Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the control box 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application is installed on a massage apparatus and includes a housing 10, an air charging assembly 20, a battery module 30 and a circuit board 40.
An inflation assembly 20 is provided within the housing 10 for inflating or deflating a massage bladder of the massage apparatus. The battery module 30 is provided in the case 10. The circuit board 40 is disposed in the housing 10, and the circuit board 40 is electrically connected to the battery module 30 and the air charging assembly 20. The air charge assembly 20, the battery module 30, and the circuit board 40 are stacked in the first direction a. The first direction a is a direction from the bottom to the top of the casing 10, the top of the casing 10 is located at a side of the control box 100 away from the massage device, and the bottom of the casing 10 is located at a side of the control box 100 close to the massage device.
It will be appreciated that the housing 10 of the control box 100 is provided with at least the components of the air charging assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board 40, so that the control of the massage apparatus with the massage air bag can be achieved, that is, the battery module 30 can provide electric energy for each electric element of the control box 100 to maintain operation, and the control board can control each electric element, for example, control the air charging assembly 20 to charge or discharge the massage air bag of the massage apparatus to achieve the corresponding massage function.
It will be appreciated that the air-charging assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board 40 are all electrical components occupying more lateral space and less longitudinal space, and that stacking the air-charging assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board 40 along the first direction a, that is, stacking the air-charging assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board 40 in the longitudinal direction, provides a possibility of implementing the air-charging assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board in the first direction a, and optimizes the arrangement of the components in the housing 10, so that the space utilization of the housing 10 is higher, compared with the transverse arrangement or other arrangement, and the control box 100 is generally tiled on the massage device, which releases the space on the front view plane of the massage device, and the arrangement of the components in the housing 10 is optimized, so that the volume of the control box 100 is reduced.
According to the control box 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the inflation assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board 40 are all arranged in the shell 10, and the inflation assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board 40 are stacked along the first direction a, so that the occupation of space in the direction with an included angle with the first direction a is reduced, the layout in the control box 100 is compact and reasonable, the volume of the control box 100 is small, the whole massage equipment cannot be enlarged and enlarged when the control box 100 is arranged on the massage equipment, and the whole massage equipment is attractive and simple.
It is understood that the air charging assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board 40 are stacked along the first direction a, which means that the stacking order of the air charging assembly 20, the battery module 30 and the circuit board 40 is not limited, and the battery module 30 may be near the bottom of the housing 10, or the air charging assembly 20 may be near the bottom of the housing 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the air charging assembly 20, the battery module 30, and the circuit board 40 are stacked in order from the bottom to the top of the housing 10 along the first direction a. Because the bottom of the housing 10 is close to the massage apparatus, the inflation assembly 20 is close to the bottom of the housing 10, so that the inflation assembly 20 can be conveniently connected to the massage airbag in the massage apparatus through the air tube. Since the top of the housing 10 is remote from the massage device and the circuit board 40 is close to the top of the housing 10, the top of the housing 10 can be more exposed to facilitate the user to control the circuit board 40 and thus other electrical components. In addition, the battery module 30 is close to the circuit board 40, so that the connection of wires can be reduced, and the power supply is convenient.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in some embodiments, the air charging assembly 20 includes an air pump 21 and two solenoid valves 22, both solenoid valves 22 are connected to the air pump 21 through a pipeline, both solenoid valves 22 are electrically connected to the circuit board 40, both solenoid valves 22 are used to control the air charging and discharging of the massage air bag of the massage apparatus, respectively, and the air pump 21 and both solenoid valves 22 are disposed along the second direction b. Wherein the second direction b and the first direction a have an included angle. The two electromagnetic valves 22 can be connected to the massage air bag of the massage device through the air pipe, and can send out an inflation instruction to the air pump 21 through the circuit board 40, and one of the electromagnetic valves 22 is opened, so that the inflation of the massage air bag can be realized, and the other electromagnetic valve 22 is opened, and the deflation of the massage air bag can be realized, so that the inflation and the deflation of the massage air bag can be realized. It can be understood that the second direction b is a transverse direction having an included angle with the first direction a, and the air pump 21 and the two electromagnetic valves 22 are disposed along the second direction b, so that the projection of the air charging assembly 20 in the first direction a can be covered in the circuit board 40 or the battery module 30, and further the unnecessary longitudinal space occupied by the air charging assembly can be avoided, so that the overall layout is compact and reasonable.
Illustratively, the second direction b is perpendicular to the first direction a. Two of the oppositely disposed side walls of the housing 10 are arranged in the second direction b, so that the structure within the housing 10 is compact without excessive redundancy.
As shown in fig. 2-4, in some embodiments, two solenoid valves 22 are disposed along a third direction c. The third direction c and the second direction b have an included angle, and the third direction c and the first direction a have an included angle. It can be appreciated that the third direction c is another transverse direction having an included angle with the first direction a and the second direction b, and the battery valves are smaller than the air pump 21, so that the two solenoid valves 22 are arranged along the second direction b, so that the two battery valves can be prevented from occupying too much space in the second direction b, and the projection of the whole inflation assembly 20 in the first direction a can be covered in the circuit board 40 or the battery module 30, so that the overall layout is compact and reasonable.
Illustratively, the third direction c is perpendicular to the second direction b and the third direction c is perpendicular to the first direction a. The other two oppositely disposed side walls of the housing 10 are arranged in the third direction c, so that the structure inside the housing 10 is compact without excessive redundancy.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in some embodiments, the projection of the inflation assembly 20 and the battery module 30 in the first direction a is located within the circuit board 40, and the housing 10 is disposed around the periphery of the circuit board 40. In this way, the inflation assembly 20 and the battery module 30 do not occupy the space in the second direction b or the third direction c, so that the structure in the housing 10 is compact, no redundant space is excessive, and the overall volume of the control box 100 is small.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, a first limiting member 121, a second limiting member 122 and a third limiting member 123 are disposed at the bottom of the housing 10, the first limiting member 121 and the second limiting member 122 are disposed at intervals along a second direction b, the first limiting member 121 and the third limiting member 123 are disposed at intervals along a third direction c, two sides of the air pump 21 along the second direction b are clamped between the first limiting member 121 and the second limiting member 122, and two sides of the air pump 21 along the third direction c are clamped between the first limiting member 121 and the third limiting member 123; the two solenoid valves 22 are clamped between the second limiting member 122 and the wall of the housing 10 along the two sides of the second direction b. Thus, when the air pump 21 is installed, the air pump 21 may be disposed at the bottom of the housing 10, and two sides of the air pump 21 along the second direction b are clamped between the first limiting member 121 and the second limiting member 122, and two sides along the third direction c are clamped between the first limiting member 121 and the third limiting member 123. When the solenoid valves 22 are installed, the two solenoid valves 22 may be clamped between the second limiting member 122 and the wall of the housing 10. The inflation assembly 20 is convenient to install and can be stably fixed in the housing 10.
Illustratively, the first limiting member 121, the second limiting member 122, and the third limiting member 123 are each formed by at least one limiting rib at the bottom of the housing 10.
Illustratively, the first limiting member 121 extends in an arc shape from the bottom to the top of the housing 10 toward the limiting wall of the air pump 21 in the second direction b toward the direction away from the air pump 21, and the second limiting member 122 extends in an arc shape from the bottom to the top of the housing 10 toward the limiting wall of the air pump 21 in the second direction b toward the direction away from the air pump 21, so that when the air pump 21 is installed, both sides of the air pump 21 in the second direction b can be clamped between the first limiting member 121 and the second limiting member 122 more stably.
Illustratively, the air pump 21 has two protruding portions protruding from two sides along the second direction b, the two protruding portions have air pump limiting surfaces far away from the third limiting member 123 along the third direction c, the first limiting member 121 is used for limiting one of the air pump limiting surfaces, the second limiting member 122 is used for limiting the other air pump limiting surface, and the third limiting member 123 is used for limiting a surface of the air pump 21 opposite to the air pump limiting surface along the third direction c.
Illustratively, the bottom of the housing 10 is further provided with an air pump 21 mounting groove 12a, the shape of the air pump 21 mounting groove 12a being adapted to the air pump 21 so as to stably mount the air pump 21. The solenoid valve 22 is mounted at the bottom of the housing 10 such that the solenoid valve 22 and the air pump 21 are flush with the surface facing the top of the housing 10, thereby facilitating the installation of the battery module 30.
Illustratively, the bottom of the housing 10 is also provided with an intermediate stop 128, the intermediate stop 128 being located between the two solenoid valves 22.
Illustratively, the second limiting member 122 has a limiting rib disposed opposite to the side wall of the housing 10 in the second direction b, and the limiting rib, the intermediate limiting member 128, and the side wall of the housing 10 are surrounded on the solenoid valve 22 to enable stable installation of the solenoid valve 22.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in addition, a fourth limiting member 124 is disposed on a side wall of the housing 10 adjacent to the bottom to the top of the housing 10 along the second direction b, a fifth limiting member 125 is disposed on a side wall of the housing 10 adjacent to the bottom to the top of the housing 10 along the third direction c, a sixth limiting member 126 disposed at intervals from the fourth limiting member 124 along the second direction b is disposed on the bottom of the housing 10, two sides of the battery module 30 along the second direction b are clamped between the sixth limiting member 126 and the fourth limiting member 124, and one side of the battery module 30 along the third direction c abuts against the fifth limiting member 125. In this way, when the battery module 30 is mounted, the battery module 30 may be stacked and mounted on the air charging assembly 20, and the battery module 30 may be clamped between the sixth stopper 126 and the fourth stopper 124 along the two sides of the second direction b, and may abut against the fifth stopper 125 along the third direction c. The battery module 30 is mounted compactly and can be stably fixed in the case 10.
Illustratively, the fourth and fifth stop 124, 125 are formed by at least one stop rib on the side wall of the housing 10 and the sixth stop 126 is formed by at least one stop rib on the bottom of the housing 10.
Illustratively, the fourth stop 124, the fifth stop 125, and the sixth stop 126 are all located outside the inflation assembly 20 so as not to interfere with the installation of the inflation assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in addition, a plurality of support columns 127 are disposed at the bottom of the housing 10, the circuit board 40 is connected to the plurality of support columns 127, and the fourth limiting member 124 and the fifth limiting member 125 are disposed around the periphery of the circuit board 40. In this way, when the circuit board 40 is mounted, the circuit board 40 is directly fixed to the plurality of support columns 127, so that the mounting is convenient, and the circuit board can be stably fixed in the housing 10.
Illustratively, the circuit board 40 is fixedly mounted with the plurality of support columns 127 by screws.
Illustratively, the plurality of support columns 127 extend from the bottom of the housing 10 at least no lower than the height of the surface of the battery module 30 that faces the top of the housing 10, so as to ensure stable installation of the circuit board 40.
Illustratively, at least one of the plurality of support columns 127 can be used as the limit inflation assembly 20 or the battery module 30. For example, one of the support columns 127 can limit the surface of the air pump 21 opposite the air pump limit surface in the third direction c.
Illustratively, a plurality of support posts 127 are located outside of the air inflation assembly 20 and the battery module 30 so as not to interfere with the installation of the air inflation assembly 20 and the battery module 30.
Illustratively, the side wall of the housing 10 is provided with a plurality of limiting ribs, and a plurality of limiting members are used for limiting the periphery of the circuit board 40 so as to realize positioning and mounting of the circuit board 40.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the housing 10 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation holes 12b communicating with the inside of the housing 10. Heat in the housing 10 can be dissipated through the heat dissipation holes 12b to ensure stable operation of the respective electrical components.
In some embodiments, the plurality of heat dissipation holes 12b are all disposed at the bottom of the housing 10, and at least a portion of the plurality of heat dissipation holes 12b extend from the bottom of the housing 10 to the wall of the housing 10 along the first direction a. Since the bottom of the housing 10 is located at a side close to the massage apparatus and the heat dissipation holes 12b are formed at the bottom of the housing 10, the exposed portion of the control box 100 can be made compact and beautiful. In addition, it will be appreciated that the main heat dissipation structure in the control box 100 is the air charging assembly 20, since the air charging assembly 20 needs to be deflated frequently, when the air charging assembly 20 is arranged on one side close to the bottom of the housing 10, the air charging assembly 20 can dissipate heat more efficiently, and stable operation of each electrical element is ensured.
It is understood that the partial heat dissipation holes 12b are all located at the bottom of the housing 10, and the partial heat dissipation holes 12b may extend from the bottom of the housing 10 to the wall of the housing 10 along the first direction a, where the wall may be a side wall of the housing 10, or a limit rib extending from the bottom of the housing 10.
