Abstract
一种轻质耐火复合板，属板材领域，由骨架、填充料、耐火层、装饰层和包边层组成，本复合板的四周有骨架，中部有分格的骨架，骨架之间嵌有填充料，骨架和填充料的两侧面是耐火层，耐火层的外侧面是装饰层，本复合板的四周边有包边层；本复合板具有轻质耐火，并能节约木材，降低成本，能广泛适用于高层建筑的隔墙和各种高级家具的板材。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种板材领域，确切地说是轻质耐火复合板。
当前房屋和家具采用的板材有三合板，刨花板、木板和五合板等，这些板材均不具备耐火功能，当前高层建筑或公共场所均要求采用耐火板材；同时，这些板材自身重量重，成本较高。聚苯钢轻质墙体，重量虽轻，但强度差，安装门窗就难以固定。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术之不足，提供一种重量轻，能防火，且成本低的轻质耐火复合板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种轻质耐火复合板，由骨架、填充料、耐火层、装饰层和包边层组成，其特征是本复合板的四边是骨架，以及中部有分格的骨架，骨架之间嵌有填充料，骨架和填充料的两侧面是耐火层，耐火层的外侧面是装饰层；本复合板的四周边有包边层。
本实用新型的优点是：由于填充料采用轻质材料，因而整块复合板重量轻；周围都有耐火层，具有防火功能；同时，大量节约木材，既节省资源，也降低成本。本复合板用途广泛，可用于高层建筑的隔墙，各种高级家具的板材，可以定项定型出厂，现场一次安装成功。

实施例：本复合板的四边是骨架1，中部有分格的骨架1，骨架1之间有填充料2，骨架1和填充料2的两侧面是耐火层3，所述的骨架1可以采用木、竹或无机水泥，所述的填充料2可以采用蜂窝板、泡沫塑料或珍珠岩制品(市场均可买到)；所述的耐火层3可以采用菱镁玻璃纤维，化纤布或石膏(市场均可买到)；将上述材料铺置好后放入模具内经浇注或压制成半成品，在这半成品的二侧面喷、涂、粘装饰层4，所述装饰层4可喷高级油漆，可以粘贴装饰料，可以镀膜，以增加美观；本复合板的四周边有包边层5，所述包边层5采用无机水泥，有机树脂、镁、硅、陶瓷土等。
