The application provides a stay wire splicing and detecting device of a packaging machine, which is characterized in that two stay wire heads are directly adhered to a stay wire head splicing piece to realize the splicing of the two stay wire heads, so that the replacement of a stay wire is realized rapidly, the problem of low efficiency caused by passing through a plurality of pulleys is avoided, the stay wire head splicing piece is removed on a small box output disc through a joint detector, the detection efficiency of stay wire quality including the stay wire heads is improved, the intelligent and automatic degree of equipment is improved, and the product quality is ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the pull wire splicing and detecting device of the packaging machine provided by the application comprises a pull wire head splicing member (please refer to fig. 3), a control unit 6, a joint detector 16 and a small box output disc 10. The power module 9 is used for supplying power to the control unit 6 and other components.
As shown in fig. 3, the pull head splicing member is a rectangular paperboard, two parallel crease lines are arranged on the pull head splicing member, the pull head splicing member is divided into a second part 2 in the middle, a first part 1 and a third part 3 on two sides, and the widths of the three parts are equal. The inner surface of the whole pull wire head splicing piece is coated with adhesive, and the broken line is a crease. The outer surface of the pull head splice piece contains fluorescent powder, has no toxic or side effect, and can not influence the appearance of the product, generate quality and other problems. Meanwhile, the connector detector is a special fluorescence detector and can detect the pull wire connector in real time. The small cigarette packet is provided with no fluorescent powder.
As an example, as shown in fig. 3, the length of the wire head splice is 5cm and the width is 2cm, wherein the width of the three parts is 4mm.
When using the slider splice, the new slider and the old slider are attached to both ends (upper and lower ends in fig. 3) of the inner surface of the second portion 2 (without strict alignment of the respective portions in the drawing), and then the third portion 3 is folded toward the inner surface of the second portion 2 in a crease so that the third portion 3 is attached to the second portion 2. And then the first part 1 is folded towards the outer surface of the third part 3 according to folds, so that the first part 1 is attached to the third part 3, and the two pull heads are pressed by the first part 1 and the third part 3 while the two pull heads are attached by the second part 2, so that the attaching stability is improved.
After the new pull head and the old pull head are stuck on the pull head splicing member to splice the two, the pull head splicing member reaches the stacking position 18 of the small box output disc along with the small box cigarette packet wrapped with the transparent paper and the pull wire. A splice detector 16 is provided at a predetermined station of the capsule output tray 10 for detecting a slider splice. The joint detector 16 is in signal connection with the control unit 6, and the control unit 6 is in signal connection with the actuator of the reject station on the capsule output tray 10. If the joint detector 16 detects the pull head splice, the detection signal is sent to the control unit 6, and the control unit controls the removing device of the removing station to remove the pull head splice, so that the normal production and detection of the small box cigarette packet are not affected on the basis of quickly splicing the pull head.
Preferably, the pull wire splicing and detecting device further comprises a first visual detector, a second visual detector, a third visual detector and a fourth visual detector which are respectively used for detecting pull wires on the top surface, the bottom surface, the left side surface and the right side surface of the small box cigarette packet.
As an example, as shown in fig. 2, the first visual detector 17 is arranged above the stacking position 18. The second visual detector 13, the third visual detector 15 and the fourth visual detector 14 are respectively arranged below, outside and inside the preset station, and the inside mainly detects the wire drawing port.
As one example, the material (pouch packets or slider splices) after passing through the stacking station 18 first enters the first station of the pouch output tray 10, as shown by the material 12 in fig. 2, and then moves in a counter-clockwise direction to a second station, a third station, etc.
If, in the stacking position, the first vision detector 17 detects a displacement, interruption or absence of the pull wire on the top surface of the packet, the packet is rejected after being driven by the packet output tray 10 to the rejection station.
As one example, the preset station is the second station of the capsule output tray 10. The second, third and fourth visual detectors 13, 15 and 14 at the second station detect the pull wires on the bottom, left and right sides, respectively, of the packet 19. If at least one of the second visual detector 13, the third visual detector 15 and the fourth visual detector 14 detects the shift, the interruption or the lack of the stay wire, the small box cigarette packet is rejected after being driven by the small box output disc 10 to reach the rejecting station. At the same time, the joint detector 16 detects whether the material at the second station is a pull head splice. If yes, the pull head splice is driven by the small box output disc 10 to reach the rejecting station and then is rejected.
As an example, the reject station is the third station 101 of the capsule output tray.
Preferably, the stay wire splicing and detecting device further comprises a counter 8, the counter 8 is in signal connection with the control unit 6, and the counting objects are small box cigarette packages and stay wire head splicing pieces which are unqualified in stay wires.
Before the pull wire is detected by the pull wire splicing and detecting device, the pull wire related data in each visual detector needs to be set, including position, U-shaped knife opening data and the like.
When the stay wire splicing and detecting device is used for detecting the stay wire, firstly, after the whole device is electrified, each visual detector, the joint detector 16 and the counter 8 respectively send a high level 1 to the control unit 6 for starting-up self-detection, and if the detection result is different from the setting result through the control unit 6, the detection result is judged to be a fault; if the judgment is in accordance with the setting, the next step of work is carried out.
The visual detector and the joint detector at each position receive the instruction of the control unit and then carry out the wire drawing detection in real time, if the visual detector or the joint detector sends a high level 11 to the control unit, the visual detector or the joint detector represents that the wire drawing problem or the wire drawing joint problem is detected, the control unit immediately sends the instruction to the counter, starts counting, and simultaneously sends the instruction to the rejection station to prepare for rejection. Specifically, the control unit controls the vehicle speed to be reduced to 300 revolutions per minute, and small cigarette packets with the stay wire problem counted by the counting module are continuously removed at the third station immediately.
The application avoids the complicated wire changing step, can automatically remove the wire connector, detects the small box wire in real time, ensures the product quality, and has simple structure, low cost, simple and practical method, easy operation, easy installation and high efficiency.
