The soft front shell is adopted in the earphone, so that the flexibility of the contact part of the earphone and a user is greatly improved. When the user wears the earphone, the soft front shell can deform along with the shape of the external auditory canal of the user, and compared with the traditional earphone which adopts a structure that the rubber sleeve is wrapped outside the hard front shell, the earphone is better in wearing comfort level and simpler in structure.
Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an earphone.
Background
The earphone casing is usually composed of a hard front casing and a hard rear casing, and a sound hole is formed in the front casing. In order to improve the wearing comfort of the earphone, a rubber sleeve is generally sleeved on the front shell and is in contact with the external auditory canal through the rubber sleeve, so that the wearing comfort of the earphone is improved.
However, when the rubber sleeve is sleeved on the earphone shell, the shape of the rubber sleeve is already determined by the front shell, and the rubber sleeve can only realize slight deformation by means of the elasticity of the rubber sleeve, so that the comfort degree is still insufficient when a user wears the earphone.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Based on this, it is necessary to provide an earphone with better wearing comfort.
An earphone comprises a flexible front shell, a rear shell and a sound production unit, wherein the flexible front shell and the rear shell are mounted together to form an accommodating cavity, and the sound production unit is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
the soft front shell is provided with a sound outlet hole, the sound generating unit is installed on the rear shell and corresponds to the sound outlet hole, and therefore a front sound cavity is formed between the inner surface of the soft front shell and the sound generating unit.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The earphone according to one embodiment as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3 includes a flexible front shell 10, a rear shell 20 and a sound unit 30, wherein the flexible front shell 10 and the rear shell 20 are mounted together to form a receiving cavity, and the sound unit 30 is disposed in the receiving cavity.
The flexible front case 10 is provided with sound emitting holes 12, the sound generating unit 30 is mounted on the rear case 20, and the sound generating unit 30 is disposed corresponding to the sound emitting holes 12, so that a front sound cavity is formed between the inner surface of the flexible front case 10 and the sound generating unit 30.
The earphone greatly improves the flexibility of the contact part of the earphone and a user by adopting the soft front shell 10. When the user wears the earphone, the soft front shell 10 can deform along with the shape of the external auditory canal of the user, and compared with the traditional earphone which adopts a structure that the hard front shell is wrapped with a rubber sleeve, the earphone is better in wearing comfort and simpler in structure.
A front sound cavity is formed between the inner surface of the soft front case 10 and the sound generating unit 30, so that the shape of the soft front case 10 is not limited by other hard cases, and the soft front case 10 can be deformed in the front sound cavity area.
The flexible front case 10 includes a flexible sound output surface 14 and a side wall 16, and the sound output hole 12 is disposed on the flexible sound output surface 14.
Specifically, the soft sound output surface 14 can be elastically deformed until the soft sound output surface 14 is recessed toward the front sound cavity.
Preferably, a hard shell is not disposed between the soft sound output surface 14 and the sound generating unit 30, so that the hard shell is prevented from limiting the deformation of the soft sound output surface 14.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the soft front shell 10 is a soft front shell, and the rear shell 20 is a hard rear shell.
The shell is softer before the flexible glue to have sufficient elasticity, both can realize that convex surface warp to concave curved surface, also can resume the recovered shape after the external force that applys disappears.
Referring to the drawings, in the present embodiment, the side wall 16 is partially wrapped around the rear case 20 to be connected to the rear case 20.
Referring to the drawings, in the present embodiment, a ring slot 22 is disposed on the inner wall of the rear housing 20 near the flexible front housing 10, and the sound generating unit 30 is clamped in the ring slot 22.
The ring slot 22 is located on the inner wall of the rear housing 20 near the flexible front housing 10, and the sound generating unit 30 is clamped on the ring slot 22, so that the sound generating unit 30 is closer to the sound emitting hole 12. In addition, the sound generating unit 30 is closer to the sound outlet 12, so that the flexible sound outlet 14 is prevented from being deformed in a larger scale and the shape of the flexible sound outlet cannot be recovered.
With reference to the drawings, in the present embodiment, the earphone is a wired earphone, and the wired earphone further includes a fixture block 40 and a wire 50.
With reference to the drawings, in the present embodiment, a through hole 24 is formed in the rear housing 20, the fixture block 40 is fixed in the through hole 24, a wire guide hole 42 is formed in the fixture block 40, and one end of the wire 50 passes through the wire guide hole 42 and then is electrically connected to the sound generating unit 30.
Referring to the drawings, in the present embodiment, an end of the latch 40 near the receiving cavity forms a catching structure 44 for catching an inner wall of the rear housing 20. The catching structure 44 serves to catch the inner wall of the rear housing 20, thereby making the coupling of the latch 40 and the through-hole 24 more stable and preventing the latch 40 from being released from the through-hole 24.
An end of the latch 40 remote from the receiving cavity forms a buffer structure 46, and the wire guide 42 extends along the buffer structure 46 so as to penetrate through the buffer structure 46. After the wire 50 passes through the wire hole 42, the buffer structure 46 covers the periphery of the wire 50, and when the wire 50 is bent, the buffer structure 46 provides an elastic buffer force for the wire 50, thereby protecting the wire 50 from being broken.
In another embodiment, the headset may also be a wireless headset. Specifically, the wireless headset further includes a battery and a circuit board disposed in the receiving cavity, and the circuit board is electrically connected to the battery and the sound emitting unit 30, respectively.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
