One end of the communication adapter plate 16 is connected with the reading module 101, the touch display module 102, the identification module 103, the printing module 104, the positioning module 15, the vehicle diagnosis module 107, the camera 2, the wireless communication module 108 and the intelligent medicine chest 109, and the other end is connected with the host module 105, so that signal data transmission is realized.
As an example, fig. 4 is a front view of the vehicle-mounted registering settlement apparatus provided in the present application. A window is arranged in the middle area of the front surface of the casing 1 and is used for setting a touch display screen 3, a plurality of windows are arranged below the touch display screen 3 and are respectively used for setting a printer 4, a non-contact card reader 5 and code scanning equipment 6, and a camera 2 is arranged right above the touch display screen 3.
Fig. 5 is a rear view of the vehicle-mounted registering settlement device provided by the application. The back of the shell 1 is provided with a bracket 7, the bracket 7 is provided with screw holes, the bracket is fixed on the back of the shell by using screws 8, and a hanging bracket is fixed on the inner wall of the vehicle to finish equipment fixing. The heat dissipation port 11 is perforated on the back surface and both sides of the casing to dissipate heat.
Fig. 6 is a top view of the vehicle-mounted registering settlement device provided by the application. A positioning module 15 is arranged above the casing 1, and obtains the position information of the device through GPS positioning.
Fig. 7 is a right side view of a left side view of the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device provided by the application, and fig. 8 is a pluggable host deployment diagram of the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device provided by the application. The pluggable host 9 is inserted into the shell 1 from a window on the side surface of the shell 1, the pluggable host 9 is just connected with a corresponding interface on the communication adapter plate 16, and the interfaces are fixed at two sides of the window of the pluggable host 9 by using screws 8. The pluggable host machine 9 is also provided with a push-pull handle 10, and the pluggable host machine 9 can be taken out or put in by manually pushing the push-pull handle 10 outside the shell 1 to finish the replacement. The switch button 13 is connected with a control device switch, and the heat dissipation port 11, the plug-in card reader 12, the switch button 13 and the power interface 14 are arranged on the side surface of the shell 1.
In the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device provided in this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device includes a bracket 7, a housing 1, and a reading module 101, a touch display module 102, an identification module 103, a printing module 104, a host module 105 and a power module 106 integrally mounted on the housing 1. The bracket 7 is provided with screw holes, and a screw 8 is used for hanging the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device on the inner wall of the vehicle; the reading module 101 reads patient identity information, including identification of patient identity card information and identification of patient medical insurance card information, registers with the identified patient identity information, and carries out subsequent consultation; the touch display module 102 displays medical information related to the patient, including but not limited to registration information, medical history information, prescription information, payment information, medicine taking information and the like, and the patient can make a doctor's operation on the touch display screen; the identification module 103 supports the identification of one-dimensional codes and two-dimensional codes, and can be used for scanning code payment of the two-dimensional codes and scanning bar codes of medical devices or medicines; the print module 104 may be used to print tickets, which register tickets and bill of fees may be printed by the module; the host module 105 is connected with the reading module 101, the touch display module 102, the identification module 103 and the printing module 104 and is used for executing the processing of the whole medical procedure and realizing the whole medical treatment process; the power module 106 is connected with the reading module 101, the touch display module 102, the identification module 103, the printing module 104 and the host module 105, and provides power for the whole device, and the device can be turned on or off through the switch button 13. In the embodiment, the whole hospital-seeking process is combined with the vehicle, so that the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device integrating registering, seeking, prescription opening, settlement and medicine taking is provided, the hospital-seeking process is optimized, and the whole hospital-seeking process is realized.
Example two
The following describes in detail a method for using the vehicle-mounted registering settlement device provided in the present application with a specific embodiment.
1. Starting up the system
Firstly, the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device is fixed on the inner wall of a vehicle through a bracket in a hanging cube mode and is fixed by using screws. After the power interface is connected with a power supply, the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device is opened by clicking a switch button.
2. Registering
The device is used by touching a display screen, and a 4G/5G/WIFI network is used for accessing a hospital system or a software platform. Firstly, selecting registration business items on a platform, and then reading needed patient identity information. The identity card of the patient is stuck on the non-contact card reader or the medical insurance card of the patient is inserted into the second plug-in card reader to read the identity information, and the other doctor cards are read through the non-contact card reader if the doctor cards are non-contact cards and read through the second plug-in card reader if the doctor cards are bar code cards. After the patient identity information is read, the patient identity information interacts with the pluggable host computer, and data is transmitted to the hospital system. In the business handling process, if the patient image information shot on site is required to be verified or the record is reserved, the patient image information can be shot through a camera and uploaded into a hospital system. After the registration is finished, a printer is used for printing out the registration bill.
3. Establishing medical records
According to the identity information of the patient, whether the history treatment record of the patient exists in the hospital system or not can be inquired, if so, the history medical record is checked, the record is continued in the history case, and if not, the medical record is newly built.
4. Inspection of
A plurality of data interfaces are reserved on the outer side of a pluggable host in the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device, and medical equipment on a vehicle can be connected into corresponding interfaces on the pluggable host in an adaptive mode through the interfaces. Besides wired connection, the WIFI can be opened through a 4G/5G network or a pluggable host to perform wireless connection. Medical equipment on the vehicle comprises, but is not limited to, an electrocardiograph monitor, a defibrillator, an electrocardiograph, an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, a blood gas analyzer and the like, and patient body index data collected by the medical equipment can be transmitted to a pluggable host computer, and the data is read through corresponding software and transmitted to medical records of a hospital system.
5. Diagnosis and prescription
The doctor makes a diagnosis prescription for the patient according to the medical record examination condition, and if the on-board doctor can not accurately judge the current illness state of the patient and gives a treatment scheme, the doctor in the hospital can be searched for remote guidance in a video mode. The doctor of the hospital logs in the hospital system to check the checking data of the corresponding medical record, then checks the condition of the patient in a video mode through the camera on the vehicle, provides remote guidance and prescribes.
6. Taking medicine
After the prescription is prescribed, if the prescription list contains medicines in the intelligent medicine boxes, the medicine boxes are automatically opened, doctors take out corresponding medicines, the medicine boxes automatically count the taken out quantity, the corresponding medicine quantity is subtracted from the medicine database, and the inventory is updated.
7. Accounting billing
When the expense is settled, a patient using the medical insurance card firstly transmits an expense bill into the medical insurance system, the amount required to be paid by the patient is obtained after the settlement of the medical insurance system is completed, and the patient holds a mobile phone to scan a two-dimension code for electronic payment through a code scanning device, or inserts a bank card into a first plug-in card reader for payment. The payment amount enters a hospital financial system to complete the payment process. The registration list and the bill of charge in the whole process can be printed by a printer.
8. Replacement host
In the use process of the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device, if the storage and performance are not satisfied, the updating is required, or the data is required to be moved to another vehicle, the host can be replaced. Firstly, the screws fixed on the pluggable host are loosened, then the push-pull handle on the pluggable host is pulled outwards manually to pull out the host, the changed host is installed with equipment in a push-pull handle pushing mode, and then the screws are used for fixing, so that the pluggable host can be used continuously.
9. Vehicle management
The vehicle diagnosis module acquires vehicle driving data, wherein the driving data comprises vehicle speed, distance, engine fault code and fuel consumption; and transmitting the collected driving data into the pluggable host computer, and displaying the data in the pluggable host computer read by the corresponding software platform on the software platform. The hospital vehicle dispatching center can also check the data on the software platform as a follow-up vehicle dispatching basis, and alarm reminding hospital maintenance is carried out on abnormal driving data equipment.

According to the scheme, the whole hospital hospitalizing process is combined with the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted registering and settling device integrating registering, hospitalizing, prescription opening, settlement and medicine taking is provided, the hospital hospitalizing process is optimized, and the hospital hospitalizing whole process is realized.

1. A vehicle-mounted registering settlement device, characterized by comprising: the device comprises a bracket, a shell, and a reading module, a touch display module, an identification module, a printing module, a host module and a power module which are integrally arranged on the shell;
the bracket is used for being fixed on the inner wall of the vehicle by adopting a hanging cube, and is provided with a screw hole;
the reading module is used for reading the identity information;
the touch display module is used for displaying relevant medical information of a patient and operating and using the same;
the identification module is used for identifying payment information;
the printing module is used for printing bills, wherein the bills comprise a registration bill and a bill of charge;
the host module is connected with the reading module, the touch display module, the identification module and the printing module and is used for executing medical procedure processing;
the power module is connected with the reading module, the touch display module, the identification module, the printing module and the host module and used for providing power.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the identification module comprises: code scanning equipment and a first plug-in card reader; the reading module comprises a non-contact card reader and a second plug-in card reader;
the code scanning device, the first plug-in card reader, the non-contact card reader and the second plug-in card reader are all connected with the host module;
the code scanning equipment is used for identifying one-dimensional codes of medicines and two-dimensional codes of payment information; the first plug-in card reader is used for identifying card swiping information of a bank card; the non-contact card reader is used for reading the identity card information; the second plug-in card reader is used for identifying card swiping information of medical insurance cards.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the positioning module is used for acquiring the position information of the device;
the vehicle diagnosis module is used for collecting vehicle driving data, wherein the driving data comprise vehicle speed, distance, engine fault codes and fuel consumption;
the positioning module and the vehicle diagnosis module are connected with the host module, and the vehicle diagnosis module is used for detecting the state of the vehicle in real time.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the intelligent medicine box is connected with the host module, and the host module controls the intelligent medicine box to be opened or closed; the intelligent medicine chest is internally provided with a plurality of medicine placing grids, and each medicine placing grid is provided with a medicine box identification module for counting the quantity of medicines placed in the medicine placing grid.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the host module is a pluggable host provided with a plurality of types of data interfaces for connecting to corresponding in-vehicle medical devices including at least one of: electrocardiograph, defibrillator, electrocardiograph, ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, and blood gas analyzer.
6. The device of claim 5, wherein a communication adapter plate is further disposed in the housing, and the host module is connected to the reading module, the touch display module, the identification module, and the printing module through the communication adapter plate.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the plurality of types of data interfaces comprise a USB interface, a microphone interface, an audio interface, a local area network interface, a VGA interface, and an HDMI display interface.
8. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the camera is connected with the host module and used for collecting facial information of a patient so as to conduct remote guidance and diagnosis;
and the wireless communication module is connected with the host module and is used for remote communication in hospitals and sharing in-vehicle data.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the wireless communication module comprises at least one of: 4G/5G communication module, WIFI module.
10. A medical vehicle, comprising: the vehicle-mounted registering settlement device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
