Abstract

Technical Field

Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people, automobiles are taken into thousands of families and become living necessities of people. Referring to fig. 1 to 7, according to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a headlamp adjusting device 1. The headlamp adjusting device 1 comprises a first sliding rail 11 and a second sliding rail 12 which are oppositely arranged; a first slideway 111 extending along a first direction is arranged on one side of the first slideway 11 facing the second slideway 12, and a second slideway 121 extending along the first direction is arranged on one side of the second slideway 12 facing the first slideway 11;
The light adjusting device further comprises a light adjusting component 13 and a driving component 14, and the first slide rail 111 and the second slide rail 121 are both in sliding connection with the light adjusting component 13;

Referring to fig. 1-2, in one embodiment, the light adjusting assembly 13 includes a guide bracket 131 and a light adjuster 132, the guide bracket 131 is fixedly clamped with the light adjuster 132, the guide bracket 131 or the light adjuster 132 is connected with the driving assembly 14, and the first slide 111 and the second slide 121 are both slidably connected with the guide bracket 131.
In this specific example, the dimmer pack 13 consists of a guide bracket 131 and a dimmer 132; the guiding bracket 131 is slidably connected to the first slide 111 and the second slide 121, and the dimmer 132 is abutted to the mounting bracket of the headlamp. And, the guide bracket 131 is fixedly clamped with the dimmer 132, so that the connection stability of the guide bracket and the dimmer is ensured. In this particular example, dimmer 132 is integrally formed from a tuning base 1321 and a dimmer head 1322; the adjusting base 1321 is fixedly clamped with the guide bracket 131, and the dimming head 1322 is abutted with the mounting bracket of the headlamp. The dimming head 1322 is spherical, that is, the dimming head 1322 is a ball head, so that the mounting bracket of the headlamp can rotate relative to the dimming head 1322, thereby realizing the angle adjustment of the headlamp.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, and 5, in one embodiment, the guide bracket 131 is provided with a first guide surface 1311 and a first connection port 1313 located at a side of the first guide surface 1311;
The first slide rail 11 is provided with a first flange 112 at a side portion of the first slide rail 111, the first guide surface 1311 is connected with the first slide rail 111 in a sliding fit manner, and the first flange 112 is connected with the guide bracket 131 in a sliding fit manner at the first connecting port 1313.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, in one embodiment, the guide bracket 131 is provided with a second guide surface 1312 and a second connection port 1314 located at a side of the second guide surface 1312;
The second slide rail 12 is provided with a second flange 122 at a side portion of the second slide rail 121, the second guide surface 1312 is connected with the second slide rail 121 in a sliding fit manner, and the second flange 122 is connected with the guide bracket 131 in a sliding fit manner at the second connection port 1314.
In this specific example, one end of the guide bracket 131 forms a sliding fit connection with the first slide rail 11 through the first guide surface 1311 and the first connection port 1313; the other end of the guiding bracket 131 forms a sliding fit connection with the second sliding rail 12 through the second guiding surface 1312 and the second connecting port 1314.
Specifically, the first guide surface 1311 is slidably connected to the first slide 111 of the first slide rail 11, and the first flange 112 of the first slide rail 11 is slidably connected to the guide bracket 131 at the first connection interface 1313; the second guide surface 1312 is slidably coupled to the second slide 121 of the second slide rail 12, and the second flange 122 of the second slide rail 12 is slidably coupled to the guide bracket 131 at the second connection port 1314. The first limiting bosses 101 and the second limiting bosses 102 distributed at two ends of the second slide rail 121 along the first direction on the second slide rail 12 can ensure that the guide bracket 131 cannot move continuously when moving to the limit positions at two ends of the second slide rail 121, so that the guide bracket 131 is prevented from being separated from the first slide rail 11 and the second slide rail 12, and the upper limit requirement of dimming the headlamp is ensured.
