the positioning belt 3 is provided with a plurality of positioning teeth 31, the positioning teeth 31 are arranged at intervals along the length extending direction of the positioning belt 3, the positioning teeth 31 are specifically arranged on one side portion of the positioning belt 3 far away from the backrest 200, each positioning tooth 31 extends along the left-right direction of the backrest 200, the lower surface of each positioning tooth 31 is an inclined surface which gradually extends outwards from bottom to top, and the upper surface of each positioning tooth 31 is a horizontal plane.
The locking mechanism further comprises a locking block 5, the locking block 5 is rotatably arranged on the adjusting piece 2 through a rotating shaft a, the locking block 5 is provided with a locking tooth 51 matched with the positioning tooth 31 and an unlocking part 52 used for unlocking, and the locking tooth 51 and the unlocking part 52 are partially arranged on two sides of the rotating shaft a. Wherein, the upper surface of each locking tooth 51 is an inclined surface matched with the lower surface of the positioning tooth 31, and the lower surface of each locking tooth 51 is a horizontal surface matched with the lower surface of the positioning tooth 31, so that the unidirectional locking of the locking mechanism can be realized: when the locking teeth 51 are engaged with the positioning teeth 31, the lower surfaces of the locking teeth 51 abut against the upper surfaces of the positioning teeth 31, and the adjusting member 2 cannot slide downward but can slide upward under the action of external force because the inclined surfaces of the lower surfaces of the positioning teeth 31 provide sliding guides for the locking teeth 51. The advantages of such a design are: the adjusting piece 2 cannot be unlocked by mistake and slide down under the action of gravity, so that potential safety hazards are avoided; when the adjusting piece 2 needs to slide upwards, the adjusting piece can be directly pulled upwards for adjustment, and the operation is simple and convenient.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the upper surface of each positioning tooth 31 and the lower surface of each locking tooth 51 may also be mutually matched slopes extending from bottom to top and gradually inclining outwards, so that the unidirectional locking of the locking mechanism can also be realized.
Further, the locking mechanism further comprises an elastic member 7, in particular a spring, for urging the locking tooth 51 towards the positioning tooth 31, the spring being arranged between an inner side wall of the adjusting member 2 and the locking tooth 51. The adjusting member 2 is further provided with an unlocking structure for driving the locking teeth 51 to move away from the positioning teeth 31, and the unlocking structure specifically comprises an unlocking block 6. In this embodiment, the unlocking block 6 is rotatably disposed on the adjusting member 2 through a rotating shaft b, the unlocking block 6 has a pushing portion 61 matched with the unlocking portion 52, and a knob portion 62 for a user to operate, the pushing portion 61 and the knob portion 62 are respectively disposed at two sides of the rotating shaft b, and at least a part of the knob portion 62 is located at an outer side of the adjusting member 2, and axial lines of the rotating shaft a and the rotating shaft b extend along a left-right direction of the backrest 200.
The following describes the steps of using the child product and the backrest adjusting device 300 of the child product in this embodiment:
when the locking mechanism is in a locked state, the locking teeth 51 are locked with the positioning teeth 31 in a matching mode, the pushing portion 61 is disengaged from the unlocking portion 52, the locking teeth 51 are locked with the positioning teeth 31 in a matching mode under the action force of the elastic piece 7, and the backrest 200 and the support seat 102 are locked at a certain angle relatively.
When the angle between the backrest 200 and the supporting surface of the supporting seat 102 needs to be increased, that is, the backrest 200 is rotated backwards and downwards, an operator only needs to pull the knob part 62 of the unlocking block 6 upwards with one hand to rotate the unlocking block 6 around the rotating shaft b, so that the pushing part 61 abuts against the unlocking part 52 and pushes the locking block 5 to rotate around the rotating shaft a, the locking teeth 51 overcome the acting force of the elastic piece 7 and are disengaged from the positioning teeth 31, the adjusting piece 2 can slide downwards along the positioning belt 3, the containing sections 12 of the positioning belts 1 on two sides are shortened, the stretching sections 11 are extended, the backrest 200 rotates backwards under the self gravity, when the required angle is adjusted, the knob part 62 is released, and the locking teeth 51 are again locked with the positioning teeth 31 under the acting force of the elastic piece 7.
When the angle between the backrest 200 and the supporting surface of the supporting seat 102 needs to be reduced, that is, the backrest 200 is rotated forward and upward, the unlocking and the adjustment can be performed by the same method as the above method; the feature of unidirectional locking of the locking mechanism can also be utilized, the knob part 62 is not operated, and the adjusting piece 2 is directly pulled upwards to a proper position.
Example two
Referring to fig. 13, the child product and the back adjustment device 300 thereof of the present embodiment are substantially the same as the first embodiment, and mainly differ in the connection manner of the adjustment strap 1.
In this embodiment, the accommodating section 12 sequentially bypasses the first positioning member 41 and the second positioning member 21 from outside to inside, and the second fixing end 1b is connected to the adjusting member 2, i.e., the length of the accommodating section 12 is reduced by about half compared with that of the accommodating section in the first embodiment.
In other embodiments, the second positioning member 21 may not be provided, and the receiving section 12 bypasses the first positioning member 41 and then is directly connected to the adjusting member 2 or the fixing member 4.
