In addition, compared with the use of screw connection, the embodiment of the disclosure can not generate the influence on the air outlet of the volute due to the fact that the boss or the concave table is arranged in the assembled air channel caused by excessive screw quantity, so that the air outlet volume is stable, noise is reduced, and cost is saved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the housing 2 includes a top plate 21, wherein the top of the lower volute 5 is provided with an abutment platform 56, and as shown in fig. 4, the abutment platform 56 abuts against the top plate 21.
The abutment platform 56 is beneficial to reducing the thickness of the lower volute 5, thereby reducing the thickness of the whole volute, simultaneously facilitating the top plate 21 to press the lower volute 5, further positioning the lower volute 5 and reducing noise generated by unstable position of the lower volute 5.
Optionally, as shown in connection with fig. 1 and 7, the housing 2 further comprises a bottom plate 22, a left side plate 23 and a right side plate 24.
The partition plate 3 is provided on the upper surface of the bottom plate 22, and the left and right ends of the partition plate 3 are respectively abutted against the left and right side plates 23, 24, and the top end of the partition plate 3 is abutted against the top plate 21.
In this way, the partition plate 3 is in contact with the top plate 21, the bottom plate 22, the left side plate 23, and the right side plate 24, and the strength and stability of the housing 2 can be increased.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an air conditioner, which comprises an outdoor unit and an air conditioner indoor unit 1, wherein the air conditioner indoor unit 1 is connected with the outdoor unit. The air conditioning indoor unit 1 includes a casing 2, and the casing 2 defines an accommodation space 6. The air conditioning indoor unit 1 further includes a partition plate 3, the partition plate 3 is disposed in the accommodation space, and the partition plate 3 partitions the accommodation space 6 into a first accommodation space 61 and a second accommodation space 62. The air conditioner indoor unit 1 further comprises an upper volute 4, the upper volute 4 is arranged in the first accommodating space 61, the upper volute 4 is connected with the partition board 3, the upper volute 4 comprises a first clamping buckle 41, the first clamping buckle 41 is arranged on one side, connected with the partition board 3, of the upper volute 4, the partition board 3 is provided with a first clamping groove 31 corresponding to the first clamping buckle 41, and the first clamping buckle 41 is connected with the first clamping groove 31, so that the upper volute 4 is fixed on the partition board 3.
By adopting the air conditioner indoor unit 1 provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the upper volute 4 is connected with the partition plate 3 through the first buckle 41 and the first clamping groove 31, so that screw installation is reduced, the installation operation is simple and convenient, the error rate is reduced, the assembly speed is improved, in addition, the requirement on the volute installation space reserved for the air conditioner indoor unit 1 is small, and the requirement on the whole size of the air conditioner indoor unit 1 is reduced. Meanwhile, when the disassembly and repair are performed, the disassembly is simple, the secondary damage is reduced, and the overhaul speed is improved.
