Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of floor paving materials, in particular to an impregnated paper laminated flame-retardant solid wood composite floor.
Background
In general, the impregnated paper layer compacted wood composite floor comprises surface wear-resistant paper, decorative paper, a multi-layer substrate and balance paper, and has the appearance similar to that of a solid wood composite floor, but the decorative paper is used for replacing veneers as facing materials, so that the facing procedure is relatively simple, and continuous mass production can be realized.
However, the veneer is different from the veneer coated with the adhesive, and the decorative paper impregnated with the adhesive is relatively poor in flexibility and relatively brittle, so that in actual operation, the yield of the process production process of directly attaching the decorative paper to the surface of the multilayer foundation is relatively high, and the problem of cracking easily occurs in the cooling, health preserving and geothermal environment. Meanwhile, on the premise of not adding a flame retardant, the impregnated paper layer compacted wood composite floor in the prior art has no flame retardant function.
In conclusion, the process for pressing and pasting the decorative paper on the surface of the multilayer substrate in the prior art has the problems of higher yield and poorer crack resistance of the surface of the finished product, and meanwhile, the process also has no flame retardant function.
Disclosure of utility model
The technical aim of the application is to at least overcome one technical problem and provide the impregnated paper laminated flame-retardant solid wood composite floor.
In one aspect of the application, there is provided an impregnated paper laminated flame retardant solid wood composite floor comprising a decorative paper and a multilayer substrate adhesively connected to each other, the decorative paper being a decorative layer adhesive film; the multilayer substrate comprises a top layer and at least one combined layer which are connected with each other in a bonding mode, the combined layer comprises a first layer and a second layer which are connected with each other in a bonding mode, the fiber direction of the first layer is different from that of the top layer and the second layer, the thickness of the first layer is 1.5-2 times that of the top layer, and the thickness of the second layer is 1.5-2 times that of the top layer.
The multilayer substrate in the prior art is obtained by laminating and gluing single plates with equal odd layer thicknesses in a manner of criss-cross in the fiber direction, so that the multilayer substrate is a relatively stable symmetrical structure in the thickness direction. The inventors found that, unlike the adhesion of a composite veneer to the surface of a multilayer substrate, the adhesion of a composite decorative paper to the surface of a multilayer substrate deteriorates the structural stability of the multilayer substrate. This is because the veneer has relatively good flexibility, although not having solid wood characteristics, can spontaneously stretch or shrink with wet swelling and shrinking of the multilayer substrate to accommodate dimensional changes of the multilayer substrate, and such stretching or shrinking does not form cracks or shrinkage on the veneer. The reverse decorative paper hardly changes in size or shape with wet swelling and dry shrinkage of the multilayer substrate. Therefore, when the tension or pulling force of the wet expansion and dry shrinkage of the multilayer substrate on the decorative paper is within the range that the tensile strength of the decorative paper can bear, the impregnated paper layer compacted wood composite floor will have the problem of warping and bending; when the tension or pulling force of the wet expansion and dry shrinkage of the multilayer substrate on the decorative paper exceeds the range that the tensile strength of the decorative paper can bear, the surface of the decorative paper is cracked.
After the reasons for the technical problems are clear, the combined layer is composed of the first layer and the second layer with different fiber directions by the structure, and meanwhile, the thicknesses of the first layer and the second layer are increased, so that the multilayer substrate is in an asymmetric and unstable state. In particular, the thickness of the first layer and the second layer should be 1.5 to 2 times that of the top layer. The composite decorative paper is stuck on the surface of the unstable multilayer substrate, so that the impregnated paper layer compacted wood composite floor obtained after the composite has relatively good stability.
Meanwhile, the decorative paper of the decorative layer adhesive film can penetrate more adhesive into the top layer in the hot pressing process, so that the decorative paper and the top layer are adhered and connected to form a surface layer combined layer with larger thickness and larger adhesive content, and the impregnated paper laminated flame-retardant solid wood composite floor has certain flame retardant property.
In some embodiments, the second layer has a fiber direction that is the same as the fiber direction of the top layer.
In some embodiments, the top layer and the second layer are both longitudinal single boards, and the first layer is a transverse single board.
In some embodiments, the first layer is formed by bonding 2-3 layers of transverse veneers and the second layer is formed by bonding 2-3 layers of longitudinal veneers.
In some embodiments, the impregnated paper layer consolidated wood composite flooring comprises 2 to 3 combined layers.
In some embodiments, the top layer has a thickness of 0.2 to 1.5mm.
In some embodiments, the top layer is a pre-cured impregnated veneer.
In some embodiments, the top layer is a veneer impregnated with a flame retardant.
In some embodiments, the impregnated paper layer consolidated wood composite floor further comprises a wear layer bonded to the decorative paper surface, and a balancing layer bonded to the back side of the multilayer substrate.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the utility model has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The composite layer is composed of a first layer and a second layer with different fiber directions, and the thicknesses of the first layer and the second layer (which are 1.5-2 times of the thickness of the top layer) are increased, so that the multilayer substrate is in an asymmetric and unstable state, and in the state, the composite decorative paper is adhered to enable the impregnated paper layer compacted wood composite floor obtained after the composite to have relatively good stability.
(2) Compared with the technical scheme that the pre-cured adhesive in the decorative paper is heated to permeate into the top layer so as to bond the decorative paper and the top layer, when the top layer is a pre-cured impregnated veneer, in one aspect, the heated decorative paper is connected with the molten adhesive in the top layer, so that the decorative paper and the top layer form a whole; in another aspect, the adhesive in the impregnated veneer is capable of filling irregularities in the veneer surface of the top layer and increasing the surface hardness of the top layer, thereby providing a smooth, stiff glue interface.
