The foot support structure further comprises a lock tongue assembly 27, the lock tongue assembly 27 comprises a lock tongue 271, a lock tongue fixing member 272 and a lock tongue reset torsion spring 273, the lock tongue 271, the lock tongue fixing member 272 and the lock tongue reset torsion spring 273 are in a hook shape and can extend into a lock hole 2211, the lock tongue fixing member 272 is arranged on the foot support main body 21, the lock tongue 271 is rotationally arranged on the lock tongue fixing member 272 through an inner shaft 2711, the lock tongue reset torsion spring 273 is sleeved on the inner shaft 2711, one free end of the lock tongue reset torsion spring 273 is in butt joint or connection with the lock tongue fixing member 272, and the other free end of the lock tongue reset torsion spring 273 is connected with the lock tongue 271. When the bolt 271 rotates forward, the bolt is separated from the lock hole 2211 and drives the bolt reset torsion spring 273 to deform.
The cover 221 is provided with the lock hole 2211. As can be appreciated, when the flip body 22 is covered on the footrest body 21, the latch 271 extends into the lock hole 2211, and the flip body 22 cannot rotate relative to the footrest body 21. When the lock tongue 271 rotates forward and is disengaged from the lock hole 2211, the flip body 22 is turned outwards relative to the tray body 21 under the action of the driving torsion spring 25 to be opened.
Further, the tongue holder 272 has an outer shaft 2721, and the inner shaft 2711 is inserted into the outer shaft 2721 and is rotatable relative to the outer shaft 2721. The spring bolt reset torsion spring 273 is sleeved on the outer shaft 2721.
In a specific implementation, referring to fig. 6, the latch 271 includes two inner shafts 2711, the latch fixing member 272 includes an outer shaft 2721 and a limiting member 2722 corresponding to the latch 271, the limiting member 2722 has a through hole, one inner shaft 2711 of the two inner shafts 2711 is inserted into the outer shaft 2721, and the other inner shaft 2711 is inserted into the through hole, so that the latch 271 can rotate relative to the latch fixing member 272.
Illustratively, in one particular implementation, the locking tabs 271 are provided in two to correspond to the locking apertures 2211 of the two flip bodies 22. That is, a latch 271 is inserted into a latch hole 2211 to fix the flip body 22 and the footrest body 21 to each other. At this time, the button assembly 26 can drive the two bolts 271 to rotate forward at the same time, and each bolt 271 is correspondingly provided with a bolt reset torsion spring 273. Alternatively, one lock tongue 271 may be provided, and the lock tongue 271 may extend into the lock holes 2211 of both of the flip body 22 at the same time.
Further, in some embodiments, the latch 271 is provided with an arc surface, and the flip body 22 moves along the arc surface and drives the latch 271 to rotate forward when the flip body 22 is closed relative to the footrest body 21, so that the latch 271 is retracted from the flip body 22.
Note that, the initial position of the lock tongue 271, that is, the position where the lock tongue 271 extends into the lock hole 2211. When the lock tongue 271 is disengaged from the lock hole 2211, the lock tongue 271 is reversely rotated to return to the original position by the lock tongue reset torsion spring 273 after the action of the button assembly 26 is lost. If the flip main body 22 needs to be covered on the foot support main body 21, the flip main body 22 needs to be turned inwards and move along the arc surface of the lock tongue 271, and the lock tongue 271 is driven to rotate forward to avoid the flip main body 22 by extrusion, after the flip main body 22 moves to a preset position and the extrusion of the lock tongue 271 is lost, the lock tongue 271 rotates reversely under the action of the lock tongue reset torsion spring 273 and is inserted into the lock hole 2211, so that the relative fixation of the flip main body 22 and the foot support main body 21 is realized.
In other embodiments, the lock tongue 271 may not have an arc surface, when the flip main body 22 is covered with respect to the foot rest main body 21, the button assembly 26 drives the lock tongue 271 to rotate forward to avoid the flip main body 22, and after the flip main body 22 rotates to a preset position, the button assembly 26 is released to enable the lock tongue 271 to rotate reversely under the drive of the lock tongue reset torsion spring 273 and extend into the lock hole 2211, so that the relative fixation of the flip main body 22 and the foot rest main body 21 can be realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the foot rest structure further includes a button assembly 26, where the button assembly 26 includes a button main body 261, a button fixing member 262 and a button return elastic member 263, the button fixing member 262 is disposed on the foot rest main body 21, the button main body 261 is disposed through the upper cover plate 213, one end of the button return elastic member 263 abuts against or is connected to the button main body 261, and the other end abuts against or is connected to the button fixing member 262. The latch 271 is located at a side of the button fixing member 262 facing away from the button body 261, and when the button body 261 is pressed, the button reset elastic member 263 is compressed and drives the latch 271 to rotate forward.
That is, when it is necessary to open the folder body 22, the passenger drives the latch 271 to rotate forward by pressing the button body 261 to escape from the lock hole 2211, thereby facilitating the passenger's operation. And the provision of the button return elastic member 263 not only can provide resistance so that the driver has a tactile sensation of pressing, but also can drive the button body 261 back to the initial position after the button body 261 loses the external force.
As shown in fig. 6, the button fixing member 262 is provided with a positioning post, and the button return elastic member 263 is sleeved on the positioning post. Through setting up the reference column, can carry out spacingly to button reset elastic component 263, be favorable to improving the stability when button main part 261 presses, avoid button main part 261 when being pressed, button reset elastic component 263 appears crooked condition because of the atress is unbalanced.
The button return elastic member 263 is preferably a column spring.
Further, a limiting sliding groove extending along the pressing direction of the button main body 261 is provided on the button fixing piece 262, and a limiting sliding block extending into the limiting sliding groove is provided on the button main body 261. When the button body 261 is pressed, the button body 261 compresses the button reset elastic member 263, and meanwhile, the limit sliding block moves in the limit sliding groove in a direction close to the button fixing member 262, and when the button body 261 is not pressed by external force, the button body 261 moves in a direction away from the button fixing member 262 under the action of the button reset elastic member 263, and meanwhile, the limit sliding block moves in the limit sliding groove in a direction away from the button fixing member 262.
As shown in fig. 6, the button body 261 includes a button 2611 and a button support 2612 that are connected, the button is inserted into the upper cover plate 213, the button return elastic member 263 is disposed between the button support 2612 and the button fixing member 262, the button support 2612 extends in a direction close to the latch bolt 271 to form an extension part 26111 for driving the latch bolt, a notch 2621 is disposed on the button fixing member 262 corresponding to the extension part, and when the button 2611 is pressed, the extension part 26111 on the button support 2612 is driven to move to drive the latch bolt 271 to rotate forward.
It is understood that the button return elastic member 263 is abutted or connected to the button support member 2612. The button support 2612 is provided with the above-described limit slider.
It should be noted that, the upper cover plate 213 of the foot support main body 21 is provided with a button hole 2132 corresponding to the button main body 261, and when the button main body 261 is located at the initial position, the button main body 261 extends into the button hole 2132, so as to facilitate the pressing operation of the passenger. In addition, the button 2611 may be selected to have a shell-like structure, so that the button 2611 is fastened to the button support 2612.
Referring again to fig. 5, the tray main body 21 further includes a lower bottom case 211, an upper cover 213 is covered on the lower bottom case 211, an intermediate bottom 212 is located between the upper cover 213 and the lower bottom case 211, and the intermediate bottom 212 is connected to the lower bottom case 211. The button fixing member 262 and the latch fixing member 272 are mounted to the lower chassis 211.
The present disclosure also provides a vehicle seat, which includes the seat body 1 and the above-mentioned foot rest structure for a vehicle seat, wherein the foot rest main body 21 is rotatably connected to the seat body 1 and located at a rear side of the seat body 1 to be folded or unfolded with respect to the seat body 1.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, when the flip body 22 is covered on the footrest body 21 and the footrest body 21 is folded relative to the seat body 1, the footrest structure is in the storage state, as shown in fig. 7, so that the space occupied by the footrest structure can be reduced. When the footrest body 21 is opened relative to the seat body 1, and the flip body 22 is covered on the footrest body 21, the footrest structure only acts as a footrest at this time, as shown in fig. 8. When the foot rest main body 21 is opened relative to the seat main body 1, and the flip main body 22 is turned out and opened relative to the foot rest main body 21, a passenger can place both feet in the accommodating space of the massage foot cover 232, as shown in fig. 9, and at this time, the passenger can perform foot massage through the cooperation of the massage foot pad 231 and the air bag.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the vehicle seat further includes an elastic shielding belt 3, one end of the elastic shielding belt 3 is connected to the seat body 1, and the other end is connected to one end of the footrest body 21 which is close to the seat body 1 when being opened with respect to the seat body 1, and is located at a lower side of the footrest body 21 in the height direction of the seat body 1. Understandably, when the foot rest main body 21 is opened relative to the seat body 1, the elastic shielding tape 3 can be stretched, and the effect of shielding the gap is achieved.
The connection between the elastic shielding tape 3 and the seat body 1 and the foot rest main body 21 may be, for example, adhesive, clamping by connection between a pressing plate and the seat body 1 or the foot rest main body 21, or the like, and is not particularly limited.
Further, the seat body includes a drive assembly (not shown). The foot rest structure further comprises a connecting rod framework 28, the connecting rod framework 28 is connected to the foot rest main body 21, and the driving assembly drives the connecting rod framework 28 to rotate so as to enable the foot rest main body 21 to fold or unfold relative to the seat body 1.
It is to be understood that the driving assembly may be configured to rotate the link frame 28, such as a motor, etc., and is not limited thereto.
The present disclosure also provides a vehicle including the above vehicle seat. The vehicle has the technical effects of the above-described vehicle seat embodiment, and will not be described in detail herein.
The vehicle seat is preferably a passenger seat. The vehicle seat can of course also be selected as the second row of seats in the vehicle, in which case the vehicle is a vehicle with three rows of seats.

Claims (12)
1. A foot rest structure for a vehicle seat, comprising:
a foot rest main body for rotatably connecting a back rear side of a seat body of the vehicle seat to fold or unfold with respect to the seat body;
the massage assembly comprises a massage foot pad and is supported on the foot rest main body;
The flip body is rotatably connected with the foot rest body, and is turned inwards relative to the foot rest body to cover the foot rest body and cover the massage foot pads or turned outwards relative to the foot rest body to expose the massage foot pads;
The foot support main body comprises a middle bottom plate and an upper cover plate which covers the middle bottom plate and is in a frame shape, a containing cavity for containing the flip main body is formed between the middle bottom plate and the upper cover plate in a surrounding mode, and the massage foot pad is arranged on the middle bottom plate and is located in the containing cavity.
