The condensation water seal device adopts the principle of a communicating vessel: the water inlet 21 of the water inlet pipe 2 is communicated with the fan through a condensed water drain pipe, the water outlet 22 of the water inlet pipe 2 is inserted into the water storage box 1, the water outlet 22 of the water inlet pipe 2 enters the water storage cavity 11, the water inlet cavity in the water inlet pipe 2 is communicated with the water storage cavity 11, the water storage box 1 is provided with an overflow port 12 higher than the water outlet 22 of the water inlet pipe 2, the liquid level height in the water storage cavity 11 is consistent with the liquid level height of the water inlet cavity of the water inlet pipe 2 at any time and is not higher than the height of the overflow port 12, and after the fan starts to operate, condensed water enters from the water inlet pipe 2, and the liquid level of the water storage cavity 11 and the liquid level of the water inlet cavity rise simultaneously. The water forms a closed space, the wind pressure in the water inlet cavity is 150Pa at most, and when the liquid level height is greater than 15mm, the water pressure is greater than the air pressure, so that the leakage of the flue gas can be effectively prevented. When the liquid level is higher than the overflow port 12, redundant water is discharged through the overflow port 12, water with the liquid level not higher than the overflow port 12 is always present in the water storage cavity 11, a good liquid sealing effect is achieved, water in the condensation water sealing device can effectively block smoke, smoke is prevented from leaking, impurities and dirt in the condensed water are gradually accumulated in the water storage cavity 11 after the operation is performed for a period of time, and larger dirt is formed to be deposited on the bottom of the water storage cavity 11 and the sealing cover 5.
Because the existing condensed water seal integrated water storage box is changed into a split type, namely, the bottom of the water storage box 1 is provided with the opening 13, and the sealing cover 5 is detachably arranged on the opening 13, when the dirt in the condensed water seal device is required to be cleaned, the whole machine is stopped, then the sealing cover 5 is taken down and cleaned, and after the sealing cover 5 is cleaned, the sealing cover 5 is arranged back to the bottom of the water storage box 1, the cleaning process is very convenient and quick, so that the water seal parts and the condensed water waterway are cleaned under the condition of not disassembling the machine.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the above embodiment, the condensate water seal apparatus further includes: a branch pipe 3 and a drain pipe 4. The branch pipe 3 is three-way, the first end of the branch pipe 3 is connected with the overflow port 12, the second end is connected with the drain pipe 4, and the third end is connected with the safety valve.
In the embodiment, the drain pipe 4 is communicated with the overflow port 12 through the branch pipe 3, so that when the liquid level is higher than the overflow port 12, the excessive water can enter the branch pipe 3 through the overflow port 12 and then enter the drain pipe 4 through the branch pipe 3 to be directly discharged; in addition, due to the existence of the branch pipe 3 which can be connected with the safety valve, when the water pressure in the system is too large, the safety valve is opened, the drainage is unloaded, and after the water enters the branch pipe 3 from the safety valve, the water is directly discharged from the drainage pipe 4, so that the condensation water seal device can also take the effect of unloading and drainage into consideration, 1 drainage pipe is not required to be connected on the safety valve independently, 1 drainage pipe is reduced, and the user engineering connection is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, the overflow port 12 is disposed on a top circumferential side wall of the water storage box 1, and the axial direction of the water inlet pipe 2 is parallel to the height direction of the water storage box 1. The water outlet 22 of the water inlet pipe 2 is positioned at the bottom of the water storage cavity 11, and a spacing distance is reserved between the water outlet 22 and the sealing cover 5, and the overflow port 12 is arranged at the top of the water storage box 1, and the water outlet 22 of the water inlet pipe 2 is arranged at the bottom of the water storage box 1, so that the drop between the overflow port 12 and the water outlet 22 is maximized, and the water sealing effect is better.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the water storage cartridge 1 is provided with a seal groove 131 on the outer peripheral side thereof at the opening 13; the seal groove 131 is internally provided with a seal ring, and the seal cover 5 is in threaded connection with the water storage box 1 and is sealed through the seal ring. The sealing cover 5 is arranged on the opening 13 of the water storage box 1 in a threaded connection mode, so that the sealing cover 5 is more convenient and quicker to assemble and disassemble in the cleaning process, and the cleaning efficiency is further improved; through setting up seal groove 131 and installing the sealing washer additional in the periphery that water storage box 1 is located opening 13, can further increase the leakproofness between sealed lid 5 and opening 13, make sealed lid 5 after the installation, effect sealed effect is better.

In this embodiment, the axial direction of the drain pipe 4 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the branch pipe 3, so that the drain process is smoother, and water storage is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in another embodiment, the condensation water seal device further includes a connecting piece 6, the connecting piece 6 is disposed between the drain pipe 4 and the water storage box 1, the connecting piece 6 is provided with a mounting hole 61, and the drain pipe 4 is directly connected with the water storage box 1 by disposing the connecting piece 6, so that the stress of the branch pipe 3 is shared, the overall strength of the condensation water seal device is increased, the condensation water seal device is not easy to damage, and the reliability is increased; on the other hand, by adding the mounting holes 61 on the connecting piece 6, the condensation water seal device can be connected with the machine body more firmly through the mounting holes 61, and the reliability is further improved.
In an embodiment not shown in the drawings, the overflow ports 12 and the branch pipes 3 are plural, and each overflow port 12 is provided with a branch pipe 3 corresponding thereto. In a system requiring a plurality of waste pipes, a plurality of overflow ports 12 can be arranged on the peripheral side of the top of the water storage box 1, and each overflow port 12 is respectively provided with a branch pipe 3 and connected with the drain pipe 4.
In the above-described embodiment, in the case where a plurality of devices need to drain water, for example: the waste water pipes of other household appliances (washing machine, water purifier, etc.) in the home can be directly connected to the third end of the branch pipe 3, and the drain pipe 4 of the condensation water seal device is directly connected with the floor drain, so that the waste water of the other household appliances is directly discharged to the floor drain through the drain pipe 4 of the condensation water seal device, the problem that each waste water pipe of the other household appliances is separately connected with one floor drain is avoided, the required quantity of the waste water pipes and the floor drain is reduced, and the engineering installation is convenient.
