Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of veneer materials, in particular to a veneer with a fast-growing solid wood board as a base material.
Background
The sheet material obtained by adhering the facing material to the surface of the base material is commonly called a veneer, and is used for furniture, floors, interior decoration, and the like. The traditional decorative plate is to paste a composite solid wood thin plate on the surface of a base material of a multi-layer (including three layers) composite plate. The composite board is obtained by vertically and horizontally laminating and pressing veneers obtained by rotary cutting fast-growing log, and compared with the fast-growing log solid wood board, the composite board has higher manufacturing cost and has harmful volatile substances due to the use of an adhesive. Therefore, the veneer product with relatively low cost and relatively high environmental protection can be obtained by directly pasting the veneer material on the surface of the fast-growing solid wood plate.
However, there are problems associated with the prior art facing materials, such as melamine impregnated printing paper or fire retardant veneers, that are directly adhered to the surface of the fast growing solid wood sheet:
(1) The fast-growing wood plate cannot provide a smooth gluing interface, so that the fast-growing wood plate and the fast-growing wood plate are difficult to paste, and the gluing strength is relatively poor.
(2) The fast-growing solid wood board is easy to wet, expand and shrink, and the facing material in the prior art hardly changes in size or shape along with the wet, expand and shrink of the fast-growing solid wood board. Therefore, when the tension or the pulling force generated by the wet expansion and dry shrinkage of the fast-growing solid wood board to the facing material is within the range that the tensile strength of the fast-growing solid wood board can bear, the veneer is warped and bent; when the tension or the pulling force generated by the wet expansion and dry shrinkage of the fast-growing solid wood plate on the facing material exceeds the range that the tensile strength of the fast-growing solid wood plate can bear, the surface of the facing material can crack.
Therefore, there is a lack of a veneer with relatively high dimensional stability and surface crack resistance, which uses fast-growing solid wood boards as the base material.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical purpose of the present application is to at least overcome the above-mentioned technical problems, and provide a veneer with relatively high dimensional stability and surface crack resistance, and using a fast-growing solid wood board as a substrate.
In one aspect of the application, a fast-growing wood veneer is provided, which comprises a veneering material, a fast-growing wood substrate and a back balance layer which are bonded and connected with each other from top to bottom; the thickness of the facing material is 0.6-2.0mm, the facing material comprises a base layer with printing wood grains on the surface, and the base layer comprises a plurality of mutually bonded impregnated rice papers.
Firstly, the base layer comprises a plurality of pieces of glue dipped rice paper which are mutually bonded and connected, so that the veneering material has relatively good toughness, and even if the fast-growing wood base material cannot provide a relatively flat gluing interface, the veneering material can still be adhered to the surface of the fast-growing wood base material in a relatively close manner within a specific thickness range (0.6-2.0 mm), thereby having relatively good gluing strength. Secondly, in another aspect, compared with the melamine impregnated printing paper of the prior art, the base layer of the present utility model has a larger average elongation after wetting, average shrinkage after drying, and longitudinal elongation, so that the facing material can spontaneously stretch or shrink with the wet swelling and shrinkage of the fast-growing wood substrate to adapt to the dimensional change of the fast-growing wood substrate, and such stretching or shrinkage does not form cracks or shrinkage on the veneer, in other words, the veneer does not crack under geothermal environment, due to the toughness of the base layer. Finally, in a specific thickness range (0.6-2.0 mm), the facing material can adapt to the dimensional change of the fast-growing wood base material and can be matched with the back balance layer to a certain extent at the same time so as to limit the dimensional change range of the fast-growing wood base material and further improve the dimensional stability of the facing board.
In conclusion, by adopting the structure, the veneered veneer taking the fast-growing wood plate as the base material can be prepared.
In some embodiments, the fast-growing wood substrate is a rubber wood sheet.
In some embodiments, the facing material has a thickness of 1.2 to 1.5mm.
In some embodiments, the base layer is laminated from 10-20 layers of impregnated rice paper.
In some embodiments, the facing material and the fast-growing wood substrate are adhesively connected by an adhesive layer.
In some embodiments, the overlay material includes a decorative layer applied to the base layer, the decorative layer being melamine impregnated printing paper, the printed wood grain being formed from the decorative layer.
The printed wood grain on the surface of the base layer can be obtained through various ways, such as printing, transfer printing, printing and the like, but in production practice, the transfer of the printed wood grain on the surface of the base layer to the surface of the base layer by pressing melamine-impregnated printing paper on the surface of the base layer is the most sophisticated and low-cost technical means.
In the embodiment, firstly, the impregnated rice paper has higher flatness, and can provide a flat gluing interface for the decorative layer; secondly, the impregnated rice paper can allow the molten adhesive in the decorative layer to permeate into the impregnated rice paper, and finally the part belonging to the paper in the decorative layer is completely attached to the surface of the base layer, so that the overall flexibility of the facing material can be ensured. Accordingly, various problems in the prior art that melamine impregnated printing paper is directly pressed on the surface of the fast-growing wood substrate can be overcome, and the melamine impregnated printing paper veneer can also be used for the surface veneer of the fast-growing wood substrate.
In some embodiments, the backside balancing layer is melamine impregnated paper.
In some embodiments, the multilayer veneer further comprises a wear layer overlaying the printed wood grain.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the utility model has the following beneficial effects: the base layer has better toughness, is not easy to break during production and processing, can be adhered to the surface of the fast-growing wood base material in a relatively close manner, and has larger average elongation after being wetted, average shrinkage after being dried and longitudinal elongation at the same time, so that the veneer material can be spontaneously stretched or shrunk along with the wet expansion and shrinkage of the fast-growing wood base material to adapt to the dimensional change of the fast-growing wood base material, and the stretching or shrinkage can not form cracks or shrinkage on the veneer material. Therefore, the fast-growing wood veneer has relatively good gluing performance, dimensional stability and surface crack resistance, and can be suitable for ground and wall decoration and other purposes in geothermal or other heating environments.
