Referring mainly to fig. 3 and 5, in one possible embodiment, the purifying portion 2 mainly comprises a housing 21, a catalytic module 22 housed inside the housing 21, and a heating member 23 specifically configured for the catalytic module. Illustratively, the purifying part 2 and the pressure relief opening 13 are both arranged at the top of the liner.
In one possible embodiment, the cover 21 can be communicated with the pressure relief opening 13 of the steaming and baking integrated machine through the smoke guide cavity, and an opening capable of being communicated with the external atmosphere is formed on the cover 21. For example, a filtering structure (such as a mesh structure in general, for example, an oil-blocking filter screen) may be configured for the portion of the housing that interfaces with the smoke guide cavity, so that, before the discharged cooking medium (also referred to as hot air flow, smoke or the like) is purified in a chemical decomposition manner by means of the catalytic module, liquid oil drops or the like in the smoke are primarily purified in a physical interception manner by the oil-blocking filter screen, so that the smoke is more effectively purified in a combination of physical interception and pyrolysis. Obviously, the oil blocking filter screen can be arranged at other positions such as the pressure relief opening, the smoke guide cover and the like so as to more fully permeate the purification mode of physical interception into the purification process of the cooking medium to be purified.
The catalytic module 22 is typically configured by attaching a catalyst to the carrier that accelerates the decomposition of substances such as grease in the hot gas stream in a high temperature environment. Illustratively, the support is a porous metal skeleton (metal foam), or a honeycomb ceramic, or the like, to which the catalyst is attached in a coated manner. Illustratively, the enclosure is of flat configuration, with the active heating portion of the heating element 23 being relatively compactly housed within the interior of the enclosure and beneath the catalytic module. Under the catalysis of the catalytic module, the grease component in the lampblack can be accelerated to undergo chemical reactions such as decomposition into carbon dioxide, water, intermediate products and the like under the high-temperature environment of 150-700 ℃ as in the common situation.
The necessary condition for the purifying part to be in effective working state is to ensure the decomposition reaction by the temperature rise brought by the heating part. However, the temperature rise of the heating member when serving the purifying function of the purifying portion may also bring about the temperature rise of the tank environment. If the temperature rise is added to the inner container, the temperature quality of the hot air flow is changed to affect the accuracy of the cooking mode, and if the temperature rise is added to the non-heat-resistant components such as electronic components and rubber parts in the top space, the working reliability of the whole steaming and baking integrated machine can be affected, and the service life of the steaming and baking integrated machine can be reduced. Therefore, in order to reduce or eliminate the temperature rise in the space of the non-purified portion due to the operation of the purifying portion, the heating member is subjected to heat insulating treatment. As in this example, a heat insulation part is additionally arranged on the periphery of the housing containing the heating component and the catalytic module, for example, the heat insulation part 3 is heat insulation cotton wrapped in the periphery of the housing and in a ring-shaped structure, and heat generated by the heating component and the top space are isolated in the periphery through the heat insulation cotton, so that the environmental temperature rise in the top space of the box body can be reduced to a certain extent, for example, the phenomena of faults and the like of electronic elements and the like in the top space can be avoided, and the working reliability of the whole machine is improved.
It is obvious that the insulation cotton and the wrapping range thereof are only one exemplary description of the heat insulation member, and those skilled in the art can determine the structural form of the heat insulation member, the heat insulation mechanism, the heat radiation range that can be blocked, and the like according to actual requirements. The method can be as follows: the carrier with the ring-shaped structure (such as a sheet metal part or a framework with the ring-shaped structure) is added for the heat-insulating cotton so as to increase the reliability of the heat-insulating cotton; replacing the insulation cotton with an insulation layer applied to the housing, e.g., the insulation layer may be applied to the inner and/or outer surfaces of all sides of the housing; constructing a heat-insulating chamber, accommodating the purifying part therein, wherein the heat-insulating chamber has a heat-insulating function or is added with the heat-insulating function; etc.
Referring mainly to fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the top of the cooking body 1 includes the aforementioned first top plate 11 and the second top plate 12 (which may also be referred to as a heat dissipation duct cover plate) disposed from bottom to top, and the smoke guiding hood 4 is fixedly disposed on the first top plate below and between the first top plate 11 and the second top plate 12.
Illustratively, the bottom of the housing 21 (upstream side viewed in the flow direction of the cooking medium to be purified) has a first opening, and the hood 4 has a second opening at a position corresponding to the first opening, so that communication of the hood with the purifying portion can be achieved by means of the abutment of the first opening and the second opening. For example, the smoke guiding hood 4 may have a transition structure such as an inclined surface, an arc surface, etc. at a portion near the purifying portion 2 so that the cooking medium (oil smoke) to be purified can more smoothly enter the purifying portion. It will be appreciated that the first and second openings may be directly abutted in alignment, socket joint, etc., or may be indirectly abutted by means of an intermediate communication member (e.g., a connecting tube segment, etc.).
Illustratively, the bottom of the casing 21 extends outwardly along its circumference with a first flange that overlaps the fume guide hood 4 at a position corresponding to the second opening and that enables a fixed connection between the casing 21 and the fume guide hood 4 by means of fasteners such as screws. The bottom of the fume guiding hood 4 is provided with a second flanging which extends outwards along the circumference of the fume guiding hood 4, and the second flanging is lapped to the first top plate 11 and is fixedly connected with the first top plate 11 by means of fasteners such as screws.
The hot air flow after the purification treatment of the purification part can be directly discharged into the environment outside the inner container, and the hot air flow with the cleanliness reaching the standard (at least obviously improved) can be sent back to the inner container, for example, the hot air flow can be used as a cooking medium to participate in the cooking of food materials to be cooked or plays a role in supplementing air pressure to a certain extent. If the cooking main body 1 is provided with an air pressure balance pipe, the air pressure balance pipe is communicated with the inner container through an opening on the fan cover. In this way, if the air pressure of the inner container is reduced during the operation of the purifying part, the purified air is supplemented into the inner container, so that the air pressure balance in the inner container is maintained, and the decomposition cycle of the oil smoke is facilitated.
In addition, if the cleanliness of the hot air flow after the purification treatment by the purification part does not reach the standard, the hot air flow can be subjected to secondary purification, for example, a structure of secondary purification can be additionally arranged alone or the hot air flow can be sent back to the purification part for secondary purification, and after the hot air flow is purified, the hot air flow can be discharged into the environment outside the liner or sent back to the liner again by referring to the treatment mode.
In one possible embodiment, the top of the liner is provided with a cross-flow fan 5, the main function of which is to dissipate heat. Specifically, the cross flow fan is disposed on the second top plate 12 and between the second top plate and a top cover (not shown) of the steaming and baking all-in-one machine. As in the present example, the hot air flow after the purification treatment by the purification section is guided by the cross flow fan, and then is discharged to the outside environment of the steaming and baking all-in-one machine through the heat radiation air duct below the heat radiation air duct cover plate and through the air outlet between the panel (front side) and the door body.
In one possible embodiment, the top of the inner container is provided with a wind scooper 6 as a second guiding component, and the hot air flow purified by the purifying part 2 can be better guided to the position of the top of the inner container corresponding to the cross flow fan by means of the wind scooper 6. In this example, the hood 6 comprises a hood body 61 and a hood flange 62 extending outwardly from the hood body, the hood flange being fixedly connected to the second top plate by means of fasteners such as screws. The air guiding cover body can completely close the opening on the downstream side of the purifying part at a position close to the purifying part, and the air guiding cover body is provided with an opening side 63 at a position close to the cross flow fan, and the opening side can be at least partially aligned with the cross flow fan, such as a position approximately in the middle of the cross flow fan. As in the present example, the exhaust connection pipe 24 (for example, the outer wall of the exhaust connection pipe may be covered with insulation cotton to insulate heat) is provided between the opening on the downstream side of the purification portion and the opening on the upstream side of the air guide housing main body, and the open side 63 has a substantially horn-like structure and corresponds in size to the axial dimension of the cross flow fan 5. For example, the exhaust connection pipe can be a straight pipe, a curve pipe and the like.
Illustratively, the air guiding cover 6 is provided with a temperature limiter 64 as a safety protection component, and the safety protection function is achieved by an automatic power-off mode in the case that the temperature of the surrounding environment of the box rises to a certain degree due to the operation of the purifying part, such as the case that the temperature tolerance critical value of a water box, a drainage pump and the like of the steaming functional unit is exceeded.
The smoke guiding hood 4 is formed with a smoke guiding cavity serving as a guiding channel, the air guiding hood 6 is formed with an air guiding cavity used for being connected with the cross-flow fan to realize emission, and heat exchange should not occur between the smoke guiding cavity and the air guiding cavity as far as possible in order to ensure the quality of functional units containing respective structures and the whole performance of the steaming and baking integrated machine. Referring mainly to fig. 8, in one possible embodiment, the smoke guiding cavity is a long and uniform-width strip cavity, the air guiding cavity is a short strip cavity with a horn-shaped structure at one side, and an included angle is formed between the two strip cavities, for example, in the present example, the air guiding cavity is arranged vertically from front to back, the smoke guiding cavity is arranged obliquely along the transverse direction of the steaming and baking integrated machine, and the air guiding cavity is arranged at a position close to one end of the smoke guiding cavity.
It should be understood that such a combination is merely an exemplary description, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust the structure and the relative position of the two according to actual needs, such as the two being perpendicular to each other, the smoke guiding cavity being in a non-uniform width structure, etc.
In one possible embodiment, the steaming and baking integrated machine is provided with the opening and closing mechanism 7 for the pressure relief opening 13, so that the pressure relief opening can be plugged or opened, the tightness of the inner container is ensured under the condition that the intervention of a purifying function is not needed, and the quantity, the time and the like of the hot air flowing to the purifying part can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirement under the condition that the hot air flowing is required to be purified.
Referring mainly to fig. 3 and 4, in one possible embodiment, the opening and closing mechanism 7 mainly includes a wax motor 71 and a blocking member 72, wherein a driving rod 711 and a spring 712 are connected to a power output end of the wax motor 71, and the working principle of the wax motor is that: when the thermistor is energized, the solid wax contained in the sealed container is melted and expands in volume, so that the jacking driving rod (the driving rod overcomes the precompression resetting force of the spring at the same time) is pushed, the blocking member 72 moves upwards, the pressure relief opening 14 is opened, and at the moment, the cooking medium in the cooking chamber can enter the purifying part through the pressure relief opening to purify the cooking medium. When the thermistor is powered off, the liquid wax contained in the sealed container is cooled and accordingly contracts in volume, the driving rod moves downwards under the action of the pretightening force of the spring 712 to reliably seal the pressure relief opening 13, and the steaming and baking integrated machine only comprises a pure steaming mode and a hot air baking (pure baking) mode as an example. And during the pure roast mode under the condition that the steaming and roasting all-in-one machine operates in the hot air roast mode and needs to carry out purification treatment on the hot air flow serving as a cooking medium, the pressure relief opening is opened, the cooking medium containing the oil fume is discharged through the pressure relief opening and flows to the purification part through the smoke guide cavity, and the catalyst of the catalytic module is in a high-temperature environment for ensuring the activity of the catalyst through the heating part, so that the decomposition of the oil fume is accelerated under the catalytic action of the catalytic module, and the oil fume can be timely purified in a chemical decomposition mode. The purified cooking medium flows to the cross-flow fan through the air guide cover, and the purified product is rapidly discharged by means of the cross-flow fan, so that the oil fume purification efficiency is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the wax motor 71 is disposed on top of the liner (e.g., on the second top plate 12) by a bracket 73, the driving rod 711 extends into the smoke guiding cavity, and the blocking member is connected to the lower end of the driving rod. Illustratively, the plugging member comprises a plugging plate, the outer edge of which is provided with a sealing ring in order to ensure good sealing performance between the plugging plate and the pressure relief opening in case the plugging plate plugs the pressure relief opening 13.
Obviously, the opening and closing mechanism with the structure is only an exemplary description, and a person skilled in the art can adopt any reasonable type of openable and closable structure according to practical situations and flexibly adjust the configuration mode of the openable and closable structure at the pressure relief opening. Illustratively, the structure such as opening and closing is a structure capable of realizing opening and closing of the pressure relief opening by means of rotation or translation (such as push-pull, etc.).
It can be seen that, since the structure such as the seal ring may have a certain influence on the service life, sealing performance and other properties of the catalytic module when the structure is in a high temperature environment corresponding to the catalytic module, in the present utility model, the opening and closing mechanism corresponding to the pressure relief port is specifically provided separately from the purifying portion including the catalytic module.
Besides, the purification part and the pressure relief opening are arranged in a split mode, and the amount, the time, the force and the like for purifying the cooking medium can be planned better. The method can be as follows: the purification part may include one or more parts through which the cooking medium from the pressure relief port may be led to the one or more purification parts. In this way, by planning the correspondence between the smoke guide paths and the purifying sections, and the structures, positions, and the like of the respective smoke guide paths and the purifying sections, it is expected that the purifying function for the steaming and baking integrated machine can be better realized.
It can be seen that, in the steaming and baking all-in-one machine of the present utility model, the cooking medium in the steaming and baking all-in-one machine can be effectively purified by the arrangement of the purifying portion. By configuring the opening and closing mechanism for the pressure relief opening, the steaming and baking all-in-one machine can be ensured to have good sealing performance in the cooking cavity without purifying the cooking medium, and the quantity, the purifying time and the like of the cooking medium to be purified can be flexibly adjusted according to actual demands. Through setting up purification portion and pressure release mouth separately, because the operating temperature of purification portion is less to the influence of opening and shutting mechanism, consequently can prolong the life of opening and shutting mechanism. Furthermore, the purification mechanism for the cooking medium can be better planned. Through the setting of leading the petticoat pipe, can realize the effective intercommunication between pressure release mouth and the purification portion. Through the arrangement of the wind scooper, the purified product can be timely discharged out of the external environment of the steaming and baking integrated machine by means of the existing cross-flow fan which is mainly used for realizing heat dissipation.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present utility model has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present utility model is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present utility model, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present utility model.

1. A cooking apparatus having a purifying function, the cooking apparatus comprising:
A cooking body having at least one communication port and having a cooking chamber in which food to be cooked can be placed;

A heat insulating portion, at least a part of which is provided at a position of the purifying portion corresponding to the heating member;

3. The cooking apparatus with a purifying function according to claim 2, wherein the first guide member is formed with a guide passage or the first guide member and the cooking body form a guide passage.
4. A cooking apparatus with a purifying function according to claim 3, characterized in that the cooking apparatus is provided with a heat insulating portion corresponding to at least a portion of the wall of the guide passage.
5. The cooking apparatus with a purifying function according to claim 1, wherein the cooking body includes a blower for radiating heat from the cooking apparatus, the purifying portion being engageable with the blower so as to:
