When an early warning signal from a management and control platform or the early stage of local alarm is received, the light indicator flashes at a first frequency, the volume of the loudspeaker is controlled within a first decibel, and the LED display displays alarm content; in the preset first time, if no alarm is received, the light indicator is changed to flash at a second higher frequency, the sound volume of the loudspeaker is increased to a second score, and the text content of the LED display flashes to remind; in a preset second time, if no alarm is received, the sound wave signals output by the loudspeaker are changed into sound wave signals under specific audio, microphones close to the left end and the right end of the alarm terminal receive the sound wave signals under the specific audio, then the alarm is started automatically, and preset alarm content is output to remind the patrol inspector of the alarm condition nearby. Through voice broadcast, complicated steps such as telephone notification, multi-person notification and the like generated in the early treatment process can be reduced, and the overall rescue speed is improved. Meanwhile, buttons containing fire accident stopping warning information are arranged on the alarm terminal, when relevant alarm conditions occur in the tunnel, the corresponding buttons are pressed down in time, the types of event of the inspectors can be immediately informed, the inspectors carry out treatment preparation according to the information, the site accident positions are positioned in advance, and the early treatment time is effectively shortened. The first frequency, the second frequency, the first decibel, the second decibel, the first time and the second time can be set according to the distance between the site residence points and the distance of sound transmission, the light condition and the response time in the site environment.
As one implementation mode, the alarm terminal is provided with an RJ45 Ethernet port, the network interface accords with a TCP/IP standard protocol, the input of switching value, RS485 communication and TCP/IP communication protocols is supported, the output of the switching value is realized, a DC12V power supply is adopted, a network relay is arranged in the network relay, an LED display screen supports modbusRTU protocols, a lattice is 32 x 128, 2 rows of 16 words can be displayed, a voice module supports modbusRTU protocols, and the output power is 10W. The intelligent local area network linkage control of the Ethernet relay is realized by adopting a network switching value transparent transmission technology, and the intelligent local area network linkage control has the functions of LED screen scrolling and alarm condition distinguishing. The customized alarm display content is supported, and alarm words (or preset content is displayed) can be remotely issued in real time through the management and control platform, for example, a left hole accident of a certain tunnel is realized.
The three-color burst lights burst in different colors representing different event types, e.g., red for primary events, yellow for secondary events, and blue for tertiary events. The high-brightness LED lamp bead has low energy consumption, high brightness, long service life and high visibility at daytime and night. The high-quality ABS material is adopted, so that the waterproof sun-proof material is waterproof, good in light transmittance, not easy to fade and not easy to deform.
The LED display directly supports the standard MODBUS RTU industrial bus protocol, can operate in MODBUSRTU protocol MASTER station (MASTER) mode or SLAVE Station (SLAVE) mode, can directly communicate with the PLC, the configuration software and the sensor for display, and is used for 7 x 24 hours by adopting an industrial chip, so that the performance is stable. The method supports a modbus RTU 485modbusTCP network master-slave protocol, 16/32 bit integer (with or without sign) floating point type number, content editing and storage in a display, register assignment on-demand coil on demand, 512MFLASH storage space and (time, characters, pictures and animation).
The voice module broadcasts the character or Chinese character which is arbitrarily transmitted through the network TCP/IP protocol, supports the TTS voice synthesis function and the network networking function, and can be widely applied to various remote broadcasting systems.
