Abstract
一种木材剥皮机剥皮刀，是在原有的剥皮刀的基
础上，将原来的圆弧形刀刃，改成一段平行横刃，并在
刃口部分向后斜面磨出几道圆槽，在切削刃上形成相
应的圆弧缺口，以降低剥皮阻力，提高剥皮效果，节省
剥皮机动力，减轻机械的振动。

本申请是申请日为94 02 23、申请号为94 20 4366.9、名称为一种木材剥皮机的实用新型专利申请的分案申请。
本实新型属于木材加工机械领域。
在对木材进行制材和枝桠进行综合利用是时，须先将其外皮去掉，随着木材加工技术的进步，剥皮工作已逐渐地由机械代替了人工。当前所使用的木材剥皮机是由门式框架，位于框架内的旋转刀盘，安装在刀盘上的刀杆，安装在刀盘前、后的进、出料滚和安装在框架上的驱动电机及传动装置等部分组成。
现有的木材剥皮机虽然能以机械的形式完成剥皮工作，但在使用中还存在一些明显的弱点，如刀尖切削刃为圆弧形，切削阻力大，不仅浪费动力，而且易引起振动，影响剥皮质量和机器的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是寻找刀尖切削刃的最佳几何形状，使切削阻力降至最低。
本实用新型中刀片切削刃的改进是将刀片的刀尖部分磨面一段平行横刃，并在刀片刃口部分向后斜面磨出几道圆槽，在切削刃上形成相应的圆弧缺口。
使用本实用新型的积极效果是大大减少了切削阻力，而且刀尖不会切入木质部分。节省了切削动力，消除了剥皮时机器的振动，提高了剥皮质量，改善了机器运行状态。

本实用新型的实施例为：所采用的刀片与已有的剥皮机上所使用的刀片基本相同，只是在切削刃的刃磨过程先磨出1mm左右的平行横刃1，再在切屑刃上向刀刃后面磨出2－3个圆弧形槽2，使之在切削刃上形成弧形缺口。

1、一种木材剥皮机剥皮刀，其特征在于：刀片切削刃为一段平行横刃(1)，并且在刀片刃口上向后斜面磨出数道槽(2)，在刀刃上形成圆弧形缺口。
