Abstract

本实用新型的位移传感器是将继电器安装于不锈钢定子外壳的内表面,铁氧体磁芯数块以N、S极交替均布于不锈钢转子上。当机件运动时通过啮合体使转子转动,使继电器在铁氧体磁N、S极交替作用下出现吸-放的动作,一次吸-放即将一个方波输入计算器,从而测得机件的位移距离。

位移传感器
本实用新型涉及一种传感器技术,用于测量平移运动机件的移动距离,实时显示机件的实际位置。
迄今为止,测量机件平移距离的检测仪器有多种,以较先进的激光测距、红外测距为例,存在着仪器复杂、价格高,当用于爆炸性危险场所时,需将仪器置于防爆外壳内,需作较大改动,因而体积增大,实施较困难。
本实用新型的目的,针对上述存在问题,用简单可靠的传感器检测,解决在有爆炸性危险场所机制位移量的测定。
本实用新型的位移传感器采用铁氧体磁芯与干簧式密封继电器配合。用铁氧体磁芯的磁力使继电器吸合为原理。将铁氧体磁芯偶数块以N、S极交体均布于不锈钢转子上。把继电器安装于不锈钢定子外壳的内表面。当机件运时,通过啮合体,带动转子转动,使铁氧体磁芯以N、S极交替作用于继电器,使继电器不断的出现吸一放一吸一放的动作。将本安型低压直流电通过继电器接入数字计数器的输入端,继电器一次吸一放即可将一个方波输入到计数器,从而通过对方波的计算测得机件的位移距离。机体和转子间啮合方式则可根据需要选择摩擦式或链传动式或齿轮式或带轮式;同时可以用改变传动比的方式以适合各种量级的各种精度的测量要求。
本实用新型的显著效果在于:计算脉冲功率小,其电源采用本质安全型的直流低压电路,故用于有爆炸性危险的场合安全可靠,体积小。由于通过磁场传递信息,实行非接触式传递,无磨损,寿命长。

如图所示,位移传感器的继电器2安装于不锈钢定子外壳1的内表面,铁氧体磁芯2六块以N、S极交体均布于不锈钢转子体4,不锈钢转子体4固定于转轴5,转轴5的出轴端装上与移动机件相连的啮合体6,啮合体6可以是摩擦轮或链轮或齿轮或带轮。

Claims (3)

1、一种位移传感器,其特征在于:继电器(2)安装于不锈钢定子外壳(1)的内表面,铁氧体磁芯(3)数块以N、S极交体均布于不锈钢转子体(4),不锈钢转子体(4)固定于转轴(5),转轴(5)的出轴端装上与移动机件相连的啮合体(6)。
2、如权利要求1所述的位移传感器,其特征在于啮合体(6)是摩擦轮或链轮或齿轮或带轮。
3、如权利要求1所述的位移传感器,其特征在于:铁氧体磁芯(3)数块需是偶数。
