In view of this, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the present disclosure provides, in one aspect, a jump chain detection apparatus for a scraper conveyor, including: the detection part 5, the rotation shaft 7, the detection part 11 and the sensor 10, wherein the rotation shaft 7 is used for being rotatably arranged on the box body 1 of the scraper conveyor, the first end of the rotation shaft 7 is connected with the detection part 5, the second end of the rotation shaft 7 is fixedly connected with the detection part 11, the detection part 5 is arranged on the outer side of the chain 2 of the scraper conveyor, and the sensor 10 is arranged below the detection part 11, so that when the chain 2 of the scraper conveyor jumps, the detection part 5 is contacted with the chain 2, and the detection part 11 is driven to rotate and is identified by the sensor 10.

In addition, in order to be able to further guide the chain 2 to a limit, in some embodiments, the detecting element 5 further comprises a feeding section 51, the feeding section 51 is connected to the lower end of the working section 52, and the feeding section 51 is used for contacting the chain 2 to limit the chain 2 when the chain 2 of the scraper conveyor is separated from the sprocket 3, so when the bottom chain 2 is separated from the chain 2, the chain 2 can contact the feeding section 51, and thus can be guided along the arc of the feeding section 51, and of course, the feeding section 51 can also enable the chain 2 to be in surface contact with the detecting element 5, so that the detecting element 5 is prevented from being damaged by the point contact between the chain 2 and the end of the detecting element 5.

In order to facilitate rotation of the rotation shaft 7, in some embodiments, the chain jump detection device further includes a shaft sleeve 8, where the shaft sleeve 8 is used to be installed in the case 1 of the scraper conveyor, and an inner hole of the shaft sleeve 8 is rotationally connected with the rotation shaft 7, so that the rotation shaft 7 can be facilitated to move by pushing the working section 52 by the chain 2 to jump, and the rotation shaft 7 is driven to rotate the detection member 11 to the identification area of the sensor 10, so that the chain 2 can be quickly found to jump. Of course, the cooperation of the rotation shaft 7 and the shaft sleeve 8 passes through the case 1 of the scraper conveyor, and the sensor 10 and the detecting member 11 can also be arranged on one side of the case 1 far away from the chain 2, and the detecting member 5 is arranged on one side of the case 1 near the chain 2, so that the state of the sensor 10 is conveniently observed to find out the occurrence of chain jump of the chain 2.
To facilitate the installation of the sensor 10, in some embodiments, the jump chain detection device further includes a bracket 9 for installing the sensor, where the bracket 9 is used to be installed on the outer side wall of the case 1 of the scraper conveyor, where the bracket 9 may be configured as an L-shaped support plate, where a horizontal plane is fixedly connected to the case 1, and an installation position for installing the sensor 10 is provided on a vertical plane, where the horizontal plane can enable the sensor 10 to be closer to the detection member 11, so that the position of the detection member 11 can be conveniently detected.
In some embodiments, the detecting member 11 may be a metal plate, and the sensor 10 is configured as a limit switch or a metal detection sensor, so that when the detecting member 11 rotates, the detecting member can be timely identified by the sensor 10, so that the jump chain of the chain 2 can be timely found.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned detecting member 11 may be constructed by a sheet metal structure, and in other embodiments, the detecting member 11 may be made of other materials, for example, the detecting member 11 may be a rubber member, and the sensor 10 needs to be constructed as a limit switch.

The chain jump detection device according to claim 2, wherein the detection member comprises a working section and a transmission section which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the top of the transmission section is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, and the working section is used for contacting with a chain of the scraper conveyor when the chain jumps so that the detection member moves and drives the rotating shaft to rotate.
4. The jump chain detection apparatus as recited in claim 3 wherein said probe further comprises a feed section connected to a lower end of said work section, said feed section being adapted to contact a chain of a scraper conveyor to stop the chain when the chain is disengaged from the sprocket.
5. The jump chain detection apparatus as recited in claim 3, further comprising a stopper disposed below the rotation shaft and abutting the transfer section such that a gap exists between the detection member and a chain of the scraper conveyor.
6. The chain jump detection apparatus as recited in any one of claims 1-5, further comprising a bushing, wherein the bushing is configured to be mounted to a housing of a scraper conveyor and wherein an inner bore of the bushing is rotatably coupled to the rotating shaft.
7. The chain jump detection apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a bracket for mounting the sensor, the bracket for mounting to an outer side wall of a case of a scraper conveyor.
8. The jump chain detection apparatus of claim 1 wherein the detection member is a metal sheet and the sensor is configured as a limit switch or a metal detection sensor.
9. The chain jump detection apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a controller in communication with the sensor; and/or
The jump chain detection device further comprises an alarm, and the alarm is in communication connection with the sensor.
10. A scraper conveyor, comprising a box, a chain, a sprocket and the chain jump detection device according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the sprocket is arranged in the box and is used for connecting the chain, and the chain jump detection device is used for detecting the jump of the chain at the sprocket.
