency of installing the air conditioner indoor unit 200, but also reduces abrasion and noise due to friction.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the sliding rail assembly 10 is provided with a plurality of clamping members 12, and the clamping members 12 are matched with structures on the side surface of the interior of the cabinet 300, so as to position and limit the sliding rail assembly 10, so that the difficulty in mounting the sliding rail assembly 10 on the side surface of the interior of the cabinet 300 can be reduced, and the mounting efficiency of the sliding rail assembly 10 on the side surface of the interior of the cabinet 300 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the track assembly 10 includes a track fixedly disposed on a side surface of the interior of the cabinet 300, and the carrier assembly 20 includes a bracket 21, the bracket 21 slidably coupled to the track. The indoor unit 200 is placed on the bracket 21, and when the bearing assembly 20 receives an acting force, the bracket 21 slides along the sliding rail assembly 10, so as to drive the indoor unit 200 to move.
Providing the first stopper 30 on the bracket 21 can enhance the stability and the bearing capacity of the overall structure of the bearing assembly 20 while restricting or restricting the movement of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 on the bracket 21.
In some embodiments, the first stop 30 may be supported by a high strength material, such as stainless steel or specialty plastic, to ensure that the first stop 30 has sufficient strength and durability. By enhancing the structural stability and load bearing capacity of the first limiting member 30, maintenance costs due to structural deformation or damage of the first limiting member 30 can be saved.
In some embodiments, the sliding rail assembly 10 includes two sliding rails fixedly disposed on two sides of the interior of the cabinet 300, respectively. The two slide rails are disposed along the depth direction of the cabinet 300 and are disposed at the left and right sides of the cabinet 300, respectively. The two rails are tightly coupled to the sides of the cabinet 300 to provide stable lateral support for the carrier assembly 20.
The carrier assembly 20 comprises two brackets 21, each bracket 21 being slidably connected to one of the slide rails. In this way, the two brackets 21 are located at two sides of the air conditioner indoor unit 200, and can support the air conditioner indoor unit 200 from two opposite sides, so that the stability of the mounting device 100 for supporting the air conditioner indoor unit 200 can be improved compared with the case where only one bracket 21 is provided.
Compared with the arrangement of the sliding rail assembly 10 and the bearing assembly 20 below the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, the sliding rail assembly 10 and the bearing assembly 20 are arranged on the two sides of the cabinet 300, so that the sliding rail assembly 10 has higher bearing capacity, the sliding rail assembly 10 is not easy to deform or damage when bearing, and the bearing capacity of the installation device 100 to the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is improved.
The user realizes smooth movement of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 on the sliding rail by pushing and pulling the two brackets 21 or the air conditioner indoor unit 200, and the operation mode is simple and quick, so that the practicability of the installation device 100 is improved. The two brackets 21 are respectively matched with the two sliding rails in a sliding mode, so that the moving process of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is smooth, and the installation resistance and noise of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 are reduced.
The two side rails can provide a more stable support with respect to the one side rail, and prevent the air conditioner indoor unit 200 from being tilted due to the center of gravity shift during the movement. The risk of accidental falling of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner in the moving process is reduced, and the use safety is improved.
The design of the slide rails on two sides makes the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner more stable when moving in or out, reduces shaking and noise, and improves the use experience of users. Can smoothly slide along a given track, avoid the clamping stagnation phenomenon and prolong the service life. And, the slide rail does not occupy an additional space in the room, thereby optimizing the space utilization inside the cabinet 300 or inside the wall.
In some embodiments, the sliding rail assembly 10 may be made of a solid metal material, so that the sliding rail assembly 10 can bear a part of the weight of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, and provide stable support for the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, so as to ensure that the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner can be kept stable when being stationary or moving, and is not easy to shake or topple.
In some embodiments, each bracket 21 includes a body 211 disposed along a depth direction of the cabinet 300, and one side of the body 211 is slidably coupled with the slide rail assembly 10. Each of the first stoppers 30 is formed by the body 211 protruding upward for restricting the bottom or side of the air conditioner indoor unit 200.
In some embodiments, the first limiting member 30 and the body 211 may be integrally formed, so that assembling steps may be reduced, installation efficiency may be improved, and errors and loosening phenomena during the assembling process may be avoided.
In other embodiments, the first limiting member 30 and the body 211 may be connected together by a fastener such as a screw. In this way, when the first limiting member 30 is worn or damaged, the first limiting member 30 can be conveniently replaced or repaired, and the maintenance cost of the installation apparatus 100 is reduced. When the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is placed on the bracket 21, the air conditioner indoor unit 200 may be positioned at the bottom of the main body 211, or the air conditioner indoor unit 200 may be positioned at the top of the main body 211.
When the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is placed at the bottom of the body 211, the first stopper 30 is positioned at the left and right sides of the air conditioner indoor unit 200, so that the first stopper 30 can limit the left and right sides of the air conditioner indoor unit 200. The first limiting member 30 can limit the air conditioner indoor unit 200 in the left-right direction, thereby effectively preventing the air conditioner indoor unit 200 from being separated from the bearing assembly 20 and improving the use stability of the installation apparatus 100.
When the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is placed on the top of the body 211, a groove matched with the first limiting member 30 is provided at the bottom of the air conditioner indoor unit 200, so that the first limiting member 30 can limit the air conditioner indoor unit 200 in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction from the bottom of the air conditioner indoor unit 200.
The number of the first stoppers 30 provided on each bracket 21 may be set according to actual needs, for example, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. In one embodiment, each bracket 21 is provided with two first limiting members 30, the two first limiting members 30 on the two brackets 21 are respectively located at the front end and the rear end of the top of the bracket 21, and the four first limiting members 30 are respectively arranged in pairs, so that the stress uniformity of the overall structure of the installation device 100 can be improved, and the stability of the installation device 100 is improved. By precisely selecting and designing the setting position of the first stopper 30, the first stopper 30 can effectively control the position of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 to be limited, preventing the air conditioner indoor unit 200 from exceeding the range, and enabling the air conditioner indoor unit 200 to stably move.
Fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of the carrier assembly 20 according to one embodiment of the utility model, and fig. 6 is a schematic enlarged view at a in fig. 5.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first stopper 30 includes two plates 31 and a plurality of reinforcing ribs 32. The two plate bodies 31 are oppositely arranged, and the two plate bodies 31 extend along the depth direction of the cabinet 300, so that a space is formed between the two plate bodies 31, and a basic frame support can be provided for the whole first limiting member 30. The plurality of reinforcing ribs 32 are located between the two plate bodies 31 and connected with the two plate bodies 31, respectively, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 32 are vertically arranged and are arranged at intervals along the depth direction of the cabinet 300. The vertical arrangement of the reinforcing ribs 32 significantly improves the rigidity and bending resistance of the first stopper 30, and effectively prevents excessive deformation or damage due to external force.
The combination of the two plates 31 and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 32 in the first stopper 30 forms a stable supporting and stopper structure which can resist the external force from all directions and maintain the stability and balance of the first stopper 30.
In some embodiments, a plurality of ribs 32 may be fastened to each of the two plates 31 by welding, bolting, or other reliable connection to ensure a tight fit and cooperation between the ribs 32 and the plates 31, thereby improving the stability and load-bearing capacity of the mounting device 100.
In some embodiments, the first stop 30 is trapezoidal in shape. Here, the plane of the trapezoid faces the left-right direction of the cabinet 300. Compared to a rectangular structure, the trapezoidal structure can provide a larger limiting area and better stability due to the wider bottom and narrower top of the trapezoidal structure. The trapezoidal first stopper 30 can effectively disperse stress when receiving pressure or load, and reduce the phenomenon of local stress concentration, thereby improving the stability and durability of the overall structure of the bracket 21.
The first limiting member 30 adopts a trapezoidal design, so that forces from various directions can be more effectively borne, deformation or failure caused by uneven stress is reduced, and the bearing stability of the bearing assembly 20 is improved, thereby improving the practicability of the mounting device 100.
When the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is placed at the bottom of the body 211, the first limiting member 30 is located at the left and right sides of the air conditioner indoor unit 200, so that the trapezoidal plane on the first limiting member 30 can limit the left and right sides of the air conditioner indoor unit 200, and the stress of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 on the brackets 21 at the two sides can be effectively dispersed, so that the limiting stability of the first limiting member 30 is improved.
When the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is placed at the top of the body 211, a groove matched with the first limiting member 30 is formed at the bottom of the air conditioner indoor unit 200, the first limiting member 30 can serve as a part of supporting stress, the inclined surface of the first limiting member can play a role in improving bearing capacity, impact energy is gradually absorbed when the inclined surface contacts the air conditioner indoor unit 200, impact force and vibration generated by sudden collision are reduced, accordingly the service life of the installation device 100 is prolonged, the stability of the whole installation device 100 is improved, and the installation device 100 is prevented from being damaged.
In addition, the trapezoid first limiting member 30 is relatively simple in structure, easy to process and install, low in manufacturing cost and high in production efficiency.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2 and 5, each of the first brackets 21 further includes a first support portion 212, the first support portion 212 protruding from a side surface of the body 211 toward a side of the body 211 away from the corresponding slide rail, the first support portion 212 for supporting the air conditioner indoor unit 200. Specifically, the two support plates are identical in height with respect to the inner bottom surface of the cabinet 300, so that the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is stably placed on the two support plates.
Here, the first supporting portion 212 is not simply connected to the body 211, but skillfully extends inwardly from one side edge of the body 211, specifically, is formed to protrude toward one side of the body 211 away from the corresponding slide rail. Thus, not only the stability of the bracket 21 is enhanced, but also the first support portion 212 can provide a sufficient support area and bearing capacity, ensuring that the air conditioner indoor unit 200 can be safely and stably mounted on the bracket 21, and improving the aesthetic and practical properties of the mounting device 100.
In some embodiments, the first supporting portion 212 protrudes from the end of the lower side of the body 211 to a side away from the corresponding sliding rail, so that the side surfaces of the body 211 are all opposite to the side surface of the indoor unit 200, and the side surface area of the body 211 is fully utilized to improve the limiting effect on the indoor unit 200.
In other embodiments, the first supporting portion 212 may also protrude from the middle of the body 211 to a side away from the corresponding sliding rail.
In some embodiments, the first support portions 212 of the two brackets 21 are connected to each other as one connection plate, and the entire connection plate supports the air conditioner indoor unit 200. The first support portions 212 of the two brackets 21 as a whole can improve the carrying capacity and structural stability of the carrying assembly 20.
In some embodiments, the bearing assembly 20 includes two separate support plates, which can be separately assembled and disassembled, so that maintenance and repair are facilitated, the position or angle of each part can be adjusted as required, and the load of the bearing assembly 20 can be dispersed, so that the structural stability of the mounting device 100 is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the carrying assembly 20 further includes a connection member 22, the connection member 22 extends along the width direction of the cabinet 300, and both ends of the connection member 22 are connected with the two brackets 21, respectively. The operator can push the brackets 21 through pushing the connecting piece 22, so that the operation can be conveniently performed, the two brackets 21 do not need to be respectively operated, the whole bearing assembly 20 can be conveniently moved through one connecting piece 22, the operation difficulty is reduced, the operation convenience is improved, and the installation efficiency of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is further improved.
The two brackets 21 are connected together by the connecting piece 22, which can improve the structural stability of the installation device 100 and avoid damage caused by overlarge dragging force when one bracket 21 is directly pulled.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the connector 22 includes a cross beam 221 and a second support 222. Wherein the cross beam 221 extends in the width direction of the cabinet 300, so that an operator can push the two brackets 21 by operating the cross beam 221, so that the user can manually operate the bearing assembly 20, thereby moving the air conditioner indoor unit 200. The second support 222 protrudes from the cross beam 221 toward the rear of the cabinet 300, and the second support 222 is used to support the air conditioner indoor unit 200.
The second supporting portion 222 may effectively bear and share the weight of the air conditioner indoor unit 200, and may effectively disperse the stress of the installation apparatus 100, thereby improving the stability and durability of the installation apparatus 100, so that the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is stably placed on the installation apparatus 100. The second supporting portion 222 may further increase the bearing area of the mounting device 100, and reduce the impact force of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 on the mounting device 100.
In this way, the second supporting portion 222 can improve the carrying capacity of the carrying assembly 20, so that the movement of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner is more stable. The connection member 22 enhances the safety of the product by its load-bearing function while providing operational convenience, and reduces the possibility of damage or dropping of the air conditioner indoor unit 200 due to improper operation.
When the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is required to be installed in the cabinet 300, a user sends the air conditioner indoor unit 200 into the cabinet 300 through the cross beam 221, and the air conditioner indoor unit is simple in structure and convenient for the user to operate. The user pulls the left and right brackets 21 through the cross beam 221 while moving backward, so that the air conditioner indoor unit 200 moves backward in the depth direction of the cabinet 300, thereby allowing the air conditioner indoor unit 200 to be accurately installed at a preset position inside the cabinet 300.
In some embodiments, the second supporting portion 222 is connected to the first supporting portion 212, that is, the second supporting portion 222 and the first supporting portions 212 of the two brackets 21 together form a whole, and jointly support the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, which can improve the structural stability of the bearing assembly 20, thereby improving the structural stability of the mounting device 100.
In some embodiments, the connection member 22 further includes at least one second limiting member 40, where the second limiting member 40 is disposed on a rear side of the cross beam 221 facing the cabinet 300, for limiting a front side of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner. Specifically, the second limiting member 40 is vertically arranged, and a groove matched with the second limiting member 40 is disposed on the front side of the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner, and the groove is clamped with the second limiting member 40. The number of the second limiting members 40 can be set according to actual needs. In one embodiment, the number of the second limiting members 40 is two, and the two second limiting members 40 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the cross beam 221.
When the air conditioner indoor unit 200 is placed at the bottom of the bracket 21, the second supporting portion 222 carries the load on the air conditioner indoor unit 200, and the second limiting member 40 located at the rear side of the cross beam 221 toward the cabinet 300 can limit and position the air conditioner indoor unit 200 located in the cabinet 300 in the front-rear direction.
In some embodiments, the top of the second limiting member 40 is curved, so that the risk of collision damage of the second limiting member 40 to the indoor unit 200 of the air conditioner can be reduced.
