Please refer to fig. 1, the present application provides a waterproof interface 10 for a mobile terminal 100, the mobile terminal 100 includes an open slot, the waterproof interface 10 is disposed at the open slot, the waterproof interface 10 includes a main body 11 and a water-retaining structure 12, wherein the main body 11 is cylindrical, the main body 11 includes a main body 112 and a waterproof portion 111 extending from the main body 112 to the open slot, a first outer surface 1111 of the waterproof portion 111 is lower than a second outer surface 1121 of the main body 112 relative to a central axis X of the main body 11, the water-retaining structure 12 is disposed on a side of the second outer surface 1121 close to the waterproof portion 111, and the first outer surface 1111 and the water-retaining structure 12 form a waterproof end surface.
Referring to fig. 2, the present application further provides a mobile terminal 100, where the mobile terminal 100 includes the waterproof interface 10 and a housing 20, the housing 20 includes a first sidewall 21, the first sidewall 21 is provided with an open slot 211, and the waterproof interface 10 is disposed at the open slot 211.
In the waterproof interface 10 and the mobile terminal 100 of the present application, the central axis X of the first outer surface 1111 of the waterproof portion 111 relative to the main body 11 is lower than the second outer surface 1121 of the body portion 112, and the water-retaining structure 12 is disposed on one side of the second outer surface 1121 of the body portion 112 close to the waterproof portion 111, thereby the first outer surface 1111 of the waterproof portion 111 and the water-retaining structure 12 can form a waterproof end surface, water can be effectively blocked from entering the mobile terminal 100 from the waterproof interface 10, and the waterproof effect of the waterproof interface 10 is ensured. The waterproof interface 10 includes a main body 11, a water-retaining structure 12, a mounting bracket 13, a waterproof rubber ring 14, a data terminal, and a baffle.
Referring to fig. 1, the main body 11 is cylindrical, and the main body 11 is made of conductive metal, for example, the main body 11 may be made of stainless steel. Main body 11 includes a main body 112 and a waterproof portion 111 connected to main body 112, where waterproof portion 111 extends from main body 112 along a central axis of main body 11, and where waterproof portion 111 includes a first outer surface 1111 and main body 112 includes a second outer surface 1121, where first outer surface 1111 is lower than second outer surface 1121 with respect to a central axis X of main body 11. In the present application, the height difference between the second outer surface 1121 and the first outer surface 1111 with respect to the central axis X of the body 11 may be 0.07 mm. Body portion 112 and flashing portion 111 further include an inner surface (not shown in the figures), wherein the inner surface of flashing portion 111 and the inner surface of body portion 112 are at the same height relative to central axis X of body 11, such that a smooth inner surface may be formed.
Further, with respect to formation of body portion 112 and flashing portion 111, body portion 112 and flashing portion 111 having different thicknesses may be formed on body 11 by performing a plurality of local thinning processes on body 11, so that second outer surface 1121 and first outer surface 1111 have a difference in height with respect to central axis X of body 11.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the body portion 112 further includes a connecting surface 1122, and the connecting surface 1122 connects the second outer surface 1121 and the first outer surface 1111. The connecting surface 1122 may be an inclined surface, a circular arc surface, a plane perpendicular to the outer surface (stepped), or the like. For example, in the present application, the connecting surface 1122 may be beveled such that the transition between the second outer surface 1121 and the first outer surface 1111 is natural.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 5, the water-blocking structure 12 is made of metal, and is disposed on the side of the body 112 close to the waterproof portion 111 and attached to the second outer surface 1121. The water retaining structure 12 and the body 112 can be fixedly connected by welding, so that the connection between the water retaining structure 12 and the body 112 is compact and has high strength. The water blocking structure 12 serves to block dust or water stain from the side of the waterproof portion 111 from entering the side of the body portion 112.
Further, the water blocking structure 12 includes a support portion 121 and a blocking portion 122. The supporting portion 121 is cylindrical, the supporting portion 121 is fixedly mounted on one side of the second outer surface 1121, which is close to the waterproof portion 111, the blocking portion 122 is bent and extended from one end of the supporting portion 121, which is close to the waterproof portion 111, to form an included angle with the supporting portion 121, the included angle may be 90 degrees, that is, the blocking portion 122 and the supporting portion 121 are perpendicular to each other, and of course, the included angle may also be other values, and the specific value is not limited. The water retaining structure 12 may be made of metal material through an integral molding process, or may be formed by splicing the supporting portion 121 and the blocking portion 122.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a mounting bracket 13 is connected to the second outer surface 1121 and is spaced apart from the water-blocking structure 12, and the waterproof interface 10 is fixed to the mobile terminal 100 through the mounting bracket 13.
Specifically, the mounting bracket 13 is a sheet structure made of metal, and can be manufactured by a stamping process. The mounting bracket 13 includes a mounting groove and a mounting seat. The body 112 is partially inserted into the mounting groove, and the second outer surface 1121 is attached to the inner wall of the mounting groove. The mounting groove inner wall can be fixedly connected with the second outer surface 1121 through a welding process, so that the mounting bracket 13 and the body portion 112 are reliably connected, and the connection between the mounting bracket 13 and the body portion 112 is compact. The mounting parts 131 are located at both ends of the mounting groove, and the mounting parts 131 are detachably coupled with the housing 20 so that the mounting bracket 13 is fixed to the housing 20.
Further, the mounting portion 131 includes a first coupling portion 1311, and the housing 20 includes a second coupling portion (not shown), and the first coupling portion 1311 is engaged with the second coupling portion of the housing 20 so that the mounting bracket 13 is detachably fixed to the housing 20.
In some examples, the first coupling portion 1311 may be a card hole, and the second coupling portion may be a card post corresponding to the card hole, the card post being snapped into the card hole to detachably connect the mounting portion 131 with the housing 20. In another example, the first coupling portion 1311 may be a card hole, and the second coupling portion may be a card post corresponding to the card hole, the card post being engaged into the card hole to detachably connect the mounting portion 131 with the housing 20. In yet another example, the first coupling portion 1311 includes a screw and a through hole, and the second coupling portion includes a screw hole, and the screw is screwed into the screw hole after passing through the through hole to detachably connect the mounting portion 131 and the housing 20. In another example, the first coupling portion 1311 includes a screw hole, and the second coupling portion includes a screw and a through hole, and the screw is screwed into the screw hole after passing through the through hole to detachably connect the mounting portion 131 and the housing 20. The central axis X of the outer surface of the waterproof rubber ring 14 relative to the main body 11 is higher than the surface of the blocking portion 122, and it can be understood that, since the waterproof rubber ring 14 is made of an elastic material and the blocking portion 122 is made of a metal material, when the waterproof interface 10 is installed in the open slot 21 of the mobile terminal 100, the elastic material is abutted against the open slot 21, so as to form a better sealing effect.

Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, the main body 11 further includes a through hole 113, and the data terminal 15 is installed on the through hole 113 of the main body 11. The data terminal 15 is used for data transmission, and the data terminal 15 is inserted into the through hole 113 along the direction from the body 112 to the waterproof portion 111.
The baffle 16 is disposed at a side of the through hole 131 far from the waterproof portion 111 and closely attached to an inner wall of the through hole 131, and the baffle 16 is used for preventing impurities such as dust or water from entering the mobile terminal 100 through the through hole 131 from the side of the waterproof portion 111.
