本实用新型公开了一种反接式耐热轻便焊钳,由弯把铜接线柱(1),钢制手把(2),弹簧(3),铆钉(4),铜钳口(5),耐弧钳口护罩(6),弹簧绝缘护套(7),弯把绝缘护罩(8),绝缘手柄(9),铜制三角锥楔(11)和紧固绝缘件螺钉(12)构成。其特点是弯把铜接线柱(1)与上钳口为一体,其上设一锥形接线孔(13),电焊电缆(10)通过钢制手把反接于弯把铜接线柱(1)之锥形接线孔(13)上。本实用新型相比现有的电煤钳具有耐热性好、节约铜材、重量轻、成本低等优点,是一种理想的电焊钳。

反接式耐热轻便焊钳
本实用新型涉及一种电焊钳,特别是一种反接式耐热轻便焊钳。
现在所使用的电焊钳分为500A和300A两种,其结构如图2所示。图中1.为弯柄,2.铜直柄接线柱,3.弹簧,4.铆钉,5.铜钳口、6.耐弧绝缘钳口护罩,7.弹簧绝缘护套,8.弯把绝缘护罩,9.绝缘手柄,10.电焊电缆,11.压紧螺栓,12.钢压片,13.紧固绝缘件螺钉。使用时将电焊电缆(10)接头随同钢压片(12)插入绝缘手柄(9)中。至铜直柄接线柱(2)后部的圆孔中,用压紧螺栓(11)将钢压片(12)压紧,上好绝缘手柄(9)的紧固螺钉(13)即可使用,由于电焊电缆接头在铜直柄接线柱后部圆孔内是用螺栓压紧,线头接触面小,又是在绝缘手柄内。螺栓紧固度有限,在操作时经常上下抖动,左右扭摆,经过一段时间后容易松动(松动时间视螺栓紧压度而定),使导线接头电阻增大而发热,过热而氧化则更严重,将热传致绝缘手柄上,使其烫手,无法继续施焊。直接影响焊接效率,焊工也手感特别难受,并且铜直柄由钳口至电缆接头处需一定的长度,铜材量大使整个焊钳重量也大。
本实用新型旨在提供一种电焊电缆接头与接线柱接触良好,工作时不易松动、不发热、重量轻的反接式耐热轻便焊钳。

本实用新型由弯把铜接线柱(1),手把(2),弹簧(3),铆钉(4),铜钳口(5),耐弧钳口护罩(6),弹簧绝缘护套(7),弯把绝缘护罩(8),绝缘手柄(9),铜制三角锥楔(11)和紧固绝缘件螺钉(12)构成。弯把铜接线柱(1)与上钳口一体用铜制造,在弯把铜接线柱(1)上设一锥形接线孔(13)。电焊电缆(10)接线头通过手把(2)之内道,插入锥形接线孔(13),将铜制三角锥楔(11)敲入锥形接线孔(13),使接线头涨紧在锥形接线孔(13)中。这样导线满孔接触良好,电阻小,不易发热,且不易松动。手把(2)改用钢件制造而成,可节约铜材,减轻重量。因为接线柱与上钳口较近,导电性能更加良好,并能通过较大的电流。
综上所述,本实用新型相比现有的电焊钳具有耐热性能高不烫手、节约铜材、减轻重量、降低制造成本、减轻焊工劳动强度、提高焊接效率等优点,是一种理想的电焊钳。

Claims (2)

1、一种反接式耐热轻便焊钳,由弯把铜接线柱(1),手把(2),弹簧(3),铆钉(4),铜钳口(5),耐弧钳口护罩(6),弹簧绝缘护套(7),弯把绝缘护罩(8),绝缘手柄(9),铜制三角锥楔(11)和紧固绝缘件螺钉(12)构成,其特征在于弯把铜接线柱(1)与上钳口一体用铜制造,在弯把铜接线柱(1)上开有一个能使电焊电缆(10)通过手把(2)之内道后再插入其内的锥形接线孔(13)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的反接式耐热轻便焊钳,其特征在于手把(2)采用钢件制造而成。
