动力配电箱
本实用新型涉及一种电动系统使用的配电箱。
现有技术中，动力配电箱由箱体和箱门组成，所述的箱体和箱门用枢轴连接以方便地开启。由于箱体与箱门之间有缝隙，故雨水或灰尘易经过该隙进入箱体，影响动力配电箱内部元器件使用的可靠性和安全性。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以防尘、防水的动力配电箱。
本实用新型的技术方案是：本实用新型包括箱体、箱门及用于铰接箱体和箱门的枢轴，所述的箱体口部向箱门方向延伸形成隔离槽，所述隔离槽的端口部向外延伸形成翻边；所述的箱门与所述翻边的接触部上设有弹性密封垫。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
(1).由于设有翻边和隔离槽，故在灰尘或水经过时，首先进入隔离槽，在隔离槽中堆积或通过隔离槽排放，不会进入箱体内。
(2).弹性密封垫与翻边紧密接触，不会出现缝隙，故密封效果好。

实施例：参见附图，本实用新型包括箱体[5]、箱门[1]及用于铰接箱体和箱门的枢轴，该枢轴铰接于箱门[1]的一侧，使之能方便地开闭。所述的箱体[5]口部向箱门[1]方向延伸形成宽约20毫米的隔离槽[3]，所述隔离槽[3]的端口部向外延伸形成翻边[2](见附图2，其中的虚线为隔离槽的边缘线，由该图可见翻边[2]总是向外侧部延伸)；所述的箱门[1]与所述翻边[2]的接触部上设有弹性密封垫[4]。所述的箱门[1]分上下两个，每个箱门[1]的与翻边[2]接触处均设有弹性的密封垫[4]，使箱门[1]与翻边[2]紧密接触。

1.一种动力配电箱，包括箱体[5]、箱门[1]及用于铰接箱体和箱门的枢轴，其特征在于：所述的箱体[5]口部向箱门[1]方向延伸形成隔离槽[3]，所述隔离槽[3]的端口部向外延伸形成翻边[2]；所述的箱门[1]与所述翻边[2]的接触部上设有弹性密封垫[4]。
