It will be appreciated that the present utility model can use two heat dissipation methods, the first still using electric control, the fan 231 being connected to an external power source, or connected to a motor and powered by a built-in power source, so that the fan 231 can automatically rotate to dissipate heat; the second method adopts a manual method, and the rotation speed of the fan 231 can be controlled by adjusting the moving speed of the rack 234 according to the requirement by moving the rack 234 and rotating the gear 233 so as to drive the fan 231 to rotate; the electric control can also control the rotation speed of the fan 231, but the manual method has the following advantages compared with the electric control method: the manual method is not limited by a power supply, and the fan 231 can be driven to rotate by manually moving the rack 234 under the condition of insufficient power supply or incapacitation of supplying power, so that the situation that the heat dissipation function is invalid due to power failure can be avoided.
Preferably, because the step of manually moving the rack 234 is tired, the two methods can be combined, an electric control method can be used when the power supply is enough, and a manual method can be selected to dissipate heat when the power is cut or insufficient.
Referring to fig. 10, in a further embodiment of the present utility model, the heat dissipating structure 230 further includes a moving assembly 240, and the moving assembly 240 is connected to the rack 234 for controlling the rack 234 to reciprocate so as to drive the fan 231 to rotate continuously. When the rack 234 moves forward, the fan 231 rotates clockwise (as normal rotation), when the rack 234 moves backward, the fan 231 rotates counterclockwise (as reverse rotation), and since the length of the armrest 220 is limited, the length of the rack 234 is limited, and if the rack 234 moves forward or backward only, the end of the stroke of the rack 234 is reached soon, and the fan 231 stops rotating; therefore, in order to achieve the continuous rotation of the fan 231, the rack 234 needs to reciprocate, and when the rack 234 moves forward by a distance, it is reset backward, and the fan 231 rotates backward after rotating forward for a while, and the air can be continuously supplied to the heat dissipation port 221 although it is turned.
The moving assembly 240 comprises a rotating wheel 241 and a connecting rod 242, the rotating wheel 241 is arranged on one side of the rack 234, one end of the connecting rod 242 is hinged with the rotating wheel 241, the other end of the connecting rod 242 is hinged with the rack 234, and the rotating wheel 241 can drive the rack 234 to reciprocate through the connecting rod 242 when rotating.
