Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种容积可变型集装箱，采用上下箱体可拉开固定，扣合缩小的方式实现变容积目的，同现有技术相比，结构简单，容易实施，适用于装各类物质的集装箱，为可变容积大型容器增添了一种新型集装箱品种。
Description
本实用新型属于运输、贮存大型容器技术领域，涉及一种容积可变型集装箱。
在本实用新型以前的现有技术中，可变容积的集装箱大多为铰接可折叠、可拆连接器壁或可套接、扣接等结构形式。这类结构形式的最大弊病是拆装麻烦、重量体积比大、变容积操作费工费时而不容易被人们所采用。
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种安装方便、结构简单的可变容积式集装箱。
现将本实用新型技术解决方案叙述如下：
本实用新型由上箱体(1)、下箱体(2)、大门(8)构成；下箱体(2)有4-8个加强槽钢(7)，上箱体(1)上有4-8个加强钢筋(9)。当集装箱缩小容积时，上箱体落下，其上的加强钢筋(9)可正好插入下箱体加强槽钢(7)的凹槽中；加强钢筋(9)和加强槽钢(7)均开有可插入销钉的插销孔(6)。当需增大集装箱容积时，在吊车的配合下，将上箱体提到合适高度，用销钉插入插销孔(6)，将上、下箱体固定；上箱体大门和下箱体大门可用销钉连接；下箱体大门装在两个铰链(5)上，铰链(5)附近装有“V”型密封条(4)；当铰链往前推时，上箱体门上的销钉孔和下箱体门上的销钉孔对齐并用销钉(3)穿上，使上下箱体的大门构成一完整大门(8)，当缩小容积时，拔出门上销钉，将大门退后，上箱体便整个下落，高度减少一半，从而达到容积变小之目的。

1、一种容积可变型集装箱，其特征在于：由上箱体、下箱体、大门构成；上箱体上有加强钢筋，下箱体上有加强槽钢，加强钢筋可正好落入加强槽钢的凹槽中；上、下箱体的加强钢筋、加强槽钢均开有可插入销钉的插销孔；上箱体大门和下箱体大门可用销钉连接，且下箱体大门装在两个铰链上；铰链附近装有“V”型密封条。
