Background
The USP power supply is an important external device capable of providing continuous, stable and uninterrupted power supply, can effectively purify the commercial power when the commercial power is abnormal, and can also supply power to devices such as computers for a certain time when the commercial power is suddenly interrupted, so that abundant response time is provided for users.
In the daily use process, two ways of connecting the UPS power supply with the computer are provided, namely internal and external. When the external UPS is connected with a computer, the UPS is inconvenient, for example, the integration level is too low, the UPS is too large and is not easy to carry, the wiring is troublesome when the UPS is externally connected, and the operation of a user is difficult; when the UPS is arranged in the computer case, the heat dissipation air channel of the computer case is easily influenced by the traditional air cooling heat dissipation due to the fact that the UPS generates large heat in the working process and is not easy to dissipate heat, so that the air channel is disordered, and the heat dissipation of the computer and the heat dissipation of the UPS are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the above defects of the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a computer integration apparatus, an upper partition plate is disposed at the top of a water cooling chamber, a lower partition plate is disposed at the bottom of the water cooling chamber, and a circulation fan, an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively disposed at two sides of the water cooling chamber, so that a circulation air duct in a front-back direction can be formed in the water cooling chamber, and heat dissipated by water cooling is dissipated to the outside of a case.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a computer integration device comprises a case, wherein a component chamber, a water cooling chamber and a power supply chamber are arranged in the case, the power supply chamber is arranged at the bottom of the water cooling chamber, a lower partition plate is arranged between the power supply chamber and the water cooling chamber, the component chamber is arranged at the top of the water cooling chamber, and an upper partition plate is arranged between the component chamber and the water cooling chamber;
the water cooling device is characterized in that a water cooling row is arranged at the top of an inner cavity of the water cooling chamber, the end part of the water cooling row is connected with a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, one end of the water cooling chamber is provided with an air inlet, the other end of the water cooling chamber is provided with an air outlet, soft magnetic dust screens are arranged in the air inlet and the air outlet, a circulating fan is arranged on one side of each soft magnetic dust screen, and a wiring hole is formed in the rear side wall of the water cooling chamber;
the UPS is arranged in the inner cavity of the power supply chamber, three sockets are arranged at the front end of the UPS, three plugs are arranged at the rear end of the UPS, a storage battery is arranged in the UPS, a first water-cooling head is arranged at the top of the storage battery, a copper cover is arranged on one side of the storage battery, an inverter, a bypass switch and a rectifier are arranged at the bottom of the copper cover, a second water-cooling head is arranged at the top of the copper cover, the first water-cooling head and the second water-cooling head are connected through a cold water pipe, and a power supply is arranged on one side of the UPS;
the baffle is connected between the lower baffle and the case, a full-module adapter plate penetrates through the lower baffle, and adapter ports are formed in the top and the bottom of the full-module adapter plate.
In a preferred embodiment, the front end and the rear end of the component chamber are both provided with fan fixing plates, the front end of the component chamber is provided with an air inlet, the inner cavity of the component chamber is provided with a component fixing plate, the rear side wall of the component fixing plate is inwards bent to form a wiring groove, and the wiring groove is arranged right above the wiring hole.
In a preferred embodiment, the baffle is arranged on the front side of the full-module adapter plate, the baffle is detachably connected with the lower partition plate and the case through screwing, the lower partition plate and the upper partition plate are both fixedly connected with the inner wall of the case, and the width of the baffle is greater than the distance between the power supply and the UPS.
In a preferred embodiment, the water-cooling row is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the upper partition plate, the full-module adapter plate is arranged right below the water-cooling row, the soft magnetic dustproof net is arranged on the surface of the chassis, the number of the circulating fans is two, and the blowing directions of the two circulating fans are the same.
In a preferred embodiment, the bottom ends of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe penetrate through the lower partition plate and extend to the interior of the UPS, the bottom end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the first water cooling head, and the water outlet pipe is connected with the second water cooling head.
In a preferred embodiment, the power supply is detachably connected with the power supply chamber through screws, and the UPS is electrically connected with the power supply through three plugs and an input port on the power supply.
In a preferred embodiment, the full-module adapter plate is disposed between the power supply and the UPS, the module line of the power supply is connected to the adapter port at the bottom of the full-module adapter plate, the adapter port at the top of the full-module adapter plate is connected to the power supply line of the internal components of the computer, and the component fixing plate is further provided with a plurality of line passing holes.
In a preferred embodiment, the size of the water cooling bar can be customized according to the power consumption of a computer, the chassis is an itx chassis, and the adapter interface includes, but is not limited to, an ATX24 PIN interface, a large D4PIN interface, a small 4PIN interface, a SATA interface, a 6PIN interface, and a 4PIN interface.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
1. through directly setting up first water-cooling head and second water-cooling head in the main heating element in UPS: the top of the storage battery, the rectifier, the inverter and other elements utilizes the water cooling discharge, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe to circulate cooling water, heat in the UPS is continuously conducted into the water cooling chamber, heat dissipation is carried out by the water cooling discharge, meanwhile, the top of the water cooling chamber is provided with the upper partition plate, the bottom of the water cooling chamber is provided with the lower partition plate, and the two sides are respectively provided with the circulating fan, the air inlet and the air outlet, so that a circulating air channel in the front-back direction can be formed in the water cooling chamber, the heat conducted out by the water cooling discharge is discharged to the outside of the case, by using the structure, the formed circulating air channel is mutually independent with the air channel in the top component chamber of the upper partition plate, the air channel disorder caused by mutual influence can not be caused, the heat dissipation capability of the UPS is greatly improved while the heat dissipation of the computer is not influenced, the service life is prolonged, and meanwhile, the mode of integrating the UPS into the case can not be used by a user, only need to peg graft partial connecting wire and can use, improved the practicality, be convenient for carry.
2. Through adopting full module keysets and switching mouth to be connected power supply line on with the computer subassembly power supply line, and set up the line hole, make the power supply line can neatly pass in the water-cooling chamber extends to the subassembly indoor, can not influence the indoor mutually independent duct system of water-cooling chamber and subassembly, the aesthetic measure has been promoted, the at utmost has improved the utilization ratio in quick-witted incasement space, and adopt this kind of mounting means, the degree of difficulty of computer when the equipment has been reduced, and the installation of being convenient for has improved the practicality.

As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 6, the computer integrated device includes a case 1, a module chamber 2, a water cooling chamber 29 and a power supply chamber 3 are arranged inside the case 1, the power supply chamber 3 is arranged at the bottom of the water cooling chamber 29, a lower partition plate 4 is arranged between the power supply chamber 3 and the water cooling chamber 29, the module chamber 2 is arranged at the top of the water cooling chamber 29, and an upper partition plate 5 is arranged between the module chamber 2 and the water cooling chamber 29;
the top of the inner cavity of the water cooling chamber 29 is provided with a water cooling bar 6, the end part of the water cooling bar 6 is connected with a water inlet pipe 7 and a water outlet pipe 8, one end of the water cooling chamber 29 is provided with an air inlet 9, the other end of the water cooling chamber is provided with an air outlet 10, soft magnetic dust screens 11 are respectively arranged in the air inlet 9 and the air outlet 10, one side of each soft magnetic dust screen 11 is provided with a circulating fan 12, and the rear side wall of the water cooling chamber 29 is provided with a wiring hole 13;
the UPS14 is arranged in the inner cavity of the power supply chamber 3, the front end of the UPS14 is provided with three sockets 15, the rear end of the UPS14 is provided with three plugs 16, a storage battery 17 is arranged in the UPS14, the top of the storage battery 17 is provided with a first water-cooling head 18, one side of the storage battery 17 is provided with a copper cover 19, the bottom of the copper cover 19 is provided with an inverter, a bypass switch and a rectifier, the top of the copper cover 19 is provided with a second water-cooling head 20, the first water-cooling head 18 and the second water-cooling head 20 are connected through a cold water pipe 30, and one side of the UPS14 is provided with a power supply 21;
the water cooling bar 6 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the upper partition plate 5, the full-module adapter plate 23 is arranged right below the water cooling bar 6, the soft magnetic dustproof net 11 is arranged on the surface of the case 1, the number of the circulating fans 12 is two, and the blowing directions of the two circulating fans 12 are the same;
the bottom ends of the water inlet pipe 7 and the water outlet pipe 8 penetrate through the lower partition plate 4 and extend into the UPS14, the bottom end of the water inlet pipe 7 is connected with the first water-cooling head 18, the water outlet pipe 8 is connected with the second water-cooling head 20, the power supply 21 is detachably connected with the power supply chamber 3 through screws, and the UPS14 is electrically connected with the power supply 21 through three plugs 16 and input ports on the power supply 21;
the size of the water cooling bar 6 can be defined by user according to the power consumption of a computer, and the case 1 is an itx case.
The implementation mode is specifically as follows: when the UPS14 is used, a connecting line of a power supply 21 is plugged into three sockets 15 at the front end of the UPS14, three plugs 16 at the rear end of the UPS14 are plugged into input ports of the power supply 21, when a power supply system is normal, the UPS14 serves as an alternating current voltage stabilizer to supply power to the power supply 21 and a computer assembly connected with the power supply 21, and simultaneously charges a storage battery 17, when the power supply system is interrupted, the UPS14 immediately supplies 220V alternating current to the computer assembly through an inverter switching conversion method, so that the computer can maintain normal operation, abundant response time is provided for a user to carry out data and work backup and backup, and the first water cooling head 18 and the second water cooling head 20 are directly arranged on main heating elements in the UPS 14: the top of the storage battery 17, the rectifier, the inverter and other elements utilizes the water cooling row 6, the water inlet pipe 7 and the water outlet pipe 8 to circulate cooling water, heat in the UPS14 is continuously transmitted into the water cooling chamber 29, the water cooling row 6 is utilized to dissipate heat, meanwhile, the top of the water cooling chamber 29 is provided with the upper partition plate 5, the bottom of the water cooling chamber 29 is provided with the lower partition plate 4, and the two sides are respectively provided with the circulating fan 12, the air inlet 9 and the air outlet 10, so that a circulating air duct in the front-back direction can be formed in the water cooling chamber 29, the heat transmitted by the water cooling row 6 is discharged to the outside of the case 1, by using the structure, the formed circulating air duct is mutually independent from the air duct in the top component chamber 2 of the upper partition plate 5, the air duct disorder can not be caused by mutual influence, the heat dissipation of the computer is not influenced, the heat dissipation capability of the UPS14 is greatly improved, the service life is prolonged, and simultaneously, the UPS14 is integrated in the case 1, the UPS14 can not be installed when the user uses, only partial connecting wires need to be plugged for use, the practicability is improved, and the carrying is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 5, a baffle 22 is connected between the lower partition plate 4 and the chassis 1, a full module adapter plate 23 is arranged on the lower partition plate 4 in a penetrating manner, and adapter ports 24 are arranged at the top and the bottom of the full module adapter plate 23;
the front end and the rear end of the component chamber 2 are both provided with fan fixing plates 25, the front end of the component chamber 2 is provided with an air inlet 26, an inner cavity of the component chamber 2 is provided with a component fixing plate 27, the rear side wall of the component fixing plate 27 is inwards bent to form a wiring groove 28, and the wiring groove 28 is arranged right above the wiring hole 13;
the baffle 22 is arranged on the front side of the full-module adapter plate 23, the baffle 22 is detachably connected with the lower partition plate 4 and the case 1 through screwing, the lower partition plate 4 and the upper partition plate 5 are both fixedly connected with the inner wall of the case 1, and the width of the baffle 22 is larger than the distance between the power supply 21 and the UPS 14;
the power supply 21 is detachably connected with the power supply chamber 3 through screws, and the UPS14 is electrically connected with the power supply 21 through three plugs 16 and input ports on the power supply 21;
the full-module adapter plate 23 is arranged between the power supply 21 and the UPS14, a module wire of the power supply 21 is connected with the adapter port 24 at the bottom of the full-module adapter plate 23, the adapter port 24 at the top of the full-module adapter plate 23 is connected with a power supply line of an internal component of the computer, and the component fixing plate 27 is also provided with a plurality of wire passing holes;
the interfaces 24 include, but are not limited to, an ATX24 PIN interface, a large D4PIN interface, a small 4PIN interface, a SATA interface, a 6PIN interface, and a 4PIN interface.
The implementation mode is specifically as follows: when in use, the three plugs 16 on the UPS14 are plugged into the input port of the power supply 21, each module power supply line of the power supply 21 is connected with the adapter port 24 at the bottom of the full module adapter plate 23, then the power supply line of the computer component in the component chamber 2 passes through the wire passing hole on the component fixing plate 27, then extends into the wire passing hole 13 from the wire running groove 28 on the rear side wall of the component fixing plate 27, extends into the water cooling chamber 29, the end part of the power supply line is plugged into the adapter port 24 at the top of the full module adapter plate 23, after the power supply line and the module power supply line are straightened, the power supply line and the module power supply line are fixed and integrated by a ribbon, then the baffle plate 22 is fixed on the front side wall of the lower partition plate 4 by screws, the module power supply line at the bottom of the full module adapter plate 23 and the three plugs 16 are shielded, and the power supply line on the power supply 21 is connected with the computer component power supply line by the full module adapter plate 23 and the adapter port 24, and set up wiring hole 13 for the power supply line can neatly pass in water-cooling chamber 29 extends to assembly room 2, can not influence water-cooling chamber 29 and the indoor mutually independent air duct system of assembly 2, has promoted pleasing to the eye degree, and furthest's improvement the utilization ratio of quick-witted case 1 inner space, and adopt this kind of mounting means, reduced the degree of difficulty of computer when the equipment, the installation of being convenient for has improved the practicality.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
referring to the attached drawings 1, 4 and 6 of the specification, an upper partition plate 5 is arranged at the top of a water cooling chamber 29, a lower partition plate 4 is arranged at the bottom of the water cooling chamber 29, and a circulating fan 12, an air inlet 9 and an air outlet 10 are respectively arranged on two sides of the water cooling chamber 29, so that a circulating air duct in the front-back direction can be formed in the water cooling chamber 29, and heat conducted by the water cooling exhaust 6 is exhausted to the outside of a case 1;
referring to the attached drawings 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the specification, a full-module adapter plate 23 and an adapter port 24 are adopted to connect a power supply line on a power supply 21 with a power supply line of a computer assembly, and a wiring hole 13 is formed, so that the power supply line can regularly penetrate through a water cooling chamber 29 and extend into the assembly chamber 2, independent air duct systems in the water cooling chamber 29 and the assembly chamber 2 cannot be influenced, the attractiveness is improved, and the utilization rate of the internal space of a case 1 is improved to the greatest extent.
