The ceiling warmer 100 further includes an elastic member 30 connecting the cabinet 10 and the face mask 20, and the elastic member 30 can apply elastic tension to the cabinet 10 and the face mask 20 so that the face mask 20 is mounted at the bottom of the cabinet 10. Under the elastic tension of the elastic piece 30, the mask 20 and the case 10 are relatively fixed, and a certain pressure exists between the mask and the case. When the ceiling type warmer 100 is installed in the bathroom, the case 10 is firstly installed in the ceiling opening, then the elastic piece 30 which is pre-installed to the face mask 20 is forced to deform, the elastic piece 30 is connected to the case 10 after being deformed, finally the elastic piece 30 is released, the elastic piece 30 automatically rebounds and the deformation is removed, and the face mask 20 is driven to be installed at the bottom of the case 10.
Specifically, the lifting warmer 100 of the present utility model further includes a fixing base 40 and a connecting base 50, the fixing base 40 is disposed on one of the peripheral side 11 of the case 10 or the face mask 20, the connecting base 50 is disposed on the other of the peripheral side 11 of the case 10 or the face mask 20, the elastic member 30 includes a base 301 connected to the fixing base 40, and a force receiving portion 302 connected to the connecting base 50. The elastic deformation of the elastic member 30 enables the base 301 and the stress portion 302 to move relatively along the vertical direction of the bottom of the chassis 10, and when the chassis 10 is mounted on a bathroom ceiling, the vertical direction of the bottom of the chassis 10 is the vertical direction.
One of the fixing base 40 or the connecting base 50 is specifically disposed outside the peripheral side 11 of the chassis 10, that is, a side of the side plate relatively far from the cavity of the chassis 10; the other of the fixing base 40 or the connection base 50 may be disposed at an edge of the mask 20, or may be disposed at a side of the mask 20 relatively close to the bottom of the cabinet 10.
Alternatively, one of the fixing base 40 or the connecting base 50 is disposed at the bottom end of the peripheral side 11, and the other is disposed at the edge of the mask 20, and the bottom end of the peripheral side 11, i.e., the side plate, is relatively close to the edge of the mask 20.
In this way, the height of the portion of the elastic member 30 for connecting the casing 10 is lower, which is more convenient for the operator to operate, and in addition, the elastic member 30 is integrally closer to the edge of the mask 20, so that the installer can easily complete the connection without bending the elbow joint or the wrist joint greatly.
For convenience of description, the following description will be made on the basis of the embodiment in which the fixing base 40 is disposed on the peripheral side 11 of the casing 10, and the connection base 50 is disposed on the side of the face mask 20 relatively close to the bottom of the casing 10.
Along with the elastic deformation of the elastic member 30 and/or the operation external force acting on the elastic member 30, the base 301 and the fixing base 40 remain relatively fixed, and the force receiving portion 302 drives the connecting seat 50 to move relative to the fixing base 40 along the vertical direction of the bottom of the chassis 10, so that the mask 20 can be driven by the elastic member 30 along with the operation external force acting on the elastic member 30 or the mask 20 and/or the elastic member 30 deforms, thereby enabling the mask 20 to move close to or far from the chassis 10 along the vertical direction of the bottom of the chassis 10.
Referring to fig. 1, after the main unit of the suspended type warmer 100 is installed on the ceiling of the bathroom, the cabinet 10, the wind collecting plate 60 and the face cover 20 are sequentially arranged in the vertical direction. Optionally, the area size of the mask 20 is greater than the area size of the air collecting plate 60, so that the mask 20 can be orthographically projected onto the mask 20 along the vertical direction of the bottom of the chassis 10, the formed projection pattern is defined as a covering area, the connection seat 50 is disposed outside the covering area, and the patterns of the fixing seat 40 and the elastic member 30 projected onto the mask 20 along the vertical direction of the bottom of the chassis 10 are located outside the covering area.
By this is meant that either the elastic member 30 or the attachment seat 50 of the mask 20 is located outside the covered area, closer to the edge of the mask 20. When the installer installs the mask 20 on the casing 10, the installer does not need to bend the elbow joint or the wrist joint too much to connect the elastic member 30 and the connecting member, so that the arm can be connected in a more straightened posture, the fixing seat 40 is more easily touched, and the operation difficulty of connecting the elastic member 30 and the connecting seat 50 is reduced.
In some embodiments, the elastic member 30 is a torsion spring, and the torsion spring includes a spiral section 31 for forming the stress portion 302, and two lead-out sections 32 respectively connected to two ends of the spiral section 31, where the two lead-out sections 32 are arranged in a V shape, and a torsion spring V angle with a changeable size is formed between the two lead-out sections.
Referring to fig. 2, each lead-out section 32 includes a manipulation section 323, an abutment section 321, and a guide section 322 disposed in sequence away from the screw section 31. The abutting section 321 and the operating section 323 are connected by bending, and the guiding section 322 and the abutting section 321 are connected by bending. The torsion spring V is angled between the handling sections 323 of the two lead-out sections 32.
The abutting section 321 is used for forming a base 301 abutting against the fixing seat 40, an installer can pinch and squeeze the two operating sections 323 by using a tool or in a freehand manner so as to reduce the V angle of the torsion spring, and after the pressure acting on the two operating sections 323 is removed, the deformation of the torsion spring is automatically removed, and the V angle of the torsion spring is increased again.
Referring to fig. 6, the bent angle between the abutting section 321 and the manipulation section 323, and the bent angle between the abutting section 321 and the guide section 322 make the lead-out section 32 zigzag or zigzag. The angle beta between the two lead-out sections 32 increases and then decreases in a direction away from the screw section 31 and towards the end of the lead-out section 322, i.e. the end of the lead-out section 322 or even the end of the lead-out section 32 relatively far from the screw section 31.
Referring to fig. 1-2 and fig. 4-5, the fixing base 40 is provided with a connection via 41, and the connection base 50 includes a base 51 disposed on the mask 20 and a pressing plate 52 fixedly connected to the base 51. The connection via 41 penetrates the fixing base 40 at a side relatively close to the mask 20 and a side relatively far from the mask 20, the elastic member 30 penetrates the connection via 41, and at least a part of the lead-out section 32 extends out of the connection via 41 from the side relatively close to the mask 20 of the fixing base 40, so that the abutting section 321 forming the base 301 abuts against the side relatively far from the mask 20 of the fixing base 40. The spiral segment 31 forming the stress part 302 is positioned outside the connecting via hole 41, and the pressing plate 52 is inserted into the through hole of the spiral segment 31.
In some embodiments, the elastic member 30 is pre-installed on the mask 20 through the connection base 50, and in the case that the cabinet 10 is pre-installed at the bathroom ceiling opening, the mask 20 and the elastic member 30 are lifted up together as a whole by an installer, then the installer connects the base 301 and the fixing base 40, and after the above operation, the mask 20 is suspended at the bottom of the cabinet 10 through the elastic member 30.
The stress condition after the elastic member 30 connects the fixing base 40 and the connecting base 50 is: the side of the fixing base 40 relatively far from the mask 20 applies a first pressure to the base 301, the direction of the first pressure is away from the mask 20, the side of the pressing plate 52 relatively far from the case 10 applies a second pressure to the inner wall of the through hole of the screw section 31, and the direction of the second pressure is away from the case 10. The first and second pressures are generated in opposite directions due to the force of gravity of the mask 20.
The elastic member 30 is forced to deform by the first pressure and the second pressure, and the elastic member 30 has an upward pulling force on the connection seat 50 in order to resist and eliminate the elastic deformation recovery trend generated by the deformation, and the connection seat 50 is driven by the stress portion 302 to move relatively close to the chassis 10 along the vertical direction of the bottom of the chassis 10, so as to drive the mask 20 to move relatively close to the chassis 10 until the mask 20 is mounted at the bottom of the chassis 10, the air collecting plate 60 or other positions.
In some embodiments, the ceiling warmer 100 further includes a positioning auxiliary structure (not shown) fixedly connected to the cabinet 10 or other location of the host, and when the cabinet 10 is installed in the bathroom ceiling opening, the positioning auxiliary structure is connected to the edge of the ceiling opening and adapted to the edge of the ceiling opening, and the mask 20 is pulled to abut against the positioning auxiliary structure under the tension of the elastic member 30, so that a smooth fusion transition is achieved between the mask 20 and the bathroom ceiling.
Referring again to fig. 1, the fixing base 40 protrudes relative to the outer wall of the side plate of the chassis 10, and includes a flange 42 and flanges 43 respectively connected to two ends of the flange 42, where the two flanges 43 and the flange 42 form a U-shaped or arc-shaped anti-falling structure, and a connection via hole 41 is provided between the anti-falling structure and the outer wall of the side plate of the chassis 10. The connecting via 41 is a bar-shaped hole, and two folded edges 43 respectively form two ends of the connecting via 41.
The length of the connection via 41 is configured to: allowing the two lead-out sections 32 to pass through the strip-shaped holes in the pressed state, and allowing the two lead-out sections 32 that have passed through the strip-shaped holes to move relatively far away from each other, so that the abutment sections 321 of the two lead-out sections 32 respectively abut against the sides of the two folds 43 relatively far away from the mask 20.
The installer can significantly reduce the distance between the ends of the guide sections 322 of the two lead-out sections 32 by applying only moderate pressure to the two handling sections 323 so that the two guide sections 322 extend into the connecting via 41 from the side of the holder 40 that is relatively close to the mask 20. Of course, the installer may operate any portion of the lead-out section 32 according to the actual situation, and the guide section 322 may extend into the connection via hole 41 from the side of the fixing base 40 relatively close to the mask 20, and is not limited to the operation section 323.
The bending angle between the abutting section 321 and the manipulating section 323 enables the abutting section 321 to be abutted against one side, relatively far away from the mask 20, of the two folded edges 43, particularly, one end, relatively close to the manipulating section 323, of the abutting section 321 can be abutted against the folded edges 43, on the basis, the abutting section 321 can be abutted against the fixing seat 40 at one end, relatively far away from the manipulating section 323, of the abutting section 321, accidental reduction of the V angle of the torsion spring can be prevented, and the leading-out section 32 slides out of the connecting through hole 41, so that the elastic piece 30 and the fixing seat 40 are separated.
Fig. 7 shows the structure of the elastic member 30 of the lead-out section 32 in the pressed state, wherein an included angle γ is formed between the two guiding sections 322, and the distance between the two guiding sections 322 is gradually reduced along the direction away from the abutting section 321 and toward the end of the guiding section 322, so that the elastic member 30 is aligned with the connecting via hole 41 to enable the lead-out section 32 to quickly penetrate into the connecting via hole 41.
The abutment between the abutment section 321 and the flange 43 may be a sliding abutment or a rolling abutment. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the two abutment sections 321 can slide along the folds 43 so as to be relatively close to each other or to be far away from each other, the two abutment sections 321 being far away from each other when the torsion spring V angle increases, and the two abutment sections 321 being close to each other when the torsion spring V angle decreases.
In some embodiments, the fixing base 40 is fixed on a side of the frame 12 relatively far from the cavity of the chassis 10, referring to fig. 1, and the two folds 43 are fixedly protruded on the frame 12; a reinforcing rib 13 is connected between the fixing base 40 and the frame 12.
In other embodiments, the fixing base 40 is disposed on a side plate of the chassis 10, and the reinforcing rib 13 is connected between the fixing base 40 and the side plate.
