本实用新型为一种空心抽油杆交流电加热专用电缆,涉及一种从井中开采可溶解或可溶化物质的装置。
对于较粘稠的石油往往需要将加热电缆接于空心抽油杆的两端并加以交流电,利用集肤效应使电缆发热,从而使石油溶化易于抽取。目前广泛使用的加热电缆常常因其下端于抽油杆接触不良而影响其加热效果。而且,由于电缆的下端密封不严,在强大的油压作用下绝缘层被破坏,造成短路。很明显,现有的加热电缆还有使用寿命短的缺点。
本实用新型的目的在于:设计一种使用可靠、效果好、使用寿命长的空心抽油杆交流电加热专用电缆。
本实用新型包括电缆芯及其外侧的绝缘层,其特征是:有一导电头与电缆芯的一端相连,并将绝缘层的该端密封。导电头的存在有效地保证了电缆的下端与抽油管接触,从而保证了导电效果。而且,由于导电头的密封作用而使本实用新型增大了承压强度,也进一步增长了电缆的使用寿命。为便于安装,本实用新型的导电头设计为一端带有一盲孔的金属块,电缆芯插入该孔与其相连,导电头带孔的一端还与绝缘层相接,并将绝缘层的该端密封。
以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例做详细说明。

其中,1-绝缘层,2-导线,3-承重钢丝,4-导电头。
本实施例是由绝缘层1及其内部的电缆芯以及接于绝缘层1、电缆芯下端的导电头4组成。其中,绝缘层1分为内外两层,电缆芯则由导线2和承重钢丝3组成。为便于加工,导线2围绕在承重钢丝3的外侧。导电头4为一端带有一盲孔的金属块,而导线2和承重钢丝3伸入该孔与导电头4相连,绝缘层1的下端与导电头1的端部相连将其内部的空间密封。
本实用新型具有加工容易、使用可靠、效果好,使用寿命长的特点。

1、一种空心抽油杆交流电加热专用电缆,包括电缆芯及其外侧的绝缘层(1),其特征是:有一导电头(4)与电缆芯的一端相连,并将绝缘层(1)的该端密封。
2、根据权利要求1所述的抽油杆交流电加热专用电缆,其特征是:所说的导电头(4)的一端带有一盲孔,电缆芯插入该孔与其相连,导电头(4)带孔的一端还与绝缘层(1)相接,并将绝缘层(1)的该端密封。
