Abstract

一种易开拉启式瓶盖，它主要应用于气压饮料瓶上，此瓶盖在瓶盖平顶部圆周有一凹陷区，拉环的厚度和宽度与凹陷区吻合，所开设的两条突破线槽一条只延伸到平顶部边缘，另一条延伸到莫尔边的边缘，突破线槽相交点不超过瓶盖圆心，所成夹角在90°-120°之间，此瓶盖断面简单，制模容易，拉启更省力。

Description

一种易开拉启瓶盖
本实用新型涉及到一种易开拉启瓶盖，尤其是应用于气压饮料上的易开拉启瓶盖。
很久之前人们就想出在气压饮料、酒瓶上设置类似于易拉罐上的拉启式瓶盖。但是，由于拉环和瓶盖本体不处在同一个平面，给灌装、滴塑过程造成不便，因而不可能在工业生产中得到应用。因此，又有人在瓶盖上设置凹陷区，凹陷区的形状和深度和拉环相符，将拉环置于瓶盖的凹陷区并与瓶盖平顶部处于同一平面，从而使瓶盖能被顺利地滴塑和灌装。但是这种瓶盖的断面复杂，开模困难。而且为了使瓶盖平面整体布局合理，其突破线槽长度相对缩短，拉启时就要增加用力。
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种用于啤酒、汽水等气压饮料瓶上的易开拉启瓶盖，它不仅能使此瓶盖顺利通过气压饮料生产线，又使瓶盖的断面结构简化，拉启更省力。
本实用新型为实现其目的，采用如下的技术方案，它在有莫尔边瓶盖本体平顶部上有凹陷区和两条突破线槽以及拉环。拉环外圆周直径和瓶盖平顶部直径相同，拉环布置在瓶盖平顶部边缘，拉环的内圆之内以及两条突破线槽以外部分是高度和拉环厚度相同的凸台，从而形成瓶盖本体平面的凸出部分。相对于凸出部分，拉环所置以及突破线槽之间在瓶盖平顶上的部分形成凹陷区。一条突破线槽延伸到瓶盖莫尔边的边缘，另一条突破线槽只开设到瓶盖平顶部边缘。延伸到莫尔边上的突破线槽在莫尔边上的部分向另一条突破线槽方向弯折。两条突破线在瓶盖平顶部相交位置不超过其圆心，夹角在90°-120°之间。
本实用新型同以往气压饮料易开瓶盖的设计相比，它使拉环置于瓶盖内，并使瓶盖顶部为一平面，因而可以直接应用到现有的饮料灌装线上。同时，此种瓶盖断面设计最为简单，开模制模容易，突破线槽的转折处也最少。另外，由于一般瓶盖为马口铁，利用马口铁材料剪切强度比拉伸强度低的特点，突破线槽设计成一条延伸到莫尔边尽头，另一条只到平顶边缘，从而使拉启瓶盖在这一段自然形成剪切作用，同时，通过拉环拉开后能使瓶盖张开并拉脱，因而开启更省力。
以下结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。

本实施例采用25丝厚的马口铁制成瓶盖本体1。如图1所示。图1中，2是瓶盖的莫尔边，3是瓶盖的平顶部，平顶部3有凸出部分8和凹陷区4，凹陷区4的最外端即为平顶部的圆周边缘，它是有一定宽度的圆环，平顶部上还有两条相交成90°的突破线槽5、6，相交点不超过瓶盖圆心，突破线槽5、6所在的区域也为凹陷区4，平顶部上凹陷区4之外部分为凸出部分8。突破线槽5、6的深度为18丝、其中一条突破线槽5只延伸到平顶部3的外缘，另一条突破线槽6延伸到莫尔边的尽头，其在莫尔边上的线槽向突破线槽5一边弯折。
图2所示的A-A剖示反映了平顶部的凸出部分和凹陷区4，凹陷区4和凸出部分形成一凸台，凸台的高度和拉环7的厚度相同，凹陷区4宽度和拉环7宽度相同。
安装时如图3所示，将拉环7置于凹陷区4内，拉环7和整个凸出部分8在同一平面上。这样使瓶盖能顺利地堆码通过滴塑、灌装线。

Claims (2)

1、一种易开拉启瓶盖，它在有莫尔边(2)的瓶盖本体平顶部(3)上有凹陷区(4)，和两条突破线槽(5)、(6)，以及拉环(7)，其特征在于：拉环(7)外圆周直径和瓶盖平顶部(3)直径相同，拉环(7)布置在瓶盖平顶部(3)边缘，拉环(7)内圆之内以及两条突破线槽(5)、(6)以外部分是高度和拉环(7)厚度相同的凸出部分(8)，一条突破线槽(6)延伸到莫尔边(2)的边缘，另一条突破线槽(5)只开设到瓶盖平顶部边缘。
2、根据权利要求1所述的瓶盖，其特征还在于：延伸到莫尔边上的突破线槽(6)向另一条突破线槽(5)弯折，两条突破线槽(5)(6)在瓶盖平顶(3)上相交位置不超过圆心，夹角在90°-120°之间。
