Through the arrangement of the positioning buckle 411, the installation of the roller assembly 400 is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in order to further reduce the load of the driven rack 520 and simultaneously provide a buffer for overloading the door body, a gap is formed between the top of the supporting column 521 and the bottom of the slot 611; and/or a gap is formed between the bottom of the hanging lug 610 and the bottom of the supporting column 521.
In this embodiment, the slot 611 is buckled on the supporting pole 521, and there is a gap between the top of the supporting pole 521 and the top of the slot 611, or there is a gap between the notch of the slot 611, i.e. the bottom of the hanging lug 610 and the bottom of the supporting pole 521 (the position where the supporting pole 521 is connected to the driven rack 520). Of course, in some embodiments, both of the above-mentioned locations may have a gap. The top of the supporting column 521 is not abutted by the hanging lug 610 by reserving a gap between the top of the supporting column 521 and the top of the slot 611; by reserving a gap between the notch of the slot 611, that is, the bottom of the hanging lug 610 and the bottom of the supporting column 521 (the position where the supporting column 521 is connected with the driven rack 520), the hanging lug 610 does not abut against the driven rack 520. Through all reserving the clearance in foretell two positions for support column 521 does not receive the effect of a body in vertical direction, when guaranteeing the flexibility that support column 521 removed, avoids the weight of a body to transmit to driven rack 520 through support column 521 on, thereby guarantees that driven rack 520 does not receive vertical direction's load. When the door body is overloaded and moves downwards, the two gaps can provide a buffer space for the falling of the door body, and the support column 521 can provide buffer support for the door body.
In order to reduce the influence of external environmental factors on the operation of the driving assembly 500, so as to improve the stability of the operation of the driving assembly 500, the driving assembly 500 further includes a gear box, and the gear box is detachably connected to the housing 100; the gear box comprises a base 530 and a box cover 540 which is detachably connected with the base 530; a guide groove 531 for the rack 520 to slide is formed in the base 530, and a guide 522 is formed on the rack 520 corresponding to the guide groove 531; the guide 522 extends from the base 524 of the rack 520 along the length of the drive teeth.
In this embodiment, the guide member 522 includes guide posts and connecting ribs, and the guide posts are connected by the connecting ribs. When the rack 520 is mounted into the gear box, the guide 522 is disposed in the guide groove 531 and moves along the guide groove 531. The rotating shaft of the motor penetrates through the through hole to be connected with a driving gear 510 arranged in the gear box, and the driving gear 510 and the rack 520 are meshed in the gear box. Through the arrangement of the gear box, the driving gear 510 and the rack 520 are not easily affected by external environmental factors. So as to improve the stability of the operation of the driving assembly 500 and the stability of the movement of the door body 300. The door body 300 is driven by the gear, so that the track of the door body 300 is stable in the moving process, and the phenomenon that the door body 300 is clamped is relatively generated.
In order to make the movement of the door body 300 smoother and more stable, the number of the connecting pieces 600, the roller assemblies 400 and the driving assemblies 500 is two; the two connecting pieces 600 respectively mount the roller assemblies 400 at two ends of the door body 300; and the hanging lugs 610 of the two connecting pieces 600 are respectively hung on the supporting columns 521 of the racks 520.
In this embodiment, two roller assemblies 400 and two connectors 600 are provided, the two connectors 600 are respectively provided at the top and the bottom of the door 300, and the two roller assemblies 400 are respectively provided at one ends of the connectors 600 far away from the door 300. Correspondingly, not only the roller groove 120 corresponding to the lower roller assembly 400 but also the roller groove 120 corresponding to the upper roller assembly 400 are provided in the housing 100. Corresponding to each roller assembly 400, a driving assembly 500 is provided corresponding thereto. When the door body 300 moves, the top and the bottom of the door body 300 move through the roller assembly 400, so that the friction of the door body 300 in the moving process is greatly reduced, and the door body 300 can move more smoothly. The driving assemblies 500 are arranged at the top and the bottom of the door body 300, so that the top and the bottom of the door body 300 are driven simultaneously, the overall movement of the door body 300 is realized, and the deformation of the door body 300 due to the torque is avoided.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
