It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, since two concave portions 131 are disposed on the plug 13, two second clamping arms 304 are also disposed on the clamping body 302, and in order to improve the connection reliability between the elastic clamping member 30 and the socket 202, two first clamping arms 303 are disposed on the clamping body 302, where the first clamping arms 303 are disposed adjacent to the second clamping arms 304. In some other embodiments, the number of the first clamping arms 303 and the second clamping arms 304 may be three, four, etc. Here, the number of the first latch arms 303 and the second latch arms 304 is not particularly limited.
With continued reference to fig. 18, fig. 18 is a schematic perspective view of a base in an open earphone according to an embodiment of the application. In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the plug 13 to be inserted into the second accommodating cavity 2029 through the insertion hole 2030 and be engaged with the elastic engaging member 30, in this embodiment, a guide groove 2034 opposite to the insertion hole 2030 may be formed on a side of the positioning portion 2025 facing the insertion hole 2030, so that when the plug 13 is connected with the elastic engaging member 30, a certain guiding effect can be performed on the movement direction of the plug 13, so as to improve the engaging efficiency between the plug 13 and the elastic engaging member 30, and further improve the connection and detachment efficiency between the earphone body 20 and the rear suspension member 1.
It should be noted that, the shape of the guide groove 2034 is adapted to the outer contour shape of the plug 13, so that the plug 13 can be reliably attached to the guide groove 2034 in the process of being clamped with the elastic clamping piece 30, so as to improve the guide effect of the guide groove 2034; in addition, the end of the plug 13 can abut against the bottom wall of the guide groove 2034, so that the engagement stroke of the plug 13 can be limited, and the connection efficiency between the earphone body 20 and the rear suspension member 1 can be improved.
Further, in order to position the elastic engagement member 30 and the first end cap 2022 when assembling the socket 202 and the elastic engagement member 30, a positioning cavity 2035 matching with the engagement body 302 may be formed on the first end cap 2022, and a cavity 2027 is formed on a bottom wall of the positioning cavity 2035.
Specifically, when assembling the earphone body 20, firstly, the elastic clamping member 30 is mounted on the base 2021, positioning is performed by matching between the positioning column 2026 and the positioning hole 3021, and then, detachable connection between the elastic clamping member 30 and the base 2021 is realized by matching between the protruding block 2033 and the clamping hole 3031; thereafter, the first end cap 2022 and the second end cap 2023 are mounted on the base 2021; finally, the assembled elastic engagement member and the socket 202 may be connected to the sound emitting part 201.
When the earphone body 20 and the rear hanging assembly 10 are connected, the plug 13 is inserted into the second accommodating chamber 2029 along the depth direction of the guide groove 2034 to be engaged with the anti-slip portion 221 of the elastic engaging member 30, and when the end of the plug 13 abuts against the bottom wall of the guide groove 2034, the plug 13 is engaged with the elastic engaging member 30.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, in order to enhance the overall aesthetic appearance of the earphone body 20, the outer diameter of the socket 202 gradually increases from the end close to the rear hanging assembly 10 to the end far from the rear hanging assembly 10.
In some alternative embodiments, in order to protect the plug 13, a protecting shell 14 is arranged on the end of the rear hanging component 10, one end of the protecting shell 14 facing the female component is open, and part of the structure of the male component is exposed out of the protecting shell 14 through the opening; the protective housing 14 has a mating cavity 141 formed therein that matches the outer contour shape of the socket 202. In this way, the plug 13 can be protected, so that the plug 13 is prevented from being worn or damaged to a certain extent, and the clamping connection between the plug 13 and the elastic clamping piece 30 is not affected; in addition, the protection shell 14 and the socket 202 can be matched reliably, and the connection reliability between the rear hanging assembly 10 and the earphone body 20 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in general, the sound generating component 201 includes a sound generating housing 2013 and a sound generating unit (not shown in the drawings) disposed in the sound generating housing, the sound generating unit divides an internal space of the sound generating housing 2013 into a front cavity and a rear cavity, the sound generating hole 2011 is communicated with the front cavity, and a pressure relief port 2014 communicated with the rear cavity is disposed on the sound generating housing 2013; when the open earphone provided in this embodiment is worn on the ear, the pressure relief opening 2014 is closer to the external auditory meatus of the user than the sound outlet 2011. In the worn state, the sound emitting housing 2013 is at a considerable distance from the external auditory meatus to achieve less blocking of external sounds from entering the external auditory meatus. Obviously, the sound leakage phenomenon is also easy to occur between the generating component 201 and the external auditory meatus. In the embodiment of the application, the pressure relief opening 2014 is closer to the external auditory meatus of the user than the sound outlet 2011, so that the sound leakage at the front side of the ear and near the external auditory meatus can be effectively reduced, and the use experience of the open earphone provided by the embodiment is improved.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application, which are described in detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the claims. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application.
