In order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, detailed structures will be presented in the following description in order to illustrate the technical solutions presented by the present application. Preferred embodiments of the present application are described in detail below, however, the present application may have other embodiments in addition to these detailed descriptions.
A wire harness fixing bracket 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the wire harness fixing bracket includes: the first bracket comprises a wire harness installation piece, and the second bracket is arranged on one side of the wire harness installation piece; the wire harness installation piece and the second support are used for fixing the first wire harness, wherein the wire harness installation piece is used for guiding and fixing the first wire harness along the first trend, the second support is used for guiding and fixing the first wire harness along the second trend, and the first trend is intersected with the second trend.
Based on this, the present application provides a bracket capable of fixing a wire harness having two directions. According to the wire harness fixing bracket, the wire harness mounting piece guides and fixes the first wire harness along the first trend, and the second bracket guides and fixes the first wire harness along the second trend, so that the wire harness with two trends can be fixed.
In one example, the wiring harness may be a high voltage cable, a low voltage cable, a conductive line, etc., without limitation.
In one example, the first trend portion and the second trend portion of the first wire harness may be respectively disposed on the wire harness mounting member and the second bracket through a plurality of fixing manners, for example, the fixing manners may be wire harness fixing, adhesive fixing, fastening fixing, and the like, which are not limited. Preferably, the first and second running portions may be fixedly provided to the harness mounting member and the second bracket, respectively, by a harness member such as a tie, a harness strap, a lock strap, or the like.
In one example, the intersection of the first trend and the second trend means that an included angle exists between the first trend and the second trend, and the included angle is not 0 ° and not 180 °. Preferably, the first trend and the second trend may intersect perpendicularly.
In one example, the harness mount is further configured to guide and secure a second harness along the first trend.
In this embodiment, lead and fix the second pencil through pencil installed part to following first trend for pencil fixed bolster both can fix the first pencil that has at least two kinds of trend, also can fix the second pencil that has at least one kind of trend, and pencil fixed bolster can realize fixing two kinds of pencil of different grade.
In one example, the second wire harness may be disposed on the wire harness mounting member by a plurality of fixing methods, for example, fixing the wire harness member, adhesive fixing, fastening, and the like, which are not limited thereto. Preferably, the second harness may be fixedly provided to the harness mounting member by a harness member such as a tie, a harness strap, a lock strap, or the like.
In one example, the first wire harness is mounted to a first surface of the harness mounting member and the second wire harness is mounted to either the first surface or a second surface of the harness mounting member, wherein the first surface faces the second bracket and the second surface faces away from the second bracket.
In other words, the surface of the wire harness mounting member facing the second bracket is the first surface, and the surface facing away from the second bracket is the second surface. When the first wire harness is installed, the wire harness fixing bracket is required to be matched with the second bracket to respectively install a first trend part and a second trend part of the first wire harness, so that the first wire harness is usually installed on the first surface of the wire harness installation part facing the second bracket; when the second wire harness is installed, the wire harness fixing support can install the second wire harness only through the wire harness installation piece, so that the second wire harness can be installed on the first surface of the wire harness installation piece facing the second support and the second surface of the wire harness installation piece facing away from the second support. Therefore, the front surface and the back surface of the wire harness fixing support can be used for fixing wire harnesses, and the number of the fixed wire harnesses can be increased.
It will be appreciated that the first bracket and the second bracket may be provided together to form a single body or may be provided separately, which is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the harness mounting member 110 is bent and connected with the second bracket 120 to form a single body. The harness attachment 110 and the second bracket 120 may be integrally formed, or may be fixed together by welding, gluing, or the like after being separately formed, which is not limited.
Specifically, by bending the wire harness mounting member 110 and the second bracket 120, an "L" shaped structure may be formed, which may guide the wire harness, so that the wire harness may be bent in an "L" shape, and the wire harness fixing bracket 100 may be free from a constraint that only one wire harness having one trend may be fixed, and the wire harness fixing bracket 100 may fix the first wire harness 310 having two trends through the formed "L" shaped structure.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1, the wire harness mounting 110 includes a first connection portion 112 and two fixing portions 111, the two fixing portions 111 are connected by the first connection portion 112, and the second bracket 120 is bent and connected with the first connection portion 112.
Specifically, by disposing the second bracket 120 on the first connection portion 112 so that the wire harness fixing bracket 100 may form a "T" shaped structure, the wire harness fixing bracket 100 may fix three-way intersecting wire harnesses.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the left fixing portion 111 may be fitted with the middle second bracket 120 to install one first wire harness 310, and the right fixing portion 111 may be fitted with the middle second bracket 120 to install one first wire harness 310, and the two first wire harnesses 310 form a three-way junction wire harness. Of course, the present application does not exclude a case where only one of the two fixing portions 111 is mounted with one first wire harness 310 in cooperation with the middle second bracket 120.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the left fixing portion 111 and the right fixing portion 111 may be coupled to the same second harness 320.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of rows of fixing holes 1111 arranged along a first direction are provided on the fixing portion 111, two adjacent rows of fixing holes 1111 are used for mounting the wire harness 400, and the wire harness 400 is used for fixing the first direction portion of the first wire harness 310 or the second wire harness 320.
The conventional bracket often has only a single row of fixing holes 1111, and the number of wire harnesses that can be fixed is small, and it is difficult to fix when there are many wire harnesses. In this embodiment, by providing the plurality of rows of the fixing holes 1111, the wire harness may be provided in the region between two adjacent rows of the fixing holes 1111, and the fixing number of the wire harness may be increased.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, three rows of fixing holes 1111 arranged along the first direction may be provided on each fixing portion 111, and the three rows of fixing holes 1111 may be referred to as a first row of fixing holes 1111, a second row of fixing holes 1111, and a third row of fixing holes 1111, from top to bottom, respectively. When the first trend part of the first wire harness 310 is fixed, the first end of the wire harness 400 may be fixed in the first row of fixing holes 1111 and the second end may be fixed in the second row of fixing holes 1111, thereby fixing the first trend part of the first wire harness 310 to the fixing portion 111; when the second wire harness 320 is fixed, a first end of the wire harness 400 may be fixed in the second row of fixing holes 1111 and a second end may be fixed in the third row of fixing holes 1111, thereby fixing the second wire harness 320 to the wire harness mounting member 110.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the first row of fixing holes 1111 may include two rows of sub-fixing holes, and when the first trend portion of the first wire harness 310 is fixed, according to different wire harness diameters, the first end of the wire harness 400 may be adaptively fixed to the corresponding sub-fixing hole, so as to meet the installation requirements of the wire harnesses with different diameters.
The first and second ends of the wire harness 400 may be fixed in the corresponding fixing holes 1111 by bolting, bonding, or the like, which is not limited.
Of course, the above only takes the example that three rows of fixing holes 1111 are provided on the fixing portion 111 and the first row of fixing holes 1111 includes two rows of sub-fixing holes, and the present application does not exclude that the fixing portion 111 is provided with more rows of fixing holes 1111 and the first row of fixing holes 1111 includes more rows of sub-fixing holes.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1, the second bracket 120 is provided with guide holes 121 arranged along the second direction, and the guide holes 121 are used for installing the wire harness 400, and the wire harness 400 is used for fixing the second direction portion of the first wire harness 310.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the second bracket 120 may be provided with two rows of guide holes 121 arranged along the second direction, the left row of guide holes 121 may be provided with wire harnesses 400, and the fixing holes 1111 of the left fixing portion 111 may be provided with wire harnesses 400, so that one first wire harness 310 having two directions may be fixed by the two wire harnesses 400; accordingly, the right-row guide holes 121 may be mounted with the wire harness 400, and the fixing holes 1111 of the right-side fixing portion 111 may be mounted with the wire harness 400, so that one first wire harness 310 having two directions may be fixed through the two wire harnesses 400. Therefore, the wire harness fixing bracket 100 of the embodiment can fix three paths of intersecting wire harnesses, and compared with a traditional bracket, the wire harness fixing bracket 100 can use fewer mounting holes 1311 and fewer mounting spaces when fixing the wire harnesses, and enables the wire harnesses to be simpler and more convenient to assemble and disassemble.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1, the first connecting portion 112 is configured with a hollow 1121. By configuring the interior of the first connection portion 112 as the hollow 1121, the weight of the wire harness fixing bracket 100 can be reduced, and the material cost can be saved.
For example, the second bracket 120 may be formed by cutting a material in the middle of the first connection part 112 and then bending upward, thereby forming a hollow 1121 inside the first connection part 112. The mode can increase the material utilization rate and the space utilization rate while ensuring the structural strength.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1, the wire harness fixing bracket 100 further includes a reinforcement member 140, and a bending angle is formed between the bent wire harness mounting member 110 and the second bracket 120, and the reinforcement member 140 is disposed in the bending angle and is connected to the wire harness mounting member 110 and the second bracket 120, respectively.
Wherein, by providing the reinforcement 140, the structural strength of the wire harness fixing bracket 100 can be improved. The reinforcement 140 may be a rib or the like, which is not limited thereto.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the reinforcement member 140 may have a triangular shape, one side of the reinforcement member 140 is connected to the first surface of the harness installation member 110, and one side adjacent to the one side is connected to the upper surface of the second bracket 120.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first bracket further includes a bracket fixing member 130, and the bracket fixing member 130 is bent to be connected with the harness mounting member 110. The wire harness fixing bracket 100 may be mounted on other devices through a bracket fixing member 130.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2, the bracket fixing member 130 includes a second connection portion 132 and two mounting portions 131, the two mounting portions 131 being connected by the second connection portion 132, and the mounting portions 131 being provided with mounting holes 1311.
Specifically, the number of the mounting holes 1311 may be determined according to the number and weight of the cable that is actually fixed, for example, the number of the mounting holes 1311 may be 4, 8, or the like, which is not limited.
The wire harness fixing bracket 100 may be mounted on other devices by providing bolts in the mounting holes 1311.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2, a keep-out area 1321 is provided on the second connection portion 132.
Specifically, the wire harness fixing bracket 100 may be mounted on other devices through the bracket fixing member 130, the bracket fixing member 130 may easily interfere with the bolts, rivets, and the like on the other devices, and the clearance area 1321 is provided on the second connection portion 132, so that the bracket fixing member 130 may be prevented from interfering with the bolts, rivets, and the like on the other devices.
In addition, the clearance area 1321 may also function to reduce the weight of the harness fixing bracket 100.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the first bracket and the second bracket 220 are separately provided, and the second bracket 220 is located at one side of the harness mounting 210.
Specifically, although the first bracket and the second bracket 220 are separately provided, when the second bracket 220 is located at one side of the wire harness installation member 210, the second bracket 220 and the wire harness installation member 210 may also form an "L" shaped structure, which may guide the wire harness so that the wire harness may be bent in an "L" shape, the wire harness fixing bracket 200 may be free from a constraint that only one wire harness having one trend may be fixed, and the wire harness fixing bracket 200 may fix the first wire harness 310 having two trends through the formed "L" shaped structure.
Compared with the wire harness fixing bracket 100, the wire harness fixing bracket 200 of the present embodiment is more versatile in that the second bracket 220 can be switched for different scenes by separating the first bracket from the second bracket 220. And because the 'bending connection of the wire harness mounting piece and the second bracket' is eliminated, the wire harness fixing bracket 200 has simpler structure and is easier to process and form.
In one example, as shown in fig. 5, the harness mounting 210 includes a first connection portion 212 and two fixing portions 211, the two fixing portions 211 being connected by the first connection portion 212.
Specifically, the second bracket 220 is located at one side of the first connection portion 212 such that the wire harness fixing bracket 200 may form a "T" shaped structure, and the wire harness fixing bracket 200 may fix three wires that meet.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the left fixing portion 211 may be fitted with the second bracket 220 to install one first wire harness 310, and the right fixing portion 211 may be fitted with the second bracket 220 to install one first wire harness 310, and the two first wire harnesses 310 form three-way intersecting wire harnesses. Of course, the present application does not exclude a case where only one of the two fixing portions 211 is mounted with one first wire bundle 310 in cooperation with the middle second bracket 220.
As shown in fig. 6, the left fixing portion 211 and the right fixing portion 211 may be coupled to the same second harness 320.
In one example, the fixing portion 211 is provided with a plurality of rows of fixing holes 2111 aligned along a first direction, and two adjacent rows of fixing holes 2111 are used for mounting the wire harness 400, and the wire harness 400 is used for fixing the first direction portion of the first wire harness 310 or the second wire harness 320.
Conventional brackets often have only a single row of fixation holes 2111, and the number of strands that can be fixed is small, which is difficult to fix when there are many strands. In this embodiment, the plurality of rows of the fixing holes 2111 are provided, and the wire harness can be provided in the area between the adjacent two rows of the fixing holes 2111, so that the fixing number of the wire harness can be increased.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5, three rows of fixing holes 2111 aligned in the first direction may be provided on each fixing portion 211, and the three rows of fixing holes 2111 may be referred to as a first row of fixing holes 2111, a second row of fixing holes 2111, and a third row of fixing holes 2111, respectively, from top to bottom. When the first trend portion of the first wire harness 310 is fixed, the first end of the wire harness 400 may be fixed in the first row of fixing holes 2111 and the second end may be fixed in the second row of fixing holes 2111, thereby fixing the first trend portion of the first wire harness 310 to the fixing portion 211; when the second wire harness 320 is fixed, the first end of the wire harness 400 may be fixed in the second row of fixing holes 2111, and the second end may be fixed in the third row of fixing holes 2111, thereby fixing the second wire harness 320 to the fixing portion 211.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, the first row of fixing holes 2111 may include two rows of sub-fixing holes, and when the first trend portion of the first harness 310 is fixed, according to different harness diameters, the first end of the harness 400 may be adaptively fixed to the corresponding sub-fixing hole, so as to meet the installation requirements of harnesses with different diameters.
The first end and the second end of the harness 400 may be fixed in the corresponding fixing holes 2111 by bolting, bonding, or the like, which is not limited.
Of course, the above only takes the example that three rows of fixing holes 2111 are provided on the fixing portion 211 and the first row of fixing holes 2111 includes two rows of sub-fixing holes, and the present application does not exclude that the fixing portion 211 is provided with more rows of fixing holes 2111 and the first row of fixing holes 2111 includes more rows of sub-fixing holes.
In one example, as shown in fig. 6, the second bracket 220 is provided with guide holes 221 arranged along a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction, the guide holes 221 are used for mounting the wire harness 400, and the wire harness 400 is used for fixing the second direction portion of the first wire harness 310.
As an example, as shown in fig. 6, the second bracket 220 may be provided with a row of guide holes 221 arranged along a third direction, the guide hole 221 of the upper portion may be provided with one harness 400, and the fixing hole 2111 of the left fixing portion 211 may be provided with the harness 400, so that one first harness 310 having two directions may be fixed by the two harnesses 400; accordingly, the lower guide hole 221 may be mounted with one wire harness 400, the right row of guide holes 221 may be mounted with the wire harness 400, and the fixing hole 2111 of the right fixing portion 211 may be mounted with the wire harness 400, so that one first wire harness 310 having two directions may be fixed through the two wire harnesses 400. Therefore, the wire harness fixing support 200 can fix three paths of intersecting wire harnesses, and compared with a traditional support, the wire harness fixing support 200 can use fewer mounting holes and fewer mounting spaces when fixing the wire harnesses, and enables the wire harnesses to be simpler and more convenient to assemble and disassemble.
In one example, as shown in fig. 5, the interior of the first connection portion 212 is configured as a hollowed-out portion 2111. By configuring the interior of the first connection portion 212 as the hollow 2111, the weight of the harness fixing bracket 200 can be reduced, saving material costs.
In one example, as shown in fig. 5, the first connection part 212 includes at least one sub-connection part 2121, both ends of the sub-connection part 2121 are respectively connected to the two fixing parts 211, a groove 2122 is provided on the sub-connection part 2121, the groove 2122 is used for mounting the wire harness 400, and the wire harness 400 is used for fixing the second wire harness 320.
Specifically, the upper and lower sides of the sub-coupling portion 2121 may be provided with corresponding grooves 2122, and when the second wire harness 320 is fastened, a first end of the wire harness 400 may be fastened in the groove 2122 of the upper side and a second end may be fastened in the groove 2122 of the lower side, thereby fastening the second wire harness 320 to the wire harness mounting member 210.
In one example, as shown in fig. 5, the first bracket further includes a bracket fixing member 230, and the bracket fixing member 230 is bent to be connected with the harness mounting member 210. The wire harness fixing bracket 200 may be mounted on other devices through a bracket fixing member 230.
In one example, the bracket fixing member 230 includes a second connection portion and two mounting portions connected by the second connection portion, and mounting holes are provided on the mounting portions.
Specifically, the number of the mounting holes may be determined according to the number and weight of the cable actually fixed, for example, the number of the mounting holes may be 4, 8, etc., which is not limited.
The harness fixing bracket 200 may be mounted on other devices by providing bolts in the mounting holes.
In one example, a clearance area is provided on the second connection.
Specifically, the wire harness fixing bracket 200 may be mounted on other devices through the bracket fixing member 230, the bracket fixing member 230 may easily interfere with the bolts, rivets, and other objects on the other devices, and the clearance area may be provided on the second connection portion, so that the bracket fixing member 230 may be prevented from interfering with the bolts, rivets, and other objects on the other devices.
In addition, the clearance area may also serve to reduce the weight of the harness fixing bracket 200.
According to yet another aspect of the present application, a vehicle is provided. The vehicle includes pencil and pencil fixed bolster, and the pencil sets up in pencil fixed bolster.
The wire harness fixing bracket may be implemented as the wire harness fixing bracket described above, and reference may be made to the description above, which is not repeated here.
In summary, according to the wire harness fixing bracket and the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application, the wire harness mounting piece guides and fixes the first wire harness along the first trend, and the second bracket guides and fixes the first wire harness along the second trend, so that the wire harness with two trends can be fixed.
