In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the shower head 133 further has a shower pipe 1332 vertically connected to the connecting shaft 1331, both ends of the shower pipe 1332 have shower ports 1333, and the connecting shaft 1331 has a water flow channel for communicating the shower pipe 1332 with the water pumping mechanism 112, so that water pumped by the water pumping mechanism 112 to the shower head 133 is conveyed to the shower ports 1333 through a pipeline of the shower pipe 1332 through the water flow channel, and no additional connecting pipe is required, so that the overall volume of the humidifier 100 can be reduced.
In addition, by arranging the spray openings 1333 at both ends of the spray pipe 1332, when the spray header 133 rotates along with the first wind wheel 132, both ends of the spray pipe 1332 spray water towards the filter element 131, so that the efficiency of humidifying the filter element 131 can be provided, and the humidifying effect is improved.
Wherein, spray opening 1333 can include a plurality of spray portlets, so, also can further increase spray opening 1333 spray the radiating area of filter core 131 to improve the efficiency of humidification filter core 131.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the filter element assembly 130 further includes a rotating shaft base 134, the rotating shaft base 134 has a rotating connector 135 thereon, and the connecting shaft 1331 is configured to be rotatably connected with the rotating connector 135, so that the rotating shaft base 134 can provide a supporting base for the first wind wheel 132 and the showerhead 133, so as to ensure stability of the first wind wheel 132 and the showerhead 133 during rotation.
Illustratively, the rotary connecting member 135 includes a bearing detachably connected to the rotary shaft holder 134, the connecting shaft 1331 is rotatably connected to the bearing, and an oil-containing spacer 136 is provided between the bearing and the rotary shaft holder 134, so that the structure is simple and the interchangeability is high by providing the connecting rotary member as a bearing, and in addition, by providing the oil-containing spacer 136 between the bearing and the rotary shaft holder 134, lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing through the oil-containing spacer 136, friction of the bearing is reduced, and the life of the bearing is prolonged.
In some embodiments, the filter element assembly 130 further includes a filter upper cover 137 and a filter lower cover 138, the rotating shaft seat 134 is disposed on a side of the filter lower cover 138 facing the filter upper cover 137, for example, the rotating shaft seat 134 is fixed on the filter lower cover 138 by bonding, screwing, etc., and in addition, a mounting portion for mounting a bearing is further disposed on the rotating shaft seat 134, for example, the mounting portion is a mounting protrusion for sleeving the bearing; in addition, the two ends of the filter core 131 can be fixed between the upper filter cover 137 and the lower filter cover 138 in an adhesive manner, so that the filter core 131 is reduced and fixed by the upper filter cover 137 and the lower filter cover 138, and the lower filter cover 138 provides a supporting base for the rotating shaft seat 134, thereby improving the rotation stability of the first wind wheel 132 and the spray header 133.
In specific implementation, the rotating shaft seat 134 is fixed on the filtering lower cover 138, the oil-containing gasket 136 is sleeved on the mounting portion, and then the bearing is sleeved on the mounting portion to press the oil-containing gasket 136, wherein the oil-containing gasket 136 is, for example, an oil-containing gasket 136 made of non-metal material, for example, the oil-containing gasket 136 has a certain oil absorption property, when the bearing presses the oil-containing gasket 136, the oil-containing gasket 136 can provide lubricating oil for the bearing to lubricate the bearing, reduce the abrasion of the bearing, prolong the service life of the bearing, when the bearing is sleeved on the mounting portion and presses the oil-containing gasket 136, the first wind wheel 132 is sleeved on one end of the connecting shaft 1331 of the spray header 133, and the first rotation stopping portion 1334 on the connecting shaft 1331 is clamped into the second rotation stopping portion, to restrict the movement of the first wind wheel 132 on the connecting shaft 1331, then, the connecting shaft 1331 sleeved with the first wind wheel 132 is rotationally connected with the bearing, then, the filter element 131 is placed on the filter lower cover 138 and is adhered to the filter lower cover 138, the filter upper cover 137 is covered on the filter element 131 and is adhered to the filter element 131, so that the filter element 131 is fixed between the filter lower cover 138 and the filter lower cover 138, when the second wind wheel 122 rotates, the air flow introduced from the air inlet 1111 rotates along the axial direction of the bearing through the first wind wheel 132, meanwhile, the water pumping mechanism 112 pumps water in the box 111 to the spray header 133, and the spray header 133 rotates to spray water on the filter element 131, thereby improving the humidifying efficiency.
Wherein the water pump 112 comprises a water pump 1121 and a water conduit 1122, and the filter element assembly 130 further comprises a water conduit hose 139, such that the water conduit 1122 is connected to the water outlet of the water pump 1121, the other end of the water conduit 1122 is connected to the water conduit hose 139, and the water conduit hose 139 is connected to the shower head 133 through the filter element 131, such that water pumped by the water pump 1121 passes through the water conduit 1122 and the water conduit hose 139 to the shower head 133.
In some embodiments, the filter lower cover 138 is provided with a first via hole, and one end of the water conduit 1122 away from the water pump 1121 is connected with the first via hole, and the water conduit hose 139 is sleeved on the first via hole and is communicated with the first via hole, where, in order to increase the tightness between the water conduit 1122 and the first via hole and between the water conduit hose 139 and the first via hole, for example, an O-ring 1391 may be provided at the connection position of the water conduit 1122 and the water conduit hose 139 respectively with the first via hole, so as to improve the tightness of the connection position and avoid water leakage at the connection position.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the water tank 110 further includes a filter element support 150, the filter element support 150 is installed in the tank body 111, and the filter element assembly 130 is disposed on the filter element support 150, so that the filter element 131 can be prevented from being soaked in water in the water tank 110, and thus the filtering and humidifying area of the filter element 131 can be increased, thereby providing the humidifying efficiency of the humidifier 100.
For example, in fig. 7, the filter lower cover 138 is directly mounted on the filter element support 150, and the filter element support 150 is provided with a second through hole, and one end of the water conduit 1122, which is far away from the water pump 1121, passes through the second through hole to communicate with the first through hole, or the water conduit 1122 may communicate with the first through hole and the second through hole through a hose and be connected with the water conduit hose 139, so long as the water pump 1121 and the shower head 133 can be communicated, and water is pumped to the shower head 133 through the water pump 1121.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the water pump 112 further includes a water pump bottom plate 1123, and a plurality of through holes communicating with the water inlet of the water pump 1121 may be provided on the water pump bottom plate 1123, so that the water pump 1121 may be supported by the water pump bottom plate 1123 to a certain height, so as to avoid damage to the water pump 1121 caused by entry of impurities precipitated at the bottom of the tank 111 into the water pump 1121.
The water pump bottom plate 1123 is, for example, a bottom plate of any shape such as a rectangular shape, a circular shape, or the like, as long as it can carry the water pump 1121 and support the water pump 1121 at a certain height, which is not specifically described herein.
In particular implementations, water pump 1121 may be first placed on water pump floor 1123 and one end of water conduit 1122 connected to the water outlet of water pump 1121, the other end of water conduit 1122 passing through a second through hole in cartridge holder 150, after which cartridge holder 150 with water pump 112 installed therein is placed in tank 111 and cartridge assembly 130 is installed in cartridge holder 150 to provide water supply to showerhead 133 through water pump 112.
In summary, according to the humidifier provided by the embodiment of the application, the first air channel communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet is formed in the center of the filter element, and the first wind wheel is arranged in the first air channel, so that when the main wind wheel in the humidifier main machine runs, the first wind wheel can be driven to rotate by the air flow entering the first air channel from the air inlet, so that the first wind wheel drives the spray header to rotate, and the water pumping mechanism pumps water in the water tank to the spray header to spray to the filter element along with the rotation of the spray header, thereby increasing the humidifying efficiency, improving the humidifying effect and improving the use experience of a user; in addition, the rotation of the first wind wheel does not need to additionally increase a driving motor, and the cost is low.

Claims (13)

1. A humidifier, comprising:
The water tank (110) comprises a tank body (111) and a water pumping mechanism (112), wherein the water pumping mechanism (112) is positioned in the tank body (111), and an air inlet (1111) is formed in the side wall of the tank body (111);
A humidifier main body (120) mounted on the water tank (110), the humidifier main body (120) including a housing (121), the housing (121) having an air outlet (1213) communicating with the air inlet (1111);
The filter element assembly (130) is located in the box (111), the filter element assembly (130) comprises a filter element (131), a first wind wheel (132) and a spray header (133) connected with the first wind wheel (132), a first air channel (1311) penetrating through the filter element (131) is arranged in the center of the filter element (131), the first air channel (1311) is respectively communicated with the air inlet (1111) and the air outlet (1213), the first wind wheel (132) is arranged in the first air channel (1311), the spray header (133) is communicated with a water outlet of the water pumping mechanism (112), the spray header (133) is provided with a spray opening (1333), the spray opening (1333) faces the filter element (131), and air flow in the first air channel (1311) drives the first wind wheel (132) to rotate so that the first wind wheel (132) drives the spray header (133) to rotate.
2. The humidifier according to claim 1, wherein the first wind wheel (132) comprises a connection portion (1321) and a plurality of impellers (1322), the connection portion (1321) is connected with the shower head (133), the plurality of impellers (1322) are circumferentially spaced around the connection portion (1321), and at least one of the plurality of impellers (1322) has an included angle with the airflow direction in the first air duct (1311) so that the first wind wheel (132) rotates under airflow blowing.

The humidifier according to claim 2, wherein the showerhead (133) has a connection shaft, the connection portion (1321) is sleeved on the connection shaft, a first rotation stopping portion (1334) is provided on a side wall of the connection shaft, a second rotation stopping portion matched with the first rotation stopping portion (1334) is provided on the connection portion (1321), and the first rotation stopping portion (1334) and the second rotation stopping portion are configured to limit relative rotation between the connection shaft and the connection portion (1321).

A humidifier according to claim 3, wherein the first rotation stopping portions (1334) have two, the two first rotation stopping portions (1334) are symmetrically disposed at opposite ends of the side wall of the connecting shaft, and the connecting portion (1321) is provided with two second rotation stopping portions, wherein one rotation stopping portion corresponds to one second rotation stopping portion.
5. The humidifier of claim 4, wherein the first rotation stopping portion (1334) is a rotation stopping groove that mates with the rotation stopping protrusion.

The humidifier according to any one of claims 3-5, further comprising a stop (1323), the stop (1323) being located at an end of the first wind wheel (132) remote from the showerhead (133) and being connected to the connection shaft, the stop (1323) being configured to limit a play of the first wind wheel (132) on the connection shaft in a direction away from the showerhead (133).
7. The humidifier according to claim 6, wherein the limiting member (1323) is a limiting nut, the connecting shaft is provided with an external thread matching with the limiting nut, and the limiting member (1323) is in threaded connection with the connecting shaft.
8. The humidifier according to any one of claims 3-5, wherein the shower head (133) further has a shower pipe perpendicularly connected to the connection shaft, both ends of the shower pipe have the shower port (1333), and the connection shaft has a water flow passage therein communicating the shower pipe with the water pump (112).
9. The humidifier according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the spray opening (1333) is located at the top of the cartridge.
10. The humidifier according to any one of claims 3-5, wherein the cartridge assembly (130) further comprises a swivel mount (134), the swivel mount (134) having a swivel connection (135) thereon, the connection shaft being configured for swivel connection with the swivel connection (135).
11. The humidifier according to claim 10, wherein the rotational connection (135) comprises a bearing detachably connected to the spindle base (134), the connection shaft is rotatably connected to the bearing, and an oil-containing gasket (136) is provided between the bearing and the spindle base (134).
12. The humidifier according to claim 11, wherein the filter cartridge assembly (130) further comprises a filter upper cover (137) and a filter lower cover (138), the rotation shaft seat (134) is disposed on a side of the filter lower cover (138) facing the filter upper cover (137), and the filter cartridge (131) is connected between the filter lower cover (138) and the filter upper cover (137).
13. The humidifier of claim 12, wherein the water tank (110) further comprises a cartridge support (150), the cartridge support (150) being mounted in the housing (111), the cartridge assembly (130) being disposed on the cartridge support (150);
