The thickness of the hard rubber part is set to be larger than or equal to 0.3mm, so that the hard rubber part can be thicker to a certain extent, namely, the fixing part 1 can be thicker to a certain extent, and the handwriting pen limiting support 10 can be stably and reliably arranged in the pen groove 20 through the fixing part 1. Setting the thickness of the soft rubber portion 2 to be greater than or equal to 0.3mm enables the soft rubber portion 2 to have a thicker thickness to a certain extent, thereby being beneficial to reliably supporting and limiting the stylus 30 through the soft rubber portion 2.
Setting the length of the hard glue portion in the range of 2.95mm-3.05mm enables the fixing portion 1 to have a relatively long length in the first direction, so that the setting range of the fixing portion 1 in the pen slot 20 can be increased in the first direction, and further the fixing portion 1 is beneficial to enabling the handwriting pen limiting bracket 10 to be stably and reliably arranged in the pen slot 20. The length of the soft rubber part 2 is set in the range of 2.95mm-3.05mm, so that the soft rubber part 2 can have a relatively long length in the first direction, the limit and support range of the soft rubber part 2 on the handwriting pen 30 can be increased in the first direction, and further the handwriting pen 30 can be supported and limited reliably through the soft rubber part 2.
The present application provides only one embodiment as to the thickness and length of the hard and soft rubber portions 2, and the remaining other embodiments of the present application will not be described in detail. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the thickness of the hard rubber portion and the soft rubber portion 2 is equal to 0.3mm, and the length of the hard rubber portion and the soft rubber portion 2 is equal to 3mm. The present application also provides a mobile terminal 100, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the mobile terminal 100 includes a body 40, a stylus 30 and a stylus limit bracket 10. The pen body 40 is provided with a pen slot 20, the stylus 30 is inserted into the pen slot 20, and the stylus 30 is provided with a limit slot 301. The handwriting limiting support 10 has the same structure as any handwriting limiting support 10 in the above embodiments, and can bring the same or similar beneficial effects, and the description in the above embodiments can be referred to specifically, and this embodiment is not repeated here.
In the application, since the two functions of limiting and supporting both the handwriting pen buckle and the plastic supporting convex hull can be realized by only arranging one handwriting pen limiting bracket 10 in the pen slot 20, when the handwriting pen limiting bracket 10 is arranged in the pen slot 20 through the groove on the wall of the pen slot 20, the die of the die casting pen slot only needs to be provided with a groove die casting structure for die casting the groove, and the injection structure in the related art is not needed to be arranged, so that the structure of the die can be simplified to a certain extent, the control of the dimensional accuracy of the die is facilitated, and the improvement of the process yield is facilitated. When the handwriting pen limiting support 10 is integrally formed in the pen slot 20 through the die casting of the die casting pen slot 20, the die is only required to be provided with a corresponding injection molding structure, and a slot casting structure in the related art is not required to be arranged, so that the structure of the die can be simplified to a certain extent, the control of the dimensional accuracy of the die is also facilitated, and the improvement of the process yield is also facilitated.

Further, as shown in fig. 9, the stopper surface 211 includes a first stopper surface section 2111 connected to a side of the flexible glue portion 2 facing the reverse direction (X2 direction in fig. 8), and the first stopper surface section 2111 is configured to be inclined gradually closer to the central axis of the stylus pen 30 in the forward direction of the first direction.
As shown in fig. 9, the groove wall of the limit groove 301 includes a first groove wall section 3011 disposed opposite to the first limit surface section 2111, and the first limit surface section 2111 is configured to have a first interval between the first groove wall section 3011 and the first limit surface section 2111 when the stylus 30 is inserted in place, the first interval being in a range of 0.295mm to 0.305 mm.

As shown in fig. 9, the limiting surface 211 further includes a second limiting surface section 2112 and a third limiting surface section 2113 that are sequentially connected in the forward direction of the first direction. The second limiting surface segment 2112 is connected to the first limiting surface segment 2111, the second limiting surface segment 2112 is parallel to the first direction, and the third limiting surface segment 2113 is gradually inclined away from the central axis of the stylus 30 along the forward direction of the first direction.
As shown in fig. 9, the slot wall of the limit slot 301 further includes a second slot wall section 3012 and a third slot wall section 3013 which are respectively opposite to the second limit surface section 2112 and the third limit surface section 2113 in sequence, and a second interval is provided between the second limit surface section 2112 and the second slot wall section 3012, the second interval is equal to 0.05mm, and a third interval is provided between the third limit surface section 2113 and the third slot wall section 3013, and the third interval is equal to 0.05mm. It can be seen that the second limiting surface segment 2112 and the third limiting surface segment 2113 have smaller fit gaps with the corresponding groove wall segments of the limiting groove 301, and the supporting and limiting effects of the pen limiting bracket 10 on the pen 30 can be further enhanced through the smaller fit gaps.
For the first spacing, in other embodiments, the first spacing may also be equal to 0.295mm, 0.305mm, 0.4mm, or 0.2mm. Therefore, the size setting of the first interval is flexible, and the size setting of the first interval is convenient.
The handwriting limiting bracket 10 and the pen slot 20 are independent structural members which are manufactured separately.

The handwriting pen limiting support 10 is installed through the installation groove 50, the handwriting pen limiting support 10 can be limited by utilizing the side walls of the peripheral grooves of the installation groove 50, and further the handwriting pen limiting support 10 can be prevented from moving along the peripheral directions, so that the stability of the handwriting pen limiting support 10 in the pen groove 20 is guaranteed.
Through reference column 13 and locating hole 501 locate fit, can guarantee the position setting precision of handwriting practicing limit bracket 10 in pen groove 20 to this need not to guarantee the position setting precision of handwriting practicing limit bracket 10 in pen groove 20 through improving the manufacturing precision of mounting groove 50, can reduce the manufacturing precision of mounting groove 50, be favorable to the manufacturing of convenient mounting groove 50, also can reduce the influence of manufacturing precision of mounting groove 50 to the process yield simultaneously.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the insertion portion of the fixing portion 1 into the mounting groove 50 is rectangular, the mounting groove 50 is a rectangular groove that is shape-fitted to the insertion portion, and the side length of the mounting groove 50 is 0.1mm larger than the side length of the insertion portion. Therefore, a small fit gap is formed between the mounting groove 50 and the fixing portion 1, and the mounting groove 50 has a good limiting effect on the stylus limiting bracket 10 through the small fit gap. Meanwhile, the mounting groove 50 with the shape matched with the insertion part is simpler in structure, so that the structure of the groove casting structure of the die casting mounting groove 50 on the die of the die casting pen groove 20 is also simpler, the structure of the die can be simplified, the control of the dimensional accuracy of the die is facilitated, and the improvement of the process yield is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the diameter of the positioning hole 501 is 1mm, and the diameter of the positioning post 13 is 0.9mm, i.e., the gap between the positioning hole 501 and the positioning post 13 is 0.05mm. Therefore, a small fit gap is formed between the positioning hole 501 and the positioning post 13, and accurate positioning of the stylus pen limiting bracket 10 can be realized through the small fit gap.
As for the shape of the mounting groove 50, in other embodiments, the mounting groove 50 may also be a cylindrical groove, a pentagonal prism groove, or the like, and the insertion portion of the fixing portion 1 may also be a corresponding cylindrical or pentagonal prism shape with a shape fitting. Therefore, the shape of the mounting groove 50 is flexible, and can be specifically designed according to actual specific requirements.
For the dimensional relationship between the mounting groove 50 and the insertion portion, in other embodiments, the side length of the mounting groove 50 may be 0.8mm, 0.9mm, 1.1mm, or the like, greater than the side length of the insertion portion. Therefore, the dimensional relation between the two is flexible to set, and the specific design can be carried out according to the actual specific requirements.
As for the gap between the positioning hole 501 and the positioning post 13, in other embodiments, the gap between the positioning hole 501 and the positioning post 13 may also be 0.04mm, 0.06mm, 0.07mm, or the like. Therefore, the gap between the positioning hole 501 and the positioning post 13 is flexible, and can be designed according to practical requirements.
For the arrangement of the positioning hole 501 and the positioning post 13, in another embodiment, the positioning post 13 is arranged on the wall of the mounting groove 50, and the fixing portion 1 is provided with the positioning hole 501. By such arrangement, the thickness of the body 40 at the mounting groove 50 can be ensured to a certain extent, and the structural strength of the body 40 at the mounting groove 50 can be ensured to a certain extent.
As shown in fig. 10, a groove 401 is provided on one side of the body 40 facing away from the pen slot 20, one end opening of a positioning hole 501 is provided on the slot bottom wall of the mounting slot 50, the other end opening of the positioning hole 501 is provided on the slot bottom wall of the groove 401, and a PET mylar sheet 60 with a thickness of more than 0.07mm is glued and fixed on the slot bottom wall of the groove 401 to cover the other end opening of the positioning hole 501, thereby playing a role in sealing and waterproofing.
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 10, a pen slot opening (not labeled in the drawing) is provided on one side of the body 40 facing the direction perpendicular to the first direction (Z1 direction in fig. 10), and the length direction of the pen slot opening extends along the first direction, and the mobile terminal 100 further includes a pen slot cover 70, where the pen slot cover 70 is hermetically disposed at the pen slot opening to cover the pen slot opening.
Through setting up a groove opening on fuselage 40, be favorable to the processing to a groove 20 conveniently, through sealed setting up in a groove opening department closing cap a groove open-ended pen groove lid 70, can play sealed waterproof's effect, prevent that water from getting into in the fuselage 40 from a groove opening department, be favorable to guaranteeing mobile terminal 100's normal use.
Specifically, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the pen slot cover 70 is adhered to the pen slot opening by using foam glue 80, so as to realize the sealing arrangement of the pen slot cover 70 at the pen slot opening, and the gap between the pen slot cover 70 and the pen body of the stylus 30 is 0.15mm.
The sealing arrangement of the pen slot cover 70 at the pen slot opening can be effectively realized through the foam rubber 80, and the fixing strength of the pen slot cover 70 at the pen slot opening can be ensured to a certain extent. The gap between the pen groove cover 70 and the pen body of the handwriting pen 30 is set to be 0.15mm, so that the pen groove cover 70 can be prevented from scratching the pen body of the handwriting pen 30 to a certain extent, and the appearance effect of the handwriting pen 30 is ensured.
For the sealing arrangement of the pen slot cover 70 at the pen slot opening, in other embodiments, the pen slot cover 70 is fixed at the pen slot opening by a screw, and a sealing gasket is arranged between the pen slot cover 70 and the body 40, and the sealing arrangement of the pen slot cover 70 at the pen slot opening is realized by the sealing gasket. By the arrangement, not only can the sealing arrangement of the pen slot cover 70 at the pen slot opening be realized, but also the fixing strength of the pen slot cover 70 at the pen slot opening can be further enhanced.
For the gap between the slot cover 70 and the stylus 30 body, in other embodiments, the gap between the slot cover 70 and the stylus 30 body may be 0.14mm, 0.16mm, 0.20mm, or the like. Therefore, the gap between the pen slot cover 70 and the pen body of the stylus 30 is flexible, and the pen slot cover 70 is prevented from scratching the stylus 30 to a certain extent.
In another embodiment, the pen slot 20 is formed by a circular aperture provided in the body 40, in which case the pen slot opening and pen slot cover 70 need not be provided. By the arrangement, the structure composition of the mobile terminal 100 can be simplified, and convenience in processing and manufacturing of the mobile terminal 100 is facilitated.
Further, the pen slot cover 70 is a soft cover, the handwriting pen limiting bracket 10 is in a semi-wrapping structure, and the handwriting pen limiting bracket 10 is used for limiting and supporting the slot wall of the limiting slot 301, which is close to one side of the slot bottom wall of the pen slot 20, on the central axis of the handwriting pen 30.
Since the pen slot cover 70 is a soft cover, the pen slot cover 70 does not scratch the stylus 30, so that the stylus 30 can be supported and limited by the stylus limiting support 10 with a half-package structure, the structure of the stylus limiting support 10 can be simplified, and the processing and manufacturing of the stylus limiting support 10 can be facilitated.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the pen slot cover 70 is a plastic cover, so that the pen slot cover 70 can be manufactured and processed to a certain extent by injection molding.
In yet another embodiment, the pen slot cover 70 may also be a rubber cover, and since the rubber material has a certain aging resistance, the pen slot cover 70 is configured as a rubber cover, which can extend the service life of the pen slot cover 70 to a certain extent.
In other embodiments, the pen slot cover 70 may be a hard cover, for example, the pen slot cover 70 is made of steel or iron, in which case, to avoid the pen slot cover 70 from scratching the stylus 30, the gap between the pen slot cover 70 and the stylus 30 may be increased. By the arrangement, the strength of the pen slot cover 70 can be enhanced, and the service life of the pen slot cover 70 can be prolonged.
For the stylus limit bracket 10, in other embodiments, the stylus limit bracket 10 may also have a fully-enclosed structure, i.e. the stylus limit bracket 10 is used for limiting and supporting the slot wall of the limit slot 301 in the full circumference direction. By the arrangement, the limit range of the limit bracket 10 of the handwriting pen and the limit groove 301 can be enlarged, and the limit and support fit range of the wall of the limit groove can be enlarged, so that the effect of the limit bracket 10 of the handwriting pen on supporting and limiting the handwriting pen 30 can be further enhanced.

1. A handwriting pen limiting bracket, comprising:

The mobile terminal according to claim 7, wherein a mounting groove for mounting the stylus limit bracket is provided on a groove wall of the stylus groove, a positioning hole is provided on one of a groove bottom wall of the mounting groove and the fixing portion, and a positioning column inserted into the positioning hole and matched with the positioning hole is provided on the other one.
9. The mobile terminal according to claim 5, wherein a pen slot opening is provided on a side of the body facing a direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a length direction of the pen slot opening extends along the first direction;
The mobile terminal further comprises a pen slot cover, wherein the pen slot cover is arranged at the pen slot opening in a sealing mode so as to cover the pen slot opening.

The mobile terminal of claim 9, wherein the pen slot cover is a soft cover, the handwriting pen limiting bracket is in a semi-wrapped structure, and the handwriting pen limiting bracket is used for limiting and supporting a limiting slot wall of one side of a central axis of the handwriting pen, which is close to a slot bottom wall of the pen slot.
