1. A neck pillow, comprising:
the pillow type air bag can be inflated and deflated;
the two massage components are arranged in the pillow type air bag and are used for massaging a user; and

2. The neck pillow of claim 1 wherein the massage assembly comprises:
the storage shell is arranged in the pillow-type air bag, is provided with an installation space and is provided with an opening communicated with the installation space, and the opening is exposed on the outer surface of the pillow-type air bag;
the massage head is arranged in the installation space and is exposed to the outside from the opening; and
the driving module is arranged in the installation space and is in transmission connection with the massage head so as to drive the massage head to move;
the main control board is arranged in one of the installation spaces and is electrically connected with the driving module.

The neck pillow of claim 2 wherein the massage assembly further comprises a divider disposed in the mounting space to divide the mounting space into a receiving space and a movable space within the divider, the massage head and the drive module being disposed in the movable space, the main control board being disposed in the receiving space.
4. The neck pillow according to claim 2, wherein a limit groove is provided in the installation space, and the main control board is inserted into the limit groove.
5. The neck pillow of claim 2, wherein the massage assembly further comprises a cover, the cover covers the opening, the cover is provided with a guide hole, and the massage head is arranged through the guide hole to be exposed to the outside.
6. The neck pillow of claim 5 further comprising a speaker disposed in one of the mounting spaces and electrically connected to the main control panel, wherein a speaker hole is provided in a cover of the massage assembly having the speaker.
7. The neck pillow of claim 5, wherein the main control board is connected with the driving module through a wire, and the cover body is provided with a wire passing hole for passing through the wire.
8. The neck pillow of claim 2 further comprising a power source disposed in one of the mounting spaces and electrically connected to the main control panel and the two drive modules.
9. The neck pillow of claim 2 wherein the drive module comprises a first drive member drivingly connected to the massage head for driving the massage head in rotation;
and/or the driving module comprises a second driving piece, and the second driving piece is in transmission connection with the massage head so as to control the length of the massage head extending out of the opening.
10. A neck pillow according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising an inflation and deflation assembly for inflating and deflating the pillow-like bladder, and/or at least one of the massage assemblies comprises a massage head and a telescoping bladder provided on a rear side of the massage head for controlling an outward ejection length of the massage head, the inflation and deflation assembly for inflating and deflating the telescoping bladder;
the main control board is arranged in the first massage assembly, and the inflation and deflation assembly is arranged in the second massage assembly;
and/or the neck pillow further comprises an operation panel, wherein the operation panel is arranged on the outer surface of the pillow-type air bag and is electrically connected with the main control panel;
and/or the main control board is provided with a wireless control module for receiving external control instructions.
