本实用新型涉及一种保温门芯板,属于门窗技术领域。
目前住宅阳台和商店通常是用半截玻璃门,上半截安装玻璃,下半截用薄钢板或木板作为门芯板,安装后涂刷油漆。薄钢板和木板门芯板的缺点:(1)保温性能差,能耗大;(2)隔音性能差,不能防止噪音侵入;(3)表面涂刷油漆,花色单调,经过风吹日晒易褪色。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的宝丽氯镁保温门芯板,可克服现有门芯板上述缺点。
本实用新型目的是这样实现的:用木框1为骨架,中填聚苯保温板2,两面涂氯镁沙浆3,贴一层玻璃纤维布4,再涂上一层氯镁沙浆5,加压凝固后,两面涂上树脂粘合层6,贴上印有花纹的装饰纸7,纸上再涂刷一层玻璃钢树脂8即成。
本实用新型与现有背景技术比较,有下列有益效果:(1)保温性能好,节省取暖或空调能耗;(2)隔音性能好,防止室外噪音干扰;(3)防潮性能好,不吸水,不锈、不朽,坚固耐用;(4)防火性能好,属于难燃材料,使用安全;(5)花色多样,花纹美观,颜色鲜艳,耐老化,不褪色。由于具有上述有益效果,可以广泛用作住宅阳台、商店、商亭、饭馆等玻璃门的门芯板。

实现方式:用光滑木板为模板,涂上一层氯镁沙浆5,加一层玻璃纤维布4,再涂一层氯镁沙浆3,刮平,放上木框1和聚苯保温板2,再涂两层氯镁沙浆3、5夹一层玻璃纤维布4,压上模板加压养护,凝固后两面涂树脂粘合层6,贴上印有花纹的装饰纸7,纸上涂上玻璃钢树脂8即成。
