本发明提供一种模块组合多功能配电箱。其结构是由箱体模块、眉板模块、箱门模块、面板模块、线缆固定架和开关安装板组成，箱体模块单面开口，开口边部设置Z形翻边，开口的上下分别设置有上眉板模块和下眉板模块，中间设置箱门模块，箱门模块的一边的拐角部别通过固定铰链轴和弹性铰链轴模块与箱体模块连接，箱体模块中间开有天窗，天窗边部设置有翻边，面板模块通过翻边固定在箱门模块中间，线缆固定架设置在箱体模块内的底部，箱体模块单面开口边部的Z形翻边和线缆固定架上开有螺孔，开关安装板的两端开有U形豁口通过螺栓与Z形翻边连接，开关线缆通过螺栓与线缆固定架连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力开关设备，具体地说是一种墙体外挂式模块组合配电箱。
背景技术
工业控制或民用照明线路控制都需要使用配电箱，现有技术的配电箱多是有薄铁板焊接制成，现有技术的配电箱在生产或使用中普遍存在的不足是结构单一，只是一个铁箱外加一个箱门，功能少、加工成本高，耐用性差以及适用范围小等等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种结构简单，成本低廉、易于加工、方便运输和使用的模块组合多功能配电箱。
本发明的电子灯是按以下方式实现的，包括箱体模块、眉板模块、箱门模块、面板模块、线缆固定架和开关安装板，箱体模块单面开口，开口边部设置Z形翻边，开口的上下分别设置有上眉板模块和下眉板模块，中间设置箱门模块，箱门模块的一边的拐角部别通过固定铰链轴和弹性铰链轴模块与箱体模块连接，箱体模块中间开有天窗，天窗边部设置有翻边，面板模块通过翻边固定在箱门模块中间，线缆固定架设置在箱体模块内的底部，箱体模块单面开口边部的Z形翻边和线缆固定架上开有螺孔，开关安装板的两端开有U形豁口通过螺栓与Z形翻边连接，开关线缆通过螺栓与线缆固定架连接。
本发明的有益效果是：设计合理、模块化生产、易加工易保管存储、易组装使用，根据使用情况随意组合调整，更能多，坚固耐用。

参照说明书附图对本发明的墙体外挂式模块组合配电箱作以下详细的说明。
如附图1-5所示，本发明的墙体外挂式模块组合配电箱，其结构是由箱体模块5；上下眉板模块7、1；箱门模块10、面板模块9、线缆固定架12和开关安装板3组成，箱体模块5单面开口，开口边部设置Z形翻边2，开口的上下分别设置有上眉板模块7和下眉板模块1，中间设置箱门模块10，箱门模块10的一边的拐角部通过固定铰链轴11和弹性铰链轴模块8与箱体模块5连接，箱门模块10中间开有天窗，天窗外部设置有透明玻璃门，天窗边部向内设置有天窗Z形翻边15，面板模块9通过天窗Z形翻边15固定在箱门模块10中间，线缆固定架12设置在箱体模块5内的底部，箱体模块5单面开口边部的Z形翻边2和线缆固定架12上开有螺孔6，开关安装板3的两端开有U形豁口16通过螺栓与Z形翻边2连接，开关线缆通过螺栓与线缆固定架12连接。
面板模块上9上开有嵌孔14，按钮开关或指示灯固定在嵌孔14之中。
透明玻璃门13设置在面板模块9的外部。
开关安装板3的中间开有长方形嵌孔4，电源开关固定在长方形嵌孔4之中。
上眉板模块7和下眉板模块1通过螺栓与箱体模块5连接固定。上下眉板模块1、7上开有照明灯嵌孔17，照明灯固定在照明灯嵌孔17之中。
实施例
本发明的墙体外挂式模块组合配电箱，组装使用时，上下眉板可以分别设置在箱体模块的上下，即箱门模块的上下方，也可以并排设置在上方或下方，方便之处还在于，眉板可以在组装好箱体内的全部线路后在组装眉板和箱门模块。
箱门模块的使用，可以根据需要在箱体模块中间设置各种按钮开关组成按钮控制式动力配电箱，也可以在箱门模块中间只组装透明玻璃门组成通用照明配电箱。
本发明的墙体外挂式模块组合配电箱的各个模块分别按传统板金铆焊工艺加工制成。透明玻璃门是由有机玻璃制成。

1.模块组合多功能配电箱，其特征在于包括箱体模块、眉板模块、箱门模块、面板模块、线缆固定架和开关安装板，其中，箱体模块单面开口，开口边部设置Z形翻边，开口的上下分别设置有上眉板模块和下眉板模块，中间设置箱门模块，箱门模块的一边的拐角部通过固定铰链轴和弹性铰链轴模块与箱体模块连接，箱门模块中间开有天窗，天窗外部设置有透明玻璃门，天窗边部向内设置有天窗Z形翻边，面板模块通过天窗Z形翻边固定在箱门模块中间，线缆固定架设置在箱体模块内的底部，箱体模块单面开口边部的Z形翻边和线缆固定架上开有螺孔，开关安装板的两端开有U形豁口通过螺栓与Z形翻边连接，开关线缆通过螺栓与线缆固定架连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模块组合多功能配电箱，其特征在于面板模块上开有嵌孔，按钮开关或指示灯固定在嵌孔之中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的模块组合多功能配电箱，其特征在于上眉板模块和下眉板模块通过螺栓与箱体模块连接固定，上下眉板模块上开有照明灯嵌孔，照明灯固定在照明灯嵌孔之中。
