Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of circuit board production, in particular to circuit board liquid suction equipment.
Background
The circuit board needs to be soaked by the liquid medicine in the production process so as to avoid the oxidation of the circuit board and influence the quality of the circuit board. After the soaking is completed, the liquid medicine on the circuit board is required to be sucked through the water sucking roller in the isolation groove. In order to enable the water absorbing roller to effectively absorb the liquid medicine, the water absorbing roller needs to be placed into a soaking tank for soaking and cleaning after being used for a period of time.
The traditional soaking tank is fixed in the frame, in order to enable the water absorbing rumble to be placed in the soaking tank, the soaking tank is usually arranged at the lower part of the frame, but the water absorbing rumble needs to be bent down to be cleaned, so that the cleaning operation is inconvenient.

In some embodiments, a plurality of rolling elements are arranged between the frame and the soaking tank at intervals along the first direction, and the rolling elements are rotatably mounted on the frame or the soaking tank.
By arranging the rolling piece between the frame and the soaking tank, the friction force in the pushing and pulling process of the soaking tank can be reduced, and the pushing and pulling of the soaking tank on the frame are facilitated.

The circuit board needs to be soaked by the liquid medicine in the production process so as to avoid the oxidation of the circuit board and influence the quality of the circuit board. After the soaking is finished, the liquid medicine on the circuit board is required to be extruded and sucked through the water sucking roller. In order to enable the water absorbing roller to effectively squeeze and absorb liquid medicine, the water absorbing roller needs to be placed into a soaking tank for soaking and cleaning after being used for a period of time.
It has been found that the conventional soaking tank is fixed to the frame, and in order to enable the water absorbing reel to be placed in the soaking tank, the soaking tank is usually disposed at the lower part of the frame, but thus the water absorbing reel needs to be bent over to be cleaned, resulting in inconvenient cleaning operation.
In order to solve the problem that the cleaning operation of the water absorbing roller is inconvenient, through intensive research, a circuit board liquid absorbing device is designed.
The soaking tank in this circuit board imbibition equipment locates the upper portion of frame, but the installation in the frame of soaking tank pull simultaneously can pull out the soaking tank when needs wash the water-absorbing rumble, and the operation personnel stand the state and can wash the water-absorbing rumble, has solved the need bow and has washd the water-absorbing rumble and lead to the inconvenient problem of cleaning operation.
The embodiment of the application provides circuit board liquid suction equipment. Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, the circuit board liquid sucking apparatus 100 includes a frame 10, an isolation tank 20 and a soaking tank 30, the isolation tank 20 is mounted on the frame 10, the soaking tank 30 is located below the isolation tank 20 and is disposed at an upper portion of the frame 10, and the soaking tank 30 is mounted on the frame 10 in a push-pull manner along a first direction X.
The frame 10 serves as a mounting base for mounting the isolation tank 20 and the soaking tank 30, and the isolation tank 20 and the soaking tank 30 are mounted on the frame 10, so that the integrated level of the circuit board liquid absorbing device 100 is high.
The isolation groove 20 is internally provided with a plurality of groups of water sucking roller groups, each water sucking roller group comprises two water sucking roller groups 80 which are arranged up and down, when the circuit board passes through the isolation groove 20, the circuit board is positioned between the two water sucking roller groups 80 which are arranged up and down, and the water sucking roller groups 80 can suck liquid medicine on the circuit board. Wherein, the top of the isolation groove 20 is provided with a cover plate which can be opened and closed, and the water absorbing reel 80 can be put into the isolation groove 20 or taken out from the isolation groove 20 after the cover plate is opened.
The soaking tank 30 has a long strip structure so as to be suitable for the long strip-shaped water absorbing reel 80, wherein the upper side of the soaking tank 30 is provided with an opening for the water absorbing reel 80 to be put in or taken out. It will be appreciated that the cross-section of the infusion tank 30 may be rectangular, semi-circular, a combination of both, or the like.
The dimensions of the soaking tank 30 in the width direction and the depth direction are not limited in the present application, for example, one water absorbing reel 80 may be placed in the soaking tank 30, or two or more water absorbing reels 80 may be placed in the soaking tank 30 at the same time. The width direction of the soaking tank 30 refers to the conveying direction of the circuit board, and the depth direction of the soaking tank 30 refers to the second direction Z.
The first direction X may be the longitudinal direction of the soaking tank 30 or the width direction of the soaking tank 30.
The soaking tank 30 is located at the upper portion of the frame 10, it is understood that the soaking tank 30 may be located above the frame 10, or the soaking tank 30 may be located at one side of the upper portion of the frame 10 in the horizontal direction.
The soaking tank 30 is mounted on the frame 10 in a push-pull manner in the first direction X, i.e. the entire soaking tank 30 can be pulled out from the frame 10, and the entire soaking tank 30 can be pushed back onto the frame 10 after being pulled out.
The circuit board liquid absorbing device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the frame 10, the isolation groove 20 and the soaking groove 30, wherein the soaking groove 30 is positioned below the isolation groove 20, so that the space below the isolation groove 20 can be fully utilized, and the integration level is higher; the soaking tank 30 is arranged on the upper portion of the frame 10, meanwhile, the soaking tank 30 is installed on the frame 10 in a drawable manner, the soaking tank 30 can be pulled out when the water absorbing reel 80 needs to be cleaned, an operator can clean the water absorbing reel 80 in a standing state, and the problem that the water absorbing reel 80 needs to be bent down to clean to cause inconvenient cleaning operation is solved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a plurality of sets of rolling members 111 are disposed between the frame 10 and the soaking tank 30 along the first direction X, and the rolling members 111 are rotatably mounted on the frame 10 or the soaking tank 30.
Alternatively, the rolling member 111 is rotatably mounted on the frame 10, and the soaking tank 30 is supported on the rolling member 111. In other embodiments, the rolling member 111 may be rotatably mounted on the soaking tank 30, and the soaking tank 30 is supported on the frame 10 by the rolling member 111.
It is understood that the rolling members 111 may be arranged in the first direction X in two or three or more groups at intervals. Wherein each set of rolling elements 111 comprises one, two or three or more rolling elements 111.
It is understood that the rolling members 111 may be rollers, bearings, drums, or the like.
By providing the rolling members 111 between the frame 10 and the soaking tank 30, friction force during the pushing and pulling of the soaking tank 30 can be reduced, which is beneficial for the pushing and pulling of the soaking tank 30 on the frame 10.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the rolling members 111 may not be provided between the frame 10 and the soaking tank 30, and the soaking tank 30 slides on the frame 10 via a slider.
In some embodiments, the soaking tank 30 has a first end 31 and a second end 32 in a first direction X, the first end 31 being in positive engagement with the bottom of the isolation tank 20 in a second direction Z, the second direction Z intersecting the first direction X, the second end 32 being provided with an operating portion 321 for pushing and pulling the soaking tank 30.
Optionally, the second direction Z perpendicularly intersects the first direction X.
After the soaking tank 30 is pulled out, the second end 32 of the soaking tank 30 sinks under its own weight, and the first end 31 is in limit fit with the bottom of the isolation tank 20 in the second direction Z, so that the second end 32 of the soaking tank 30 is limited to sink, and the soaking tank 30 is ensured to be in a substantially horizontal state.
Alternatively, the operating portion 321 is a handle mounted on the second end 32. In other embodiments, an end plate is provided at the second end 32, the lower edge of which constitutes the operating portion 321.
Through the bottom limit fit of first end 31 and isolation groove 20, under the circumstances of guaranteeing stability after soaking groove 30 pulls out, the unsettled part of soaking groove 30 does not have the support, simplifies the overall structure of soaking groove 30, promotes the aesthetic property simultaneously.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the soaking tank 30 is spaced a greater distance from the isolation tank 20 in the second direction Z, and support legs are provided at the bottom of the second end 32 of the soaking tank 30, and support the second end 32 after the soaking tank 30 is pulled out, so as to ensure that the soaking tank 30 is substantially horizontal. Wherein rolling members may be installed at the lower ends of the support legs to facilitate the pushing and pulling of the soaking tank 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, a limiting member 33 is further disposed on the soaking tank 30, and the limiting member 33 is in limiting fit with the frame 10 to limit the pull-out length of the soaking tank 30.
It is understood that the limiting member 33 may be a limiting block, a positioning column, or the like.
Optionally, the stop 33 is positioned closer to the first end 31 than the second end 32 so that the pull-out length of the brewing chamber 30 is long enough to facilitate placement of the suction reel 80 into the brewing chamber 30 or removal of the suction reel 80 from the brewing chamber 30.
The pull-out length of the soaking tank 30 is limited by the limiting piece 33, so that the whole soaking tank 30 is prevented from being pulled out to smash operators, and potential safety hazards are eliminated.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the stop 33 may not be provided, and a warning line may be provided on the infusion tank 30, and the operator may stop pulling the infusion tank 30 during pulling out the infusion tank 30 if the warning line is observed to have been exposed.
In some embodiments, the bottom of the soaking tank 30 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 34 at intervals along the first direction X, and the limiting member 33 is disposed on one of the reinforcing ribs 34.
It will be appreciated that the reinforcing ribs 34 may be arranged two or three or more at intervals along the first direction X, and that the stopper 33 is provided on the reinforcing rib 34 nearest to the first end 31.
Wherein, each set of rolling elements 111 arranged on the frame 10 comprises two rolling elements 111, the two rolling elements 111 are arranged at intervals along the direction of the rotation axis of the rolling elements, and the length of the reinforcing rib 34 is smaller than the interval distance between the two rolling elements 111 so as to avoid interference with the rolling elements 111.
The soaking tank 30 is generally long in length, and the reinforcing ribs 34 are arranged at the bottom of the soaking tank 30, so that the overall strength of the soaking tank 30 can be increased; the limiting piece 33 is arranged on the reinforcing rib 34, so that the installation of the limiting piece 33 is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the circuit board pipetting device 100 further includes a drain pipe 40 and a drain control valve provided on the drain pipe 40, the bottom of the soak tank 30 is provided with a drain port 35, and the drain pipe 40 is connected to the drain port 35.
By adopting the technical scheme, the sewage in the soaking tank 30 for cleaning the water absorbing roller 80 can be quickly discharged through the drain pipe 40, which is beneficial to improving the working efficiency.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the drain 40 may not be provided, and a water pipe and a water pump may be additionally provided to suck the sewage in the soaking tank 30.
In some embodiments, the circuit board pipetting device 100 further includes a water inlet pipe 50 and a water inlet control valve provided on the water inlet pipe 50, the soaking tank 30 is provided with a water inlet 36, and the water inlet pipe 50 is connected to the water inlet 36.
Optionally, a water inlet 36 is provided at the bottom of the soaking tank 30, and both the water inlet 36 and the water outlet 35 are located at the second end 32 of the soaking tank 30. In other embodiments, the water inlet 36 may be provided at a side of the soaking tank 30, in which case the water inlet 36 may be provided between the first end 31, the second end 32, or both ends.
By adopting the technical scheme, clean water for cleaning the water absorbing reel 80 can quickly enter the soaking tank 30 through the water inlet pipe 50, and the working efficiency is improved.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the water inlet pipe 50 may not be provided, and a water pipe and a water pump may be additionally provided to pump fresh water into the steeping cistern 30.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, a filter housing 60 is provided within the soaking tank 30 at the drain port 35, and/or a blowout preventer 70 is provided within the soaking tank 30 at the water inlet 36.
Optionally, both the filter housing 60 and the blowout preventer housing 70 have mesh openings through which water flows.
By adopting the technical scheme, the filtering cover 60 can filter sewage, so that the problem of blockage of the drain pipe 40 is avoided; the water pressure in the water inlet pipe 50 is large, and the blowout prevention cover 70 can block clean water to prevent the clean water from splashing outside the soaking tank 30.
In some embodiments, at least a portion of the drain tube 40 is a flexible tube and/or at least a portion of the inlet tube 50 is a flexible tube.
Alternatively, the drain 40 and the inlet 50 are partly flexible tubes and partly rigid tubes, the rigid tubes being fixed to the frame 10, the flexible tubes being in a free state.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the flexible pipe can be deformed to adapt to the displacement of the soaking tank 30 in the push-pull process.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, both the drain 40 and the inlet 50 tubes are rigid tubes, with portions of the rigid tubes being telescoping to accommodate displacement of the dip tank 30 during push-pull.
In some embodiments, the frame 10 includes a frame 12 and a cantilever frame 11 secured to the frame 12, and the soaking tank 30 is slidably mounted on the cantilever frame 11 in the first direction X.
By adopting the technical scheme, not only the manufacturing materials of the frame 10 can be reduced, but also the space below the cantilever frame 11 is beneficial to arranging pipelines.
In other embodiments, the suspension frame 11 may not be provided, and the frame 10 may be a frame structure as a whole.

9. The circuit board wicking apparatus of claim 7, wherein: at least part of the drain pipe is a flexible pipe and/or at least part of the inlet pipe is a flexible pipe.
10. The circuit board wicking apparatus of any of claims 1-5, wherein: the frame comprises a frame and a suspension frame fixed on the frame, and the soaking tank is arranged on the suspension frame in a push-pull manner along a first direction.
