内阀式密封铅酸蓄电池由蓄电池槽、槽盖、极板、 隔板、电解液、排气孔等构成,在排气孔上口设置由橡 胶做成的内置式单向控制阀,使蓄电池内压在0.98 -196.1KPa范围可靠开关,避免酸雾、酸液跑出。本 实用新型不用重新开模具,利用大量使用的普通铅酸 蓄电池,配用内置式单向控制阀,采用超细玻璃纤维 棉隔板、采用铅钙合金板栅,控制加酸量等措施。使 该蓄电池具有密封,免维护功能。

Description

本实用新型属于化学电源中的铅酸蓄电池。
普通铅酸蓄电池在使用过程中,由于铅酸蓄电池充电过程中存在着电解水的副反应,大量的酸雾、酸液从槽盖上的排气孔或注液塞排气孔中溢(逸)出。一方面会造成环境污染,另一方面需要经常性地对蓄电池补充纯水,即所谓维护工作,这是普通铅酸蓄电池存在着的主要弊病。
本发明目的是利用普通铅酸蓄电池的槽盖,无须另开模具。配以内置式单向控制阀和贫液式装配工艺,使蓄电池具有密封免维护的功能。
本实用新型涉及的内阀式密封铅酸蓄电池由蓄电池槽、蓄电池槽盖(1)、正负极板、隔板、电解液、排气孔(2)、排气孔小盖(4)等组成,为了使电解液反应过程中产生的气体过压及时排放不至于气账,而且有利于电解液保存,在蓄电池槽盖(1)上的每个排气孔(2)上口内没有T型内置式单向控制阀(3),该阀体具有弹性、中空结构,也可以做成实体。在每个阀体顶部用铅酸蓄电池槽盖(1)上原有排气孔小盖(4)压紧。当铅酸蓄电池内产生过压时,内置式单向控制阀被冲开释放气体减压,当压力减小该阀在弹力作用下复位封堵排气口,避免酸雾,酸液溢(逸)出和蒸发。本实用新型的内置式单向控制阀也可以安装在具有排气孔的注液塞内,封堵排气孔。
本实用新型优点是:利用目前大量使用的普通铅酸蓄电池,不用重开塑料模具,只增加一组与排气孔配合的橡胶内置式单向控制阀,投资少,宜于实施。

本实用新型采用市售6-M-4S型铅酸蓄电池槽盖上的每个排气孔塞入一个由耐酸橡胶做成的内置式单向控制阀,该阀为中空结构,橡胶的邵尔硬度范围是40~70度之间。通过对阀体与排气孔之间配合尺寸的设计,使蓄电池在充放电过程中内压在0.98~196.1Kpa范围,阀体可靠地开关。另外隔板采用超细玻璃纤维棉,控制加酸量,采用铅钙合金板栅措施,使该蓄电池具有密封、免维护功能。

  1. 内阀式密封铅酸蓄电池:由蓄电池槽,蓄电池槽内设有正负极板、电解液、隔板,蓄电池槽盖(1)、蓄电池槽盖上设有排气孔(2)和排气孔小盖(4)组成,其特征是蓄电池槽盖上的排气孔上口设有内置式单向控制阀(3),封堵排气孔(2)上口,内置式单向控制阀顶部由排气孔小盖(4)封盖。
