The integrated cooling and heating outdoor parking lot according to claim 2, wherein the heat transfer structure comprises a plurality of heating pipes; the water pipe assembly comprises a main pipe and a plurality of branch pipes, and each branch pipe is connected with a corresponding spray pipe; the main pipe is connected with the output end of the water spraying pump, the water storage tank is connected with the input end of the water spraying pump, the water spraying pump pumps water in the water storage tank to the main pipe, and the main pipe conveys the water to each branch pipe;
the diameter of the nozzle ranges from 2.5mm to 5mm.

The integrated cooling and heating outdoor parking lot according to claim 1, wherein the equipment cabinet is provided with an arc-shaped air deflector covering the second heating air outlet, and the heating air flows out in a streamline form along the bottom of the arc-shaped air deflector; the arc-shaped air deflector comprises a rotating shaft arranged along the length, a first rotating pin and a second rotating pin are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the rotating shaft, and the arc-shaped air deflector is respectively connected with the first side frame and the second side frame in a matched mode through the first rotating pin and the second rotating pin.
