The liquid distributor sprays water onto the wet curtain through the water outlet 10, and when natural wind or internal wind passes through the wet curtain 12, the water in the wet curtain 12 evaporates to take away a great deal of latent heat in the air, so that the purposes of cooling and humidifying the indoor space are achieved.
