Description

吊杆式液位传感器
本实用新型属于液体液面的指示或测量,特别是一种通过测量重力测出液位的传感器。
目前,液体传感器多采用浮球式,利用浮球内装的磁钢随液位变化时接通或断开干簧管接点,从而给出液位的信号。但是液体温度高于60℃,或液位波动较大,特别是强酸、碱,汽油等,则无法正常使用。
本实用新型的目的是,利用测杆的重力与液体对测杆的浮力之差,设计一种带防护套筒的液位传感器,并采用集成电路技术,以实现对液位的连续测试,并适用于高温或腐蚀性液体液位的测试。
本实用新型的吊杆式液位传感器,由液位测杆和传感变送器组成,其特征是,液位测杆为耐腐蚀材料制成分段螺纹连接式,液位测杆外设有防护套管,液位测杆上端通过传动绳索及定滑轮与传感变送器连接,再连接传输电信号的电缆,防护套管下端设有12个直径6毫米的进水孔,防护套管用支架和支座垂直固定在液箱内;所述的耐腐材料可以是聚氯乙烯、不锈钢、聚四氟乙烯。
传感变送器由传感部件和放大变送电路组成,传感部件为利用离子注入工艺制作在单片硅膜片上的压敏电阻器;放大变送电路由运算放大器与电阻R1、R2、R3、电容C1、C2、C3、电位器P1、P2组成。
本实用新型的吊杆式液位传感器的使用方法是,将液位测杆和防护套管放在被测液体的液箱中,防护套管用支架和支座垂直固定在液箱内,随着液面的变化,测杆的重力与液体对测杆的浮力之差也相应变化,将此重力差值通过传感变送器转换成模拟量电信号,通过电缆输出,从而测量出液体的液位。
本实用新型的优点是,结构简单,安装方便;采用集成电路传感变送,精度高,稳定性好;能够对高温、强酸强碱、油类等特殊液体进行液位测试和控制。可实现对液体液位的连续测试和上下限液位的控制。适用于-5~+150℃酸、碱、水或强酸、强碱、高温水中使用。

传感变送器由传感部件和放大变送电路组成,传感部件为利用离子注入工艺制作在单片硅膜片上的压敏电阻器;放大变送电路由运算放大器与电阻R1、R2、R3、电容C1、C2、C3、电位器P1、P2组成。

1、一种吊杆式液位传感器,由液位测杆和传感变送器组成,其特征是,液位测杆为耐腐蚀材料制成分段螺纹连接式,液位测杆外设有防护套管,液位测杆上端通过传动绳索及定滑轮与传感变送器连接,再连接传输电信号的电缆,防护套管下端设有12个直径6毫米的进水孔,防护套管用支架和支座垂直固定在液箱内。
传感变送器由传感部件和放大变送电路组成,传感部件为利用离子注入工艺制作在单片硅膜片上的压敏电阻器;放大变送电路由运算放大器与电阻R1、R2、R3、电容C1、C2、C3、电位器P1、P2组成。
2、如权利要求1所述的吊杆式液位传感器,其特征是,液位测杆的制作材料是聚氯乙烯,或不锈钢,或聚四氟乙烯。
