The side of the second fastening piece 20 facing away from the first fastening piece 10 is provided with a first clamping part 21 and a second clamping part 22, i.e. the left side wall surface of the second fastening piece 20 is provided with the first clamping part 21 and the second clamping part 22. The engaging member 32 is clamped between the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22 to limit rotation of the engaging member 32 relative to the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22, in other words, the engaging member 32 is disposed between the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22. For example, the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22 are located at the upper end and the lower end of the mating member 32, and the surface of the mating member 32 abuts against the inner wall surfaces of the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22, so that when the mating member 32 is subjected to the torsion of the locking member 31, the mating member 32 can abut against the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22, and the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22 are fixedly connected to the second fastening member 20, so as to prevent the mating member 32 from rotating relative to the second fastening member 20.
Please refer to fig. 11 again. In this embodiment, a first blocking portion 23 is bent and connected to a side of the first clamping portion 21 facing away from the second fastening member 20, a second blocking portion 24 is bent and connected to a side of the second clamping portion 22 facing away from the second fastening member 20, and the first blocking portion 23 and the second blocking portion 24 are close to each other.
The first blocking part 23 is connected with the side of the first clamping part 21 facing away from the second fastening piece 20 in a bending way, and the second blocking part 24 is connected with the side of the second clamping part 22 facing away from the second fastening piece 20 in a bending way. In other words, the second fastener 20 further includes a first blocking portion 23 and a second blocking portion 24, the first blocking portion 23 is bent and connected to a side end surface of the first clamping portion 21 facing away from the first fastener 10, the first blocking portion 23 and the first clamping portion 21 have a stable connection relationship, and the two may be an integral structure or a split structure, and in this embodiment, only the first blocking portion 23 and the first clamping portion 21 are schematically illustrated as an integral structure. The second blocking portion 24 is bent and connected to the end face of one side of the second clamping portion 22, which faces away from the first fastening member 10, and the second blocking portion 24 and the second clamping portion 22 have a stable connection relationship, and may be an integral structure or a split structure, and in this embodiment, only the integral structure of the second blocking portion 24 and the second clamping portion 22 is schematically illustrated. The first blocking portion 23 and the second blocking portion 24 are close to each other, in other words, the first blocking portion 23 extends along the direction of the second clamping portion 22, the second blocking portion 24 extends along the direction of the first clamping portion 21, that is, the first blocking portion 23 is disposed below the first clamping portion 21, and the second blocking portion 24 is disposed above the second clamping portion 22. In the present embodiment, the first blocking portion 23 and the second blocking portion 24 are provided on the first clamping portion 21 and the second clamping portion 22, respectively, so as to limit the engaging piece 32 and prevent it from falling off.
Please refer to fig. 3-4 and fig. 12 together. Fig. 12 is a schematic perspective view of a second fastener according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the second fastener 20 includes a rotating portion 25 and a second abutting portion 26 connected to the rotating portion 25 in a bending manner, the rotating portion 25 is connected to the first abutting portion 12 in a rotating manner, and the second abutting portion 26 is used for abutting against a side of the bending portion 60 near the trunk 2 a.
The second fastening member 20 includes a rotating portion 25 and a second supporting portion 26 that is bent and connected to the rotating portion 25, in other words, the rotating portion 25 has two pairs of two ends, one end is rotatably connected to the first fastening member 10, the other end is fixedly connected to the second supporting portion 26, the rotating portion 25 and the second supporting portion 26 may be in an integral structure or a split structure, and in this embodiment, only the rotating portion 25 and the second supporting portion 26 are schematically illustrated as an integral structure. The second abutting portion 26 is bent in a direction approaching the bending portion 60 of the vehicle upper 2.
The rotating portion 25 is rotatably connected to the first supporting portion 12, the second supporting portion 26 is configured to support one side of the bending portion 60 near the trunk 2a, which can be understood that the rotating portion 25 can rotate relative to the first supporting portion 12, when the locking assembly 30 rotates the rotating portion 25 relative to the first fastening member 10, the second fastening member 20 gradually approaches the bending portion 60, and finally the second supporting portion 26 disposed on the second fastening member 20 supports the left side of the bending portion 60, and the second fastening member 20 and the first fastening member 10 support both side end surfaces of the bending portion 60 respectively, so that the fastening device 1 is fixedly connected to the vehicle upper 2.
Alternatively, the rotational connection manner between the rotating portion 25 and the first abutting portion 12 includes, but is not limited to, pin connection, sleeve connection, etc., and the present embodiment is only schematically illustrated by the cooperative connection between the rotating portion 25 and the first abutting portion 12 and the rotating hole 1220 through the rotating shaft 250. Further alternatively, when the rotating portion 25 and the first abutting portion 12 are cooperatively connected with the rotating hole 1220 through the rotating shaft 250, the rotating shaft 250 is disposed on one of the rotating portion 25 and the first abutting portion 12, the rotating hole 1220 is disposed on the other of the rotating portion 25 and the first abutting portion 12, for example, when the rotating shaft 250 is disposed on the rotating portion 25, the rotating hole 1220 is disposed on the first abutting portion 12, and when the rotating shaft 250 is disposed on the first abutting portion 12, the rotating hole 1220 is disposed on the rotating portion 25, and in this embodiment, only the rotating shaft 250 is disposed on the rotating portion 25, and the rotating hole 1220 is disposed on the first abutting portion 12, for illustration. The second abutting portion 26 is subjected to the anti-slip treatment near the side wall surface of the bending portion 60, which can increase the roughness of the side wall surface and increase the anti-slip performance thereof, and optionally, the anti-slip treatment of the side wall surface of the second abutting portion 26 includes, but is not limited to, surface pattern treatment, coating of anti-slip material, etc., and the present embodiment is only schematically illustrated by the surface pattern treatment, for example, a trapezoidal protrusion is provided on the side wall surface of the second abutting portion 26.

Claims (10)

1. A fastening device for fastening to a vehicle upper, the vehicle upper including a connection portion for connecting a boot and a bending portion bending and connecting the connection portion, the fastening device comprising:
The first fastener comprises a lap joint part and a first abutting part, wherein the lap joint part is used for lap joint to the connecting part, the first abutting part is used for abutting one side, away from the tail box, of the bending part, and the first abutting part is connected with the lap joint part in a bending mode;
the second fastener is rotationally connected to the first supporting part;

3. The fastening device of claim 2, wherein said second fastener is rotatably coupled to said third portion for a side proximate said boot.
4. The fastening device of claim 2, wherein the first fastener further comprises an extension connected to the third portion facing away from the second portion, the extension being for securing a bracket.
5. The fastening device of claim 1, further comprising a support member secured to the first abutment, the support member having a gap or flush between a support surface and a surface of the overlap facing away from the connection.
6. The fastening device according to claim 5, wherein the supporting member includes a supporting portion fixed to the abutting portion, and a fixing portion bent to connect the supporting portion, the fixing portion being for fixing with the locking mechanism of the cover plate.
7. The fastening device according to claim 1, wherein the locking assembly includes a locking member and a mating member, the mating member being disposed on a side of the second fastener facing away from the abutment, the locking member extending through the first fastener, the second fastener, and the mating member, the mating member being axially movable along the locking member when the locking member is rotated to rotate the second fastener relative to the first fastener.

The fastening device according to claim 7, wherein a side of the second fastener facing away from the first fastener is provided with a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, and the mating member is clamped between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion to restrict rotation of the mating member relative to the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion.

The fastening device according to claim 8, wherein a first blocking portion is bent and connected to a side of the first clamping portion facing away from the second fastening member, a second blocking portion is bent and connected to a side of the second clamping portion facing away from the second fastening member, and the first blocking portion and the second blocking portion are close to each other.
10. The fastening device according to claim 1, wherein the second fastening member includes a rotating portion and a second abutting portion bent to connect with the rotating portion, the rotating portion is rotatably connected with the first abutting portion, and the second abutting portion is used for abutting against a side, close to the tail box, of the bent portion.
