[ Detailed description ] of the invention
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous technical effects to be solved by the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and a plurality of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application, and that various embodiments may be described in conjunction with the same drawing or drawings, but not all features that appear in the same drawing as what an embodiment must possess. Rather they may be combined in any suitable way as long as they are not technically mutually exclusive. Fig. 1 and 2 illustrate a laundry treating apparatus 100. The laundry treating apparatus 100 exemplarily shown in fig. 1 and 2 may be, for example, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, or a washing and drying integrated machine. The laundry treating device 100 comprises a housing 10, the housing 10 having a housing outer side 11. In the housing 10, a tub (not shown in the drawings) defining a laundry treating chamber is arranged, and the housing 10 basically includes a front wall 101, a side wall 102 and a top plate 103, and in the present embodiment, basically considers a housing outer side 11 of the front wall 101 of the laundry treating device 100.
Further, the laundry treating apparatus 100 includes at least one opening (not shown in the drawings). An opening is constructed in the front wall 101 of the housing 10. The opening may be closed by the door unit 20. The door unit 20 is connected to the housing 10 in a substantially rotationally fixed manner or is fastened to the housing 10 in a rotatable manner. Further, the drawing box 30 is schematically shown in an upper region of the front wall 101 of the laundry treating apparatus 100, the drawing box 30 being slidably supported on the housing 10 in the drawing direction D. As an example, the drawer 30 is a detergent adding box, and in other embodiments the drawer 30 may also be a condensate collecting box or a batting collecting box, etc. In addition to the drawer 30, a control panel (not shown) may be disposed on the front wall 101 of the laundry treating apparatus 100, such as being disposed in an upper region of the front wall 101 together with the drawer 30, an outer side of a front surface of the control panel constituting a part of the housing outer side 11 of the front wall 101 of the laundry treating apparatus 100. It will be appreciated that the drawer 30 may be provided in other areas of the front wall 101 of the laundry treating device 100 as desired; the control panel may be provided with a control part, a display part, etc., and the control part may be touch control or mechanical control, such as a knob or a button.
In fig. 3, a pull box 30 is shown, the pull box 30 having a box body 30a and a pull handle assembly 30b, which are shown by way of example. The cartridge body 30a is configured to receive detergent in liquid and/or gel and/or powder form. A handle assembly 30b is mounted on the case body 30 a.
The handle assembly 30b includes a handle 32, and the handle 32 includes a grip 321. As an example, the handle assembly 30b includes only one handle 32 and one grip 321. In other embodiments, the handle assembly 30b may also have a plurality of handles 32 and a plurality of grips 321. The handle 32 can be held in a closed position by a return mechanism (described in detail below) and can be moved to a gripping position by an actuating force and the gripping portion 321 can now be moved away from the cartridge body 30a to form a gripping gap, after which the handle 32 can be returned to the closed position by the return mechanism.
The handle 32 is capable of being switched between a first state and a second state when the drawer 30 is mounted in place on the laundry treating device 100. As shown in fig. 1, in the first state, the handle 32 and grip 321 are substantially received in the housing 10 with the handle 32 in the closed position; as shown in fig. 2, in the second state, the grip 321 protrudes from the housing outer side 11 of the laundry treating apparatus 100 adjacent to the handle 32 and the handle 32 is located at the grip position, at which time the user can access the grip 321 and operate the handle 32 through the grip 321 to open or close the case body 30a of the drawer case 30.
Referring to fig. 4-6, the handle 32 also has an actuator portion 322, the actuator portion 322 being configured to apply an actuating force to the handle 32. As an example, the handle 32 is pivoted, the actuating portion 322 and the grip portion 321 are respectively provided at both sides of the handle 32 on the pivot axis X, and the grip portion 321 protrudes away from the case body 30a and forms a grip gap with the case outside 11 of the laundry treating device 100 adjacent to the handle 32 when the actuating portion 322 moves toward the case body 30 a. The pivot axis X is preferably located closer to one side of the actuating portion 322 so that a smaller actuating distance results in the grip portion 321 forming an operable grip gap. The handle 32 preferably extends to an edge of the housing outer side 11 of the laundry treating device 100, the grip 321 is provided at a side of the handle 32 which is not adjacent to the laundry treating device 100 among both sides of the pivot axis X, and a thickness D2 of the handle 32 in the drawing direction D at a side of the actuating portion 322 is smaller than a thickness D1 of the handle 32 in the drawing direction D at a side of the grip 321, thereby providing a space in which the actuating portion 322 moves toward the case body 30a while ensuring a small gap of the handle 32 with the housing outer side 11 at a side of the grip 321.
In other embodiments, the actuating portion 322 and the holding portion 321 may be located on the same side of the pivot axis X, and the holding portion 321 protrudes away from the case body 30a and forms a holding gap with the case outer side 11 of the laundry treating device 100 adjacent to the handle 32 when the actuating portion 322 moves away from the case body 30 a; the handle 32 may also be slidable, and the actuating portion 322 and the holding portion 321 may be provided at any position of the handle 32, and the holding portion 321 protrudes away from the case body 30a of the laundry treating device 100 adjacent to the handle 32 and forms a holding gap when the actuating portion 322 moves away from the case body 30 a.
As an example, the actuation force is a force of a user, and pressing the actuation portion 322 by a human hand causes the handle 32 to pivot, and at this time, the grip portion 321 may be used as the actuation portion, and pulling the grip portion 321 outward by a human hand may cause the handle 32 to pivot. In other embodiments, the actuation force may also be a micro-motor drive force or an electromagnetic drive force, or the like.
As an example, the pivot axis X is perpendicular to the drawing plane. In other embodiments, the pivot axis X may also be parallel to the drawing plane and perpendicular to the drawing direction D.
As an example, the handle 32 is further provided with a reinforcement member 323, such as a metal member, fixedly connected to the handle 32 to increase the strength of the handle 32.
The pull handle assembly 30b further includes a base plate 33, and the base plate 33 is fixedly connected with the box body 30 a. As an example, the base plate 33 includes at least one connecting element 330, the at least one connecting element 330 being configured to connect the pull handle assembly 30b with the cartridge body 30a, thereby forming the pull cartridge 30. As an example, the base plate 33 comprises a first plate 331 and a second plate 332 connected to each other, such as by a snap-fit connection. The base plate 33 includes a first side 33a and a second side 33b facing away from each other, the first side 33a and the second side 33b are disposed on the first plate 331 and the second plate 332, respectively, the first side 33a is far away from the box body 30a and constitutes an outer side of the base plate 33, and at least one connection element 331 is disposed on the second side 33b.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the handle 32 is movably connected to the base plate 33 by a connecting mechanism 34. The connection mechanism 34 includes a movement mechanism 341 disposed between the handle 32 and the base plate 33, the movement mechanism 341 enabling movement of the handle 32 relative to the base plate 33 under an actuation force. As an example, the moving mechanism 341 includes a pivot shaft 3411, where the pivot shaft 3411 is fixed to the second side 33b of the base plate 33 (e.g., via a pivot shaft connecting arm 3411 a), and the handle 32 is provided with a sleeve 3412 and is sleeved on the pivot shaft 3411 via the sleeve 3412, where the center line of the pivot shaft 3411 is a pivot axis X, so that the handle 32 can pivot relative to the base plate 33 about the pivot axis X. The pivot shaft 3411 passes through the aperture 3413 in the base plate 33 at the same time to further secure the relative positions of the handle 32 and the base plate 33. In other embodiments, the pivot shaft 3411 may also be disposed on the handle 32, with the sleeve 3412 being disposed on the base 33.
The attachment mechanism 34 also includes a position defining mechanism 342 disposed between the handle 32 and the base 33 to define the position of the handle 32 relative to the base 33 during movement. The position defining mechanism 342 includes a grip position defining assembly 342a and a closed position defining assembly 342b.
As an example, the holding position defining member 342a includes a protruding portion 3421 provided on the handle 32 and a slide rail 3422 provided on the base plate 33, the protruding portion 3421 includes a positioning portion 3421a and a limiting portion 3421b that cooperate with the slide rail 3422, the positioning portion 3421a ensuring that the position of the handle 32 when moved to the holding position does not shift (especially sag), the limiting portion 3421b defining the maximum displacement of the holding portion 321 away from the case body 30 a. In the present embodiment, the protruding portion 3421 is integral with the handle 32, and one end of the positioning portion 3421a extends from the handle 32 and is configured in an arc shape to match the pivoting movement of the handle 32; the limiting part 3421b is a bending part arranged at the other end of the positioning part 3421a and is matched with the end surface of the sliding rail 3422 to limit the maximum displacement of the holding part 321 away from the box body 30 a; the slide rail 3422 is configured as a positioning groove that cooperates with the positioning portion 3421a and is fixed on the second side 33b of the base plate 33 by a screw or the like, and the lower surface of the positioning portion 3421a cooperates with the upper surface of the positioning groove to define the position of the handle 32. In other embodiments, the sliding rail 3422 may be disposed on the handle 32, and the protruding portion 3421 is disposed on the base plate 33.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, as an example, the closing position defining member 342b includes a groove 3423 provided on the handle 32 and a protrusion 3424 provided on the base plate 33, the protrusion 3424 enters into the groove 3423 by a guide structure of an end portion when the closing position is to be entered, an upper surface of the protrusion 3424 is engaged with a lower surface of the groove 3423 to define a position of the handle 32, the protrusion 3424 is provided on a side of the flange 3311 on a lower side of the first plate 331 remote from the case body 30a, and a portion of the flange 3311 around the protrusion 3424 is engaged with an end surface of the groove 3423 to define a state in which the handle 32 is flush with an outer side of the base plate 33 in the closing position. In other embodiments, the protrusions 3424 may also be provided on the handle 32 and the slots 3423 provided on the base 33.
The connecting mechanism 34 further includes a return mechanism 343 disposed between the handle 32 and the base 33, the return mechanism 343 returning the handle 32 to the closed position relative to the base 33 upon loss of the actuation force. Preferably, the reset mechanism 343 includes an elastic member 3431, one end of the elastic member 3431 acts with the handle 32, and the other end acts with the base plate 33. As an example, the elastic member 3431 is configured as a tension spring having one end connected to the handle 32 and the other end connected to a tension spring mount 3432 fixed to the base plate 33 (e.g., the tension spring mount 3432 is fixed to the pivot shaft connecting arm 3411a by a screw or the like).
As an example, the outer sides of the handle 32 and the base plate 33 together constitute the outer side of the handle assembly 30 b; preferably in the closed position, the outside of the handle 32 is flush with the outside of the base plate 33. The entire outer side of the handle assembly 30b may have only one parting line, i.e., a parting line between the outer side of the handle 32 and the outer side of the base plate 33, where the outer side of the handle 32 and the outer side of the base plate 33 have the same size on the drawing plane and perpendicular to the drawing direction D, and are adjacent in the direction perpendicular to the drawing plane; or the outer side of the handle 32 and the outer side of the base plate 33 have the same size in the direction perpendicular to the drawing plane, and are adjacent in the direction perpendicular to the drawing direction D; preferably, the parting line of the outer side of the handle 32 and the outer side of the base plate 33 is a straight line. In other embodiments, the handle 32 may also cover the entire base plate 33, with the outside of the handle 32 constituting the entire outside of the handle assembly 30b in the first state, such that the entire outside of the handle assembly 30b has no parting line. Preferably, in the first state, the outside of the handle assembly 30b is flush with the housing outside 11 of the laundry treating device 100 adjacent to the handle assembly 30 b. Thereby, a substantially coherent front wall 101 or a flat front wall is created visually, in which substantially only the door unit 20 protrudes from the housing outer side 11 of the front wall 101 of the laundry treatment device 100. Preferably, the outer side of the handle assembly 30b is substantially planar, and the laundry treating device 100 is thereby of a fashionable and tidy design when the housing outer side 11 of the laundry treating device 100 is also substantially planar. Preferably, the outside of the handle assembly 30b has similar and/or identical and/or consistent characteristics (or composition), including but not limited to color composition, material composition, etc., with the housing outside 11 (particularly the front wall 101) of the laundry treating device 100.
In other embodiments, the handle 32 and/or the base plate 33 may further comprise a decorative cover arranged towards the housing outer side 11, the outer side of the handle 32 and/or the base plate 33 being constituted by the decorative cover. The decorative cover may be constructed in one piece or may be composed of a plurality of sub-elements, such as being constructed as a plate and fastened to the handle 32 and/or the base plate 33 by means of adhesive or the like, so as to cover the handle 32 and/or the base plate 33.
How the handle 32 transitions from the first state to the second state is briefly described below. When the handle 32 is in the first state, i.e., the handle 32 is in the closed position, the handle 32 is substantially received in the housing 10 of the laundry treating device 100. By pressing or pulling the actuating portion 322 from the outside, the handle 32 pivots about the pivot axis X, and at the same time, the elastic member 3431 is tensioned, and the grip portion 321 is switched from the first state to the second state. In the second state, the handle 32 protrudes from the housing 10 of the laundry treating apparatus 100 in such a way that the grip 321 of the handle 32, i.e., the handle 32 is located at the grip position, can be operated from the outside. The drawing case 30 may be drawn out from the housing 10 of the laundry treating apparatus 100 by the grip 321. In the opposite process, i.e., in the case where the handle 32 moves from the second state to the first state, the grip 321 of the handle 32 is released, and the handle 32 is now received in the laundry treating device 100 again in the first state by the restoring action of the elastic member 3431.

A laundry treatment device (100) comprising a housing (10) and a pull box (30) slidably supported on the housing (10) along a pull direction (D), the pull box (30) comprising a box body (30 a) and a handle assembly (30 b) connected to each other, the handle assembly (30 b) comprising a handle (32), characterized in that: the handle (32) has a grip (321) and is held in a closed position by a return mechanism (343), the handle (32) being configured to: is movable to a gripping position under the action of an actuating force and the gripping portion (321) is moved away from the box body (30 a) to form a gripping gap; after losing the actuation force, the handle (32) can return to the closed position under the action of the reset mechanism (343).
2. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the handle assembly (30 b) further comprises a base plate (33), the base plate (33) is fixedly connected with the box body (30 a), and the handle (32) is movably connected to the base plate (33); and/or
The handle (32) further has an actuating portion (322), the actuating portion (322) being configured to exert the actuating force on the handle (32), the gripping portion (321) being configured to move away from the cartridge body (30 a) to form a gripping gap when the actuating portion (322) is moved toward or away from the cartridge body (30 a); and/or
The housing (10) has a housing outer side (11), the pull handle (32) being switchable between a first state in which the pull handle (32) and the grip (321) are substantially received in the housing (10) and the pull handle (32) is in the closed position; in the second state, the grip portion (321) protrudes from a housing outer side (11) of the laundry treatment device (100) adjacent to the handle (32) and the handle (32) is located at the grip position.
3. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the handle (32) is pivoted, and the actuating part (322) and the holding part (321) are respectively arranged on two sides of the handle (32) which are positioned on the pivot axis (X) or are simultaneously positioned on the same side of the handle (32) which is positioned on the pivot axis (X).
4. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 2, wherein: in the first state, an outer side of the handle assembly (30 b) is flush with a housing outer side (11) of the laundry treatment device (100) adjacent to the handle assembly (30 b); and/or
The outside of the pull handle assembly (30 b) is substantially planar, the housing outside (11) of the laundry treating device (100) is also substantially planar; and/or
The outside of the pull handle assembly (30 b) has similar and/or identical characteristics to the housing outside (11) of the laundry treating device (100); and/or
The outer side of the handle (32) and the outer side of the base plate (33) together form the outer side of the handle assembly (30 b), and in the closed position the outer side of the handle (32) and the outer side of the base plate (33) are flush and/or form only one dividing line.
5. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the handle (32) is movably connected to the base plate (33) through a connecting mechanism (34), the connecting mechanism (34) comprises a moving mechanism (341) arranged between the handle (32) and the base plate (33), and the moving mechanism (341) can enable the handle (32) to move relative to the base plate (33) under the action of an actuating force; and/or
The connecting mechanism (34) comprises a position limiting mechanism (342) arranged between the handle (32) and the base plate (33), and the position limiting mechanism (342) can limit the position of the handle (32) relative to the base plate (33) in the moving process; and/or
The connecting mechanism (34) comprises a reset mechanism (343) arranged between the handle (32) and the base plate (33), and the reset mechanism (343) can enable the handle (32) to return to the closed position relative to the base plate (33) after the actuating force is lost.
6. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the moving mechanism (341) comprises a pivot shaft (3411), the pivot shaft (3411) is fixed on one of the base plate (33) and the handle (32), a shaft sleeve (3412) is arranged on the other of the base plate (33) and the handle (32), and the pivot shaft (3411) is sleeved by the shaft sleeve (3412).
7. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the position defining mechanism (342) includes a gripping position defining assembly (342 a) and a closing position defining assembly (342 b); the grip position defining assembly (342 a) includes a protruding portion (3421) provided on one of the handle (32) and the base plate (33) and a slide rail (3422) provided on the other of the handle (32) and the base plate (33), the protruding portion (3421) including a positioning portion (3421 a) and a limiting portion (3421 b) that cooperate with the slide rail (3422); the closed position defining assembly (342 b) includes a slot (3423) disposed on one of the handle (32) and the base plate (33) and a protrusion (3424) disposed on the other of the handle (32) and the base plate (33).
8. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the reset mechanism (343) comprises an elastic piece (3431), one end of the elastic piece (3431) acts with the handle (32), and the other end acts with the base plate (33).
9. The laundry treating apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the drawing box body (30) is at least one of a detergent throwing box, a condensed water collecting box and a flock collecting box.
10. A drawer box (30), characterized in that: laundry treatment apparatus (100) according to any of claims 1-9.
