Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the utility model is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
In the following description, the directions of "front", "rear", "left", "right", "up", "down", etc. are referred to as "left" in the drawing, right "in the drawing, upper" up ", lower" in the drawing, and "front" and "rear" in the drawing. The above directional definitions are merely provided to facilitate the description of the invention and to simplify the description and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operate in a particular orientation and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 24, the child product of the present utility model includes a swing device and a carrier 9 provided on the swing device. When the swinging device swings along a certain direction, the carrier 9 is driven to swing. The carrier 9 may be a sleeping basket or a seat or the like, so that the child product may be a cradle or a rocking chair or the like. The power mechanism further includes a fourth motor 643 for driving the gear 641 to rotate, and the fourth motor 643 is provided on the bottom bracket 1.
When the fourth motor 643 starts the driving gear 641 to rotate, the rack 642 is driven to move in the left-right direction, thereby pulling the center seat 5 to move in the same direction, and when the center seat 5 moves along with the rack 642, the first moving assembly 3 and the second moving assembly 4 move along the guiding track, thereby realizing the swinging of the carrier 9 in the left-right direction.
Example 12
As shown in fig. 21, the power mechanism includes a second screw rod 651 and a second nut 652 connected by threads, the second screw rod 651 extending in the left-right direction, the second screw rod 651 being rotatably provided on one of the bottom bracket 1 and the center seat 5, the second nut 652 being fixedly provided on the other of the bottom bracket 1 and the center seat 5. In fig. 21, a second screw rod 651 is rotatably provided to the bottom bracket 1, and a second nut 652 is fixedly provided to the center seat 5. The power mechanism further includes a fifth motor 653 for driving the second screw 651 to rotate, and the fifth motor 653 is provided on the bottom bracket 1.
When the fifth motor 653 is started to drive the second screw rod 651 to rotate, the second nut 652 is driven to move in the left-right direction, so that the center seat 5 is pulled to move in the same direction, and when the center seat 5 moves along with the second nut 652, the first moving assembly 3 and the second moving assembly 4 move along the guide track, so that the carrier 9 swings in the left-right direction.
The central seat 5 comprises a first seat 51 and a second seat 52, some examples of the way in which the first seat 51 and the second seat 52 are arranged being given in the present utility model.
Example 13
The first seat 51 and the second seat 52 are fixedly connected, and can not move relatively, as shown in fig. 1-14, 18-21 and 24.
Example 14
The second housing 52 is rotatably provided to the first housing 51 about a rotation axis extending in the up-down direction, and the carrier 9 is provided to the second housing 52, as shown in fig. 22 and 23. By rotating the second base 52 relative to the first base 51, the carrier 9 can be swung around the rotation axis, so that the carrier 9 can be continuously swung in a 360-degree range or can be circularly reciprocated in a certain angle range. At this time, the swing device further includes a driving mechanism 8 for driving the second base 52 to rotate relative to the first base 51, and in this embodiment, the driving mechanism 8 adopts a belt transmission mechanism.
The carrier 9 may be fixedly disposed on the center seat 5.
The carrier 9 may also be rotatably disposed on the central seat 5, so that the carrier 9 may be rotated relative to the central seat 5 to adjust its orientation on the central seat 5. If the longitudinal direction of the cradle is extended in the front-rear direction, the cradle is shown in fig. 1 to 14 and fig. 18 to 23. Or the length direction of the cradle is extended in the left-right direction as shown in fig. 24.
The carrier 9 may be detachably disposed on the center seat 5, so that the carrier 9 may be detached from the center seat 5 and then mounted in the direction.
The first moving component 3 and/or the second moving component 4 are/is adjusted relative to the left and right direction of the center seat 5, the interval distance between the first guiding track 2a and the second guiding track 2b is adjusted, and the mode of changing the structural form of the guiding track can be singly applied or can be fully or partially combined.
When the first moving assembly 3 and the second moving assembly 4 move to the positions in the left-right direction, the first moving assembly and the second moving assembly are always positioned at the same height position, so that the carrier 9 can be kept horizontal, and has no inclination angle in the swing process and only swings in the left-right direction, as shown in fig. 1-5.
The swinging device can also enable the height change of the first moving assembly 3 and the second moving assembly 4 to be different in the process of swinging along the left-right direction, namely, when the first moving assembly 3 and the second moving assembly 4 move to each position, the first moving assembly 3 and the second moving assembly 4 cannot be always positioned at the same height position, thus, the carrier 9 cannot always keep horizontal, a certain inclination angle exists in the swinging process, as shown in fig. 6-9, the carrier 9 only keeps horizontal when swinging to the middle position, and other positions have certain inclination angles.
This makes the form of swaying of children's products diversified, can improve travelling comfort and recreational when children's products use.
The above embodiments are provided to illustrate the technical concept and features of the present utility model and are intended to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present utility model and implement the same, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present utility model. All equivalent changes or modifications made in accordance with the spirit of the present utility model should be construed to be included in the scope of the present utility model.
