本实用新型涉及的双电极起搏针头属医疗器械。其特点是在针头针杆上设置有与该针杆本体呈电绝缘的导电电极,该导电电极与针头针杆之间具有绝缘层,导电电极除端头裸露外余下部分的针杆外表面也具有绝缘保护层。用本针头只需扎一针即可进行起搏操作,既减轻了病患痛苦,又可赢得宝贵的急救时间,一针双电极起搏可避免双针双电极起搏造成的人体振颤问题,从而保证医护人员准确阅读心电图以便对病人有效的监测。

Description

双电极起搏针头
本实用新型涉及的双电极起搏针头属医疗器械。
心脏起搏是医生抢救病人经常应用的医疗方法。在用于心脏的骤停的抢救、或静脉起搏电极导管还未插入前的一段时间的抢救,以及用于紧急需要临时起搏情况情况下,一般采用起搏电极阴极针和起搏电极阳极针两个针头分别插入人体内再与起搏器相连进行起搏操作,这种双电极、双针的起搏方法存在的问题是由于双针插入人体,可导致人体振颤,产生肌电干扰,使医生无法正常监测心电图。
本实用新型的目的在于为克服公知技术的缺陷提供一种双电极起搏针头。
达到上述目的采用的技术方案为:这种双电极起搏针头,其特征在于,在针头针杆上设置有与该针杆本体呈电绝缘的导电电极,该导电电极与针头针杆之间具有绝缘层,导电电极除端头裸露外余下部分的针杆外表面也具有绝缘保护层。

下面结合附图给出的实施例进一步描述。参见图1,本双电极起搏针头采用公知技术的具有针杆(1)的针头(2)为基体,并可配置活塞(3),其主要特点是在针杆(1)上设置有与该针杆(1)本体呈电绝缘的导电电极(4),该导电电极(4)与针头针杆之间具有绝缘层(5),导电电极除端头裸露外余下部分的针杆外表面也具有绝缘保护层(6)。
该双电极起搏针头可采用如下工艺手段制作。首先将针头(2)的针杆(1)上涂镀上绝缘层(5),并使金属针尖裸露;然后再利用工业镀膜机在绝缘层(5)上镀上如图2所示形状的导电电极(4)的金属导电镀层,并使导电电极(4)与金属针杆(1)电绝缘,最后再在导电电极(4)的金属镀层上涂镀绝缘保护层(6),并使导电电极(4)靠近针尖端端头裸露以便放电,并且使导电电极(4)靠近针头(2)根部的端头裸露以便电连接医用起搏器。其中所说的绝缘层(5)和绝缘保护层(6)可选用绝缘材料(如医用无毒塑料等)涂镀;所说的导电电极(4)的金属镀层材料可选用如铜、铝等金属材料工业镀膜。
该双电极起搏针头还可采用如下方式实现,绝缘层(5)和绝缘保护层(6)均采用绝缘管件(如医用无毒塑料管),导电电极(4)采用导电片(如铜片)通过导线电连接起搏器,并使导电电极(4)和导线夹持固连在绝缘层(5)及绝缘保护层(6)两管件之间而构成。
使用时医用起搏器的“+”、“-”两极分别电连接连在针头(2)上和导电电极(4)上,则当针杆插入人体内时针杆(1)的针尖部位作为起搏阳极端;而导电电极(4)则作为起搏阴极端实施起搏抢救。具体起搏操作过程是:
a、病人取仰卧位,用酒精、碘酒常规消毒穿刺部位;
b、部位取胸骨左统第四肋间外1-2cm处,沿肋骨上统垂直刺入右心室,刺入4-5cm回吸有血液后注入药物;
c、电连接起搏器,起搏电压从50伏开始,一直可增加到150伏,脉宽为2-3毫秒。活塞(3)的功能是:打开活塞(3)可心腔内注药、测压。关上活塞(3)可防止心腔内血外流、感染。
本双电极起搏针头优点是:因只需扎一针即可进行起搏操作,较之扎两个电极针可赢得宝贵的急救时间;一针双电极起搏避免了双针双电极起搏造成的人体振颤问题,从而保证医护人员可准确阅读心电图以便对病人有效监测,对病人来讲减少一针心刺,可减轻病患痛苦。

Claims (5)

1、一种双电极起搏针头,其特征在于:在针头针杆上设置有与该针杆本体呈电绝缘的导电电极,该导电电极与针头针杆之间具有绝缘层,导电电极除端头裸露外余下部分的针杆外表面也具有绝缘保护层。
2、根据权利要求1所述双电极起搏针头,其特征在于所说的导电电极与针头针杆之间的绝缘层可采用在针杆上涂镀医用无毒塑料层方式。
3、根据权种要求1所述双电极起搏针头,其特征在于所说的导电电极与针头针杆之间绝缘层可采用在针头针杆上箍套医用无毒塑料管方式。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述双电极起搏针头,其特征在于所说的导电电极可采用在针头针杆上的绝缘层上进行金属镀膜方式。
5、根据权利要求1所述双电极起搏针头,其特征在于所说的导电电极除端头裸露外余下部分的外表面所具有的绝缘保护层可采用涂镀无毒医用塑料层或箍套塑料管方式。
