Example 1
Referring to fig. 6, 12, 13, 14, 20, in one embodiment, referring to fig. 1-25, an under-screen desktop ITX chassis assembly includes a hot plug power adapter 10, a hot plug power adapter 11, a data transmission interface integration module 12, a sound system drive and USB3.0 and audio interface integration board 13, an all-frequency horn 14, a reduced version of the hot plug power adapter 15.
The hot plug power supply adapter plug 10 integrates a module of a display card power supply 8Pin interface 10.1, a CPU power supply 8Pin interface 10.2, a power supply 4Pin interface 10.3 of other hardware such as a hard disk and the like, a main board power supply 24Pin interface 10.4 and 2 hot plug power supply adapter plug threaded holes 10.5 used for fixing, plugs corresponding to the interfaces are integrated on the module, all the interfaces are integrated with the plugs, fool-proof designs are arranged on all the interfaces, and the module is installed in a groove in a convex groove of the power supply box 1 and is matched with the hot plug power supply adapter socket 11 as an adapter.

The sound system driver and USB3.0 and audio interface integrated board 13 integrates three volume function keys 13.1, four-pole earphone socket 13.2, microphone 13.3, 2 modules of USB3.0 interface 12.3, and 2 sound system driver and USB3.0 and audio interface integrated board screw holes 13.4 for fixing are arranged, the module is installed in the front area 4.101 in the case main body 4, and the functions are realized by the communication of the sound system driver and USB3.0 and audio interface integrated board data line 13.5 and the main board.
The full-frequency loudspeaker 14 is connected and communicated with the sound system driver and the USB3.0 and audio interface integrated board 13 through a connecting wire and an XH2.54-2P connector to form the sound system.
The simplified hot plug power supply adapter socket 15 integrates a display card power supply 8Pin interface 10.1, a CPU power supply 8Pin interface 10.2, an extension cord and magic combination 4+4Pin CPU plug 11.2, a power supply 4Pin interface 10.3 of other hardware such as a hard disk and the like, an extension cord and SATA interface plug+big 4Pin plug 11.3, a main board power supply 24Pin interface 10.4, an extension cord and magic combination 20+4Pin plug 11.4, and a countersunk head screw hole 11.5 of the 2 hot plug power supply adapter sockets for fixing, wherein each interface is provided with a foolproof design, and the module is used as an adapter and installed in the simplified chassis main body 5 and transmits given electric energy to each computer hardware by being matched with the hot plug power supply plug 10.
Example two
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an under-screen desktop ITX computer case which can be placed at the position of a display support frame, and the use effect of combining the display with the display is shown by a 240 water-cooling radiator case, referring to figures 23, 24 and 25.
Referring to fig. 1 to 25, the under-screen desktop ITX computer case includes a power supply case 1, an optional 120 water-cooling heat dissipation case 2, an optional 240 water-cooling heat dissipation case 3, a case body 4, and a reduced case body 5. The power box 1 and the box main body 4 are combined to form an under-screen desktop ITX box of the air-cooled radiator, see figure 1; the power box 1, the optional external 120 water-cooling heat dissipation box 2 and the box main body 4 are combined to form an under-screen desktop ITX box of the external 120 water-cooling heat radiator, as shown in fig. 2; the power box 1, the optional external 240 water-cooling heat dissipation box 3 and the box main body 4 are combined to form an under-screen desktop ITX box of the external 240 water-cooling heat radiator, as shown in figure 3; the power box 1 and the optional simplified machine box body 5 are combined to form the simplified under-screen desktop ITX machine box of the air-cooled radiator, and the simplified under-screen desktop ITX machine box is shown in fig. 4.
The power box 1 is of a special-shaped cuboid structure with a semi-convex bottom, and is shown in fig. 5 and 7. The whole power box consists of a power box frame 1.1, a power box cover plate 1.2 and a hot plug power adapter plug 10. The power box is fixed on the case body by a space matched with the groove at the bottom of the power box and the groove of the case body. The middle of the convex groove at the bottom of the power box is provided with a small groove, the groove is used for installing the hot plug power adapter plug 10, and reserving the space for matching the hot plug power adapter plug 11 or the simplified hot plug power adapter plug 15, meanwhile, the surplus wire rods of the power device can be contained, trapped and hidden in the residual space of the convex groove, and the effect of the design is that when the hot plug power adapter plug is matched with the hot plug power adapter plug or the simplified hot plug power adapter plug, the convex groove of the power box 1 is matched with the case main body, so that the size occupied by the convex groove is large, and the case main body is stable and firm. The interfaces of the power supply device are matched with the hot plug adapter plug to be output outside the box body, and the interfaces are matched with the hot plug power adapter socket 11 or the reduced hot plug power adapter socket 15 to supply power to the whole computer hardware.
The selected 120 radiating box 2 is a cuboid structure and is externally provided with 2 sub-cover plates of a case main body, and comprises a 120 radiating box frame 2.1, a 120 radiating box adaptation right rear-mounted cover plate 2.2, a 120 radiating box cover plate 2.3 and a 120 radiating box adaptation right front-mounted cover plate 2.4, as shown in fig. 8. The 120 radiating box frame 2.1 and the 120 radiating box cover plate 2.3 are matched to form the 120 radiating box, the 120 radiating box and the 120 radiating box adapting right rear cover plate 2.2 are fixedly connected through 4 screws, an integrated water cooling radiator water pipe notch is formed in the bottom of the 120 radiating box frame 2.1 and the 120 radiating box adapting right rear cover plate 2.2, the 120 radiating box adapting right rear cover plate 2.2 and the 120 radiating box adapting right front cover plate 2.4 are of two-in-one design, and are connected to form the right cover plate of the chassis main body, and the common radiating cover plate 4.4 is selected to replace during installation.
The selected 240 heat dissipation box 3 is a cuboid structure and is externally provided with 2 sub-cover plates of a case main body, and comprises a 240 heat dissipation box frame 3.1, a 240 heat dissipation box adapting right rear cover plate 3.2, a 240 heat dissipation box cover plate 3.3 and a 240 heat dissipation box adapting right front cover plate 3.4, as shown in figure 9, the 240 heat dissipation box frame 3.1 and the 240 heat dissipation box cover plate 3.3 are matched to form a 240 heat dissipation box, the 240 heat dissipation box and the 240 heat dissipation box adapting right rear cover plate 3.2 are fixedly connected through 4 screws, the bottom of the 240 heat dissipation box frame 3.1 and the 240 heat dissipation box adapting right rear cover plate 3.2 are provided with water pipe notches of an integrated water-cooling radiator, the right rear cover plate 3.2 of the 240 heat dissipation box and the right front cover plate 3.4 of the 240 heat dissipation box are of two-in-one design and are connected in parallel to form the right cover plate of the chassis main body, and the common heat dissipation cover plate 4.4 is replaced during installation, so that a user can disassemble the whole heat dissipation box conveniently by disassembling the right rear cover plate.
The case main body 4 is of a cuboid structure in a U shape, see fig. 10 and 11, and a U-shaped notch in the middle is a space reserved for the display support column 6.2, so that the case is ensured not to influence the display support column 6.2, see fig. 25. The case main body 4 comprises a left cover plate 4.1, a buckle cover plate 4.2, a middle frame 4.3, a common radiator cover plate 4.4, a U-shaped frame 4.5, a bottom plate 4.6, supporting legs 4.7, a hot plug power supply switching socket 11, a data transmission interface integrated module 12, a sound system driving and USB3.0 and an audio interface integrated board 13 and a full-frequency loudspeaker 14, wherein case radiating holes 4.202 are formed in the left side and the right side of the middle frame 4.3 and the rear of the right part of a U-shaped notch, and 2 radiating fans with the length and the width of 5cm can be respectively placed in the left side and the right side, so that the heat dissipation is facilitated by air circulation.
The casing main body 4 is divided into five areas, namely, a front area 4.101, a left middle area 4.102, a left rear left area 4.103, a left rear right area 4.104, a middle area 4.105, and a right area 4.106, as shown in fig. 10. Each area is designed with a dedicated module space, so that the space utilization rate is high.
1. The front area 4.101 is provided with a sound system driving and USB3.0 and audio interface integrated board 13, 2 full-frequency horns 14 and computer startup keys, 2 horns are arranged on two sides of the case, a horn cone faces to the front and is aligned to a horn sound outlet 4.203 on the case, a computer startup and shutdown key is positioned at a position of a computer startup and shutdown key hole 4.210 in the middle frame 4.3, three volume function key interfaces 13.1, microphones 13.3, four-pole earphone socket interfaces 13.2 and 2 USB3.0 interfaces 12.3 in the sound system and USB3.0 and audio interface integrated board 13, and three volume function key holes 4.206, microphone holes 4.207, four-pole audio socket holes 4.209 and USB3.0 holes 4.208 in sequence are positioned at a position of a middle frame of the right horn and the sound system driving and USB3.0 and audio interface integrated board 13.
2. The left middle area 4.102 is a socket part for placing an independent display card and a PCI-E x extended line, a small PCI-E x socket matching width is folded on a chassis bottom plate at the joint of the front area and the left middle area, a folded plate 4.308 on the PCI-E x with the matched chassis main body height is reserved with 1 notch on the bottom plate 4.6, and the notch is used for extending wires such as a mouse, a keyboard and the like into a notch in the chassis. The independent display card is placed left and right, the fan port is downward, the display card output interface is rightward, and the bottom of the case is provided with a display card radiating hole 4.304. The PCI-E x16 socket is arranged on a vertical plate folded up in the front area and matched with the PCI-E x interface of the display card
3. The left rear left area 4.103 is a power supply input power supply switching module of the whole computer host, and a hot plug power supply switching socket 11 is arranged in the middle and supported by 2 hot plug power supply switching socket support columns, the bottom of the socket is connected with extension lines, and each extension line is connected with a corresponding plug. The whole area is a groove, which is a position matched with the convex groove of the power supply box 1.
4. The data transmission interface collection module 12 is arranged in the left-rear right area 4.104, the DisplayPort interface 12.1, the HDMI interface 12.2, the USB3.0 interface 12.3, the wired network interface 12.4 and the 1 pair WIFI antenna interface 12.5 of the module sequentially correspond to the DisplayPort hole 4.212, the HDMI hole 4.213, the USB3.0 hole 4.208, the wired network hole 4.214 and the 1 pair WIFI antenna hole 4.215 on the middle frame of the case, and the DisplayPort plug 12.7 and the HDMI plug 12.6 are connected with an independent display card, and the USB3.0 plug 12.8, the wired network interface plug 12.9 and the WIFI antenna plug 12.10 are connected with a computer main board, so that data transmission to the outside of the case can be realized;
5. the middle area 4.105 is a bridge part for connecting the left part and the right part in the case body, the area is a place where a power supply line and each data transmission wire must pass, the area can be used for placing SSD solid state hard disks, notebook hard disks and other small hardware, and can also be used as a wire storage area, such as a keyboard and a mouse wire, the rest part is trapped and placed inside after the length is reserved according to the requirement, and the area is also independently provided with a buckle type cover plate 4.2, so that a user can conveniently open the device at any time to adjust the length of the wire.
6. The right area 4.106 is used for placing an ITX computer main board and computer hardware used in cooperation, namely a CPU, a memory bank, a CPU radiator, a plug of a PCI-E x extension line and an M.2 solid state disk, the computer main board is arranged in such a way that the CPU faces upwards, and interfaces output by the hardware face leftwards, namely a mouse, a keyboard, a network cable and the like, and because the interfaces output in the main board are all built-in hiding schemes, the reserved space of the plug of the mouse, the keyboard and the like is not less than 6cm. The CPU heat sink height is not higher than 3.5cm.
Because the height of the supporting frame part of the display is limited, the power box 1 and the optional 120 water-cooling heat dissipation box 2 or 240 water-cooling heat dissipation box 3 cannot be directly arranged on the case main body when the supporting frame is inserted, so that in order to solve the problem, the part connected with the power box 1 and the case main body 4 is designed to be hot-plug, a cover plate connected with the optional 120 water-cooling heat dissipation box 2 or 240 water-cooling heat dissipation box 3 is divided into two parts, one part is arranged on the case main body 4, the other part is arranged on the optional 120 water-cooling box 2 or the optional 240 water-cooling heat dissipation box 3, and the power box 1 and the optional 120 water-cooling heat dissipation box 2 or 240 water-cooling heat dissipation box 3 are arranged after the case main body 4 and the display supporting column 6.2 are matched.
The bottom of the case main body 4 is provided with 4 supporting legs 4.7 with adjustable height, and the height can be adjusted by rotating the supporting angle according to the principle of screws.
The simplified case body 5 is in a cuboid structure and comprises an upper cover plate 5.1, a line concentration box 5.2, a line concentration guide rail plate 5.3, a simplified case body bottom plate 5.4, simplified case supporting legs 5.5 and a simplified hot plug power supply adapter socket 15, as shown in fig. 17, the length of the simplified case body 5 is about the right part of the computer case body 4 because of no independent display card, and therefore the simplified case body 5 can be placed on the left side and the right side of the display supporting frame 6.2. The right side and the rear side of the case main body are respectively provided with case radiating holes 4.202, and 2 radiator fans with the length and the width of not more than 5cm can be placed at the positions of the case radiating holes on the right side, so that the case radiating holes are convenient for air circulation and are beneficial to radiating. The computer on-off key hole 4.210.101 is set on the upper cover plate 5.1. The wire concentration box 5.2 and the wire concentration box guide rail plate 5.3 are specially designed on the left side of the case, the effect is convenient for a user to hide redundant wires outside a computer, the design is that the wire concentration box is disassembled and installed through the mutual buckling and sliding of the wire concentration box convex groove 5.301 and the wire concentration box guide rail plate groove 5.302, see fig. 21 and 22, the wire concentration box guide rail and the case are fixed through 4 screws, and if the user does not need the wire concentration box 5.2 and the wire concentration box guide rail plate 5.3, the wire concentration box guide rail is not installed, so that the case has smaller volume and is more beneficial to placement.
The simplified case body 5 is internally provided with an ITX computer main board and computer hardware used in cooperation, namely a CPU, a memory bank, a CPU air-cooled radiator and an M.2 solid state disk, wherein the computer main board is arranged in such a way that the CPU faces upwards, an interface output by the computer main board faces leftwards to be matched with a baffle notch 5.202 of the computer main board, and the height of the CPU radiator is not higher than 3.5cm. The simple hot plug power supply switching socket and the extension lines used by the hardware of each computer are arranged at the rear side of the main board, and as shown in figure 17, the module is supported by 2 hot plug power supply switching socket support columns 4.302, and the bottom of the socket is connected with the extension lines.
The bottom of the case main body is provided with 4 simplified case supporting feet 5.5 with fixed height, and the height of the supporting feet is not less than that of the display supporting feet 6.1.
Example III
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the power box 1 of the present embodiment includes a power box frame 1.1, a power box cover plate 1.2, and a hot plug power adapter plug 10.
The power box frame 1.1 is the main frame of whole power box, and the power box presents half protruding word shape, has to set up a recess in the bottom of tongue, has 2 screw holes on the recess for fixed hot plug power adapter plug 10. The computer power supply is characterized in that a heat radiation air outlet, a power switch and an opening of a power line socket of the computer power supply are arranged on the power supply box frame, and 6 screw holes for fixing the ATX power supply and the ITX power supply are formed. A total of 4 buckle grooves are arranged on the left and right sides and the bottom surface of the power box frame 1.1, wherein 2 threaded holes are arranged on the buckle groove at the bottom, a baffle plate is arranged on the front side of the buckle groove, 2 threaded holes are arranged on the baffle plate, and the function of the 4 threaded holes is to fix the power box cover plate 1.2. A heat dissipation air inlet is designed behind the power box frame 1.1.
The power box cover plate 1.2 is in a positive Z shape, can completely fit the front outline of the power box frame 1.1, is provided with 4 buckles at the left side, the right side and the bottom side, is matched with the buckle grooves of the power box frame 1.1, and has the function of assisting in quick positioning and fixing matching. Two buckles at the bottom of the power box cover plate 1.2 are provided with 2 screw holes, and the upper edge of the two buckles is provided with 2 screw holes, so that the power box cover plate is fixed with the power box frame 1.1. The power box frame is provided with a heat dissipation air inlet at the back, and 4 countersunk screw through holes for fixing the integrated water-cooling radiator are arranged at the four corners of the power box frame.
Rounded corners are arranged at the corners of the power box frame 1.1 and the power box cover plate 1.2, and the function of the rounded corners is to reduce or avoid injury to human bodies.
Example IV
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, the optional 120 heat sink case 2 of the present example includes a 120 heat sink case frame 2.1, a 120 heat sink case adaptation right rear cover plate 2.2, a 120 heat sink case cover plate 2.3, and a 120 heat sink case adaptation right front cover plate 2.4.
The 120 heat dissipation box frame 2.1 is a main frame of the whole heat dissipation box, and 4 cover plate buckle grooves are formed in the left side and the right side of the main frame and serve as auxiliary positioning and quick fixing cooperation, baffle plates are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the front of the 120 heat dissipation box frame 2.1, and 4 fixing threaded holes are formed in the baffle plates and used for fixing the 120 heat dissipation box cover plates 2.3. The back of the 120 heat dissipation box frame 2.1 is provided with heat dissipation holes which are air convection holes with the heat dissipation holes designed by the 120 heat dissipation box cover plate 2.3, and the four corners of the heat dissipation holes of the 120 heat dissipation box frame 2.1 and the heat dissipation holes of the 120 heat dissipation box cover plate 2.3 are respectively provided with 4 fixing screw holes for fixing the integrated water-cooling radiator.
